She is WONDERUL! I can always get in to see her within 1-2 days. Office staff is super friendly. Kim always takes the time to come in, sit down and talk about any issues. I never feel rushed! I highly recommend her!

Kim Smallwood is an outstanding provider. She is understanding and provides the best care to my family. She is time sensitive and very prompt with any issue that we bring to her.

The entire experience with Mrs. Smallwood was far less then pleasant and informative. I originally set the appointment due to extreme upper stomach pain. The soonest I could get in was a few days out and by the time I went in to see her the pain had stopped. On the day of the appointment in the early morning I contacted the office informing them that the stomach pain had left and that I would like to have routine lab work done and asked if I needed to set another appointment or if it would be ok to keep this one. The receptionist said this appointment would be able to be switched to labs. During the appointment upon question of have there been any issues lately I went into detail about the stomach pain and what I thought might be the cause and that it had gone away. Also, we went over the vitamins I am taking. I was not able to have lab work done that day due to the fact that I was supposed to be fasting.....which I was never informed of....Had I known , I would have rescheduled the appointment. Mrs. Smallwood ordered the labs to St. Johns and I had the blood drawn on Saturday and received the results on that Monday. I called the office because my liver enzymes were elevated and I wanted to go over the results since this is not my area of expertise.I called to the office and spoke with a women by the name of Draven, I asked to speak with someone to discuss my lab results. She said I could speak with her.....? No Id like to speak with a nurse or Doctor on this matter I said, she seemed annoyed and said she probably knew what everything meant...? I said Id like to have someone call me back about ….within the course of a 5 minute phone call she asked me my name 4 x , this is ridiculous of someone in the health care field. At one point in the conversation I asked to set an appointment to go over my lab results to which she said no.A nurse called me back ...repeating what I had already spoken to Draven about. Also asking about the elevated liver enzymes. She gave me routine answers nothing such as could be greasy foods, ib profin etc. I said Id like Mrs. Smallwood to give me a call to speak about this. When Mrs. Smallwood called she seemed put out towards the request of a call and said that the levels were only slightly elevated . This isnt what one of the number around the liver enzymes reflected though in correlation to the scale beside the test that gave a normal range. I asked what could it be caused by. She gave the same information the nurse had given. I asked is this something to be worried about, she said no since you havent had any stomach issues. Are you kidding me...We went over all of this in the office visit. She said no , you never said anything about stomach pain. To say the least I am displeased with the entire experience Ive had at this office . The lack of importance to assist me in decoding my lab results is ridiculous and sends quite a message. I will never be coming back to her office in the future .
