The new manager Brittney is 5 star she is friendly humble friendly conversation and friendly talks to every customer she is the best the other hair cutter girls she knows batter her hair cuttings unfortunately I forgot her name I’ll find put her as soon as possible

Got there before closing hours. Attitude was not professional. I wanted a trim on straight hair but they refused to take me even before closing hours. Doesn’t think they could do a good job on my hair. They were just sitting in the back doing nothing when I walked in and still they didn’t want to take me.

Im somewhat loathe to leave highly negative reviews, but this one earned it. I moved to the area fairly recently and got my hair cut here. It was the worst haircut Ive ever had. A few weeks later, I needed another haircut, and decided to give them another chance, figuring the first time was just bad luck. Again, I got the worst haircut Ive ever had; much worse than even the first time. Id advise against getting your hair cut here, unless you want your head messed up.

This is my go to place for haircuts. The staff remembers me and my particular hairstyle and always does a fantastic job and keeping my hair the way I like it. The price for a haircut is also great as well I cant complain about a haircut for less then 20 bucks. I thank the staff for doing a fantastic job and theyve got a customer for life.

This is definitely the best Supercuts Ive been to. Great haircuts for a very reasonable price, and all of the stylists are great. Mimi is the best! She does a great job on my hair every time, and my wife has started going to her as well and she does a fantastic job with her curly hair, and shes always super friendly.

I got a haircut in Supercuts before and loved it. Today I came to clean my eyebrow and jawline. Unfortunately, that would be my last time. I have vision problems and cant clean everything, today I told the lady many times that there is some hair left, she kept saying I dont see anything. Waste of my money, regret it so much. I do what she did at home anyway. She didnt use lights or anything to see after my request to clean everything. She didnt see what I saw with 50% vision. Very bad experience.

I took my children here on a Thursday early afternoon. My son, who is 8, doesnt like having his hair cut. Sandra was really good with him. Both my son and I are really pleased with the result. We rang ahead and asked if we could come soon and it was fine at that moment, but Sandra did recommend that in future we make an appointment.

Okay, looked this place up earlier today to check how late it was open, and I got to reading these reviews. Obviously the only people who bother to write one are people who were displeased with their cut, so Im here to do the opposite. Literally just got the best haircut Ive ever gotten today at Supercuts in Coolidge Corner. The woman there was quick and efficient, and based my cut on how she perceived me and my clothing choice. Very well done, Supercuts.

I showed up a couple minutes early for a 4:00 haircut I had scheduled over the phone and heard another customer check in for her 4:00 that she had scheduled online. While we were still waiting for our haircuts at about 4:10, a Supercuts haircutter told a walk-in she knew who had just arrived that she could take his son for a haircut. This was after the haircutter checked the waiting list, and the walk-in offered to come back if there was a wait! And then another haircutter assured the first that it was ok. I will never return to such a disrespectful place.

Short wait times and a friendly staff. I had an 18 month, a 4 year old, and a 7 year old. The hair stylist were friendly and great with the kids.

Im a semi-regular here. Nice people, they remember me, and Ive been pleased with my haircuts. Call ahead! They can get kind of busy.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I waited over an hour to get a trim after calling ahead for a designated time, and the cut I got was only barely better than embarrassing. My partner got a haircut there and his instructions were completely ignored. His stylist was interrupted every few minutes to attend to other things. The cut was about seven minutes of actual work drawn out to a half hour and the result was worse than he could have achieved with five minutes and clippers at home. Do yourself a favor and get your hair cut literally ANYWHERE ELSE. Youll be glad you did.

Hands down the worst haircut of my life, and worst experience with a barber/stylist ever. A drunk, blindfolded monkey with a weedwacker would have done a better job and probably would have made more effort to communicate with the customer. Every time I tried to explain what I was looking for she gave attitude, and made no effort to do what I asked. Maybe its just the one person that served me but do yourself a favor and AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I had a similar experience. I told the girl I wanted a number 3 on the sides. Fade it to the top and nothing off the top. She gets a number 3 and buzzes my entire head. Luckily Im not that picky about my hair. But I thought that people should know that they either need to dumb down their instructions to a preschool level and watch them carefully. Or just go somewhere else. I for one will never go back to them again.

Went in with only a vague idea of what I wanted. Definition of just an ‘ok’ experience. I didn’t especially like my haircut at first, but it grew on me in the next few days. They dont know how to cut hair. I prefer not to go there again. Believe me, dont go. I even had hair on my neck and shoes. Worst customer service ever service. My pants, shoes, and shirt got dirty too. Never ever go.

I can honestly say this place gave me the worst hair cut I have ever received. I went home after getting this hair cut and literally shaved my head. I would rather have no hair. The woman, though very kind, clearly had no idea what she was doing. No instructions were followed and each attempt to try to get her to fix blatant flaws in the cut somehow ended up making them look worse. At a certain point I just gave up and told her to stop. I went in with short sides that blended into the top where I combed it to one side. I said I wanted that same haircut. I left with a mix between a tiny bowl cut and a military buzz. Imagine someone used a yarmulke to give you a bowl cut and shaved the sides to the skin... that is what I received. It was so bad I had to send pictures to friends and family who all met me with gasps and laughter. Seriously... so bad. Go somewhere where they know what they are doing. I now have no hair and my first day of work is Monday. I never look like this so I am so happy I get to meet all of my new coworkers looking ridiculous. Thanks, Super Cuts.

I went a first time and was very pleased with my haircut. Unfortunately, the ONE hair dresser who knows what shes doing, Gina, was out when I came back a month later. My haircut turned out a complete disaster. I asked for long side bangs and ended up with straight SHORT (as in the longest hair barely reached the middle of my forehead) bangs. When I told the hairdresser how unpleased I was, she brushed it off, pretending I got exactly what I asked for.I will NOT, under any circumstances, give it another try.

Awful costumer service I booked ahead and was on time but waited for 45 min for a trim. She also took a friend of hers that she knew before me ...not even apologized ...will never go back

Ive been there 3 times, 1 time out of 3 was more or less ok, but the other two - absolutely horrible. It looks like they take random people off the street, give them a 10 minutes crash course on how to style hair and send them off to work with the customers.
