Had a visit with her at her old location and she was in such a hurry she filled out my paperwork wrong & wouldnt bother to return my calls. Her office staff is rude and doesnt care either.

Very difficult to get in touch with them, scheduling, test results, any questions. Appointments canceled and then rescheduled months out. She referred me for an at home EEG (MYAEEG) because it is cheaper than a sleep study and the company just billed my insurance over $260,000, yes over a quarter million for a 3 day test.... AND she still hasnt gotten in touch with me about the results. This office is not trustworthy. Just my experience and opinion.

The doctor herself is great but the clinic NEVER calls back even when they say they will.. My 5 year old son suffers from headaches and was supposed to get an MRI done BEFORE his next appointment which was a month away.. NEVER got it done because they never sent the correct paperwork in to get it done.. Every time I call they just tell me “I emailed the nurse and she will call you back” and she NEVER does.. I live TWO hours away I drove ALL the way here for him not to be seen because their policy is 30 days exposed to COVID and every place else is only 14 days so he couldn’t be seen.. To confirm an appointment they should have CALLED and asked if he had been exposed rather than an email that doesn’t even work when you click on the link to confirm the appointment and they should have that question available to answer so you can change the appointment if needed instead I had to drive TWO hours to get turned away.. I am requesting to get him referred to someone else!!

Huge shout out to Wagoner Community Hospital + Neurology clinic in BA. Katie, the neurology assistant, helped me SO much today! Med is currently being filled - no hospital tonight! Yay!This neurology clinic offers m m j recs every Friday! The doctor and nurse that host are phenomenal. I became a neuro patient because of their professionalism, care and dedication to helping their patients. There are so many things I could say, but after this week, words really arent enough to express how grateful I am to be their patient.

Very friendly and great atmosphere for sure, but I do not recommend her. Her staff does not call back, Ive left several messages about test results and they have not called me back once. I was unable to get my prescriptions renewed in time. Even though she is super nice and easy going, there is ZERO punctuality and ZERO communication.

Dr. Woodward is very thorough and caring. She was amazing with my granddaughter. We finally have a doctor that is intent on on finding a cause and treatment rather than just a diagnosis. I highly recommend her to anyone!

I am very pleased with their practice, Dr. Woodward is COOL and took the time to get to know my main issues, and is doing all she can to address this whatever it may require. Thanks for your help and attention to me. Please keep up the good works for all in need, God bless.✌

Extremely rude. She was asking me several questions about my condition but then cut me off mid sentence and said she needed to go and only wanted bullet points. I was shocked. I drove an hour to get here and she was asking me to answer these questions. I had only been talking to her for a minute. I actually walked out. Out of all the doctors I’ve seen I’ve never had an experience like this. I do not recommend her at all. I’ve had good experiences with other doctors at this facility but she is terrible.

I have been trying to get ahold of Dr. Woodward about my sons referral for a helmet. Ive been calling for 3 weeks going on 4 weeks. The lady at the front desk says shell have her get back with me immediately but I never hear back. My sons pediatrician said it is critical that my son gets the referral so we can get his helmet before his sutures in his brain close. I have left multiple messages and now theyre just ignoring me. Definitely dont recommend her to anyone. Time is very critical in my case and I cant even get a hold of her.

This office is a joke. They never answer there phones and never call you back. I have had to drive to the office just to talk to someone about getting a refill on my prescription for epilepsy. As soon as I left thinking it was going to be okay I still never received my prescription. Of course called no answer 10+ times. Im driving back today. 😡

Dr. Woodward is an excellent doctor. My granddaughter had numerous physical and neurological disorders in her much too short life. She had gone to several neurologists in her short life and was continually in and out of the childrens hospital. About 3 years ago Dr. Woodward took on my granddaughters issues, and the progress was amazing. The last 3 years of my granddaughters life were amazing. She still had serious neurological and physical problems and required a lot of therapists and specialists, but we had the vibrant, silly happy little girl back that we thought was no longer here. Her hospital stays went from monthly to maybe every 2 or 3 months to maybe every 6 months then maybe 1 brief vist after a year. Dr Woodward cares about the person, not just the patient. She listens, observes and treats the issues at hand instead of merely treating a symptom on a chart with a number on it. She listens to family members and caregivers. Were all grateful to her for the care and compassion she gave to my granddaughter and our family.

Went on a Saturday for my MMJ recommendation from Dr. Woodward. Everyone in the office did everything to make me feel comfortable and at ease, including passing out McDonald’s biscuits and dancing in the waiting room for some “swag” best experience with a Dr I’ve ever had.

She has complete idiots working for her. I paid them to submit an application and so far it has 2 errors in it and this has wasted two and a half weeks of my time. The girl who filled it out put so where it said to write in the doctors last name. Maybe she is working while high. I asked for a refund and they said, no! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

My application was denied due to the staff not knowing what is acceptable proof of medicaid. So Im out the $20 processing fee for them doing my paperwork cause I am now doing it. Also I paid 24 something to omma for my application lets hope the extra 100 they are now gonna charge actually gets me legal to have my card and pain medication.

For a pediatric neurosurgeon in such high demand I’m surprised you are doing walk in medical marijuana recommendations when you could be saving and changing lives doing surgery in a hospital. Oh wait . . . You don’t have privileges at any hospitals. You used to work at St Francis. What happened to that job? How’d that online petition to get yourself rehired there work out? Sounds like you’re just a washed up loser. Most doctors don’t ask the guy that sprays their rental for bugs to leave them a google review but desperate times call for desperate measures.
