Dr. Albright is very attentive and really knows what hes doing. He was able to get me out of pain fast. He also is not in a rush to get someone into surgery although he has done some surgeries on both my feet. I recommend Metro Tulsa Foot & Ankle Specialists for any foot or ankle problems.

Doctor Smith is excellent at explaining the problem and taking care of my injury. His staff is so friendly. I have recommended Dr Smith to my family and friends and they are very pleased with him!

I have been coming to Metro Foot & Ankle for years and will never go anywhere else. Dr Steven Smith is an excellent foot doctor that has kept my feet going for a long time with pain. The girls are always friendly and his nurse is great. Very thankful for them.

The receptionist at Metro was very helpful in getting the first appointment paperwork done. When a staff all works well together it really shows. The kindness and smiles are the evidence. We would recommend Metro to anyone.

I have been to their Broken Arrow location several times over the last few years and am very impressed. Dr Stephen Smith is fantastic and has helped me tremendously with every foot problem I have encountered. His nurse, Kim is something special to mention. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable and very kind. She goes above and beyond in her role. I appreciate them very much. Also, I would like to mention that the office staff is always kind when checking me in for my appointment.

I had a very good appointment. I went in a little nervous but everyone in the office put me at ease. I will gladly go back to them if my feet think they need help again.

The Best Doctor and Employees Ever!!!!

Dr. Justin Dr. Justin Albright, DPM has recently done a major reconstruction of my left foot. After several consultations with myself and again with both me and my husband, CT scans and xrays, he put a plan together and walked us through the process. He explained in complete detail, answered every question we could think of and encouraged us to ask more if they came up. Surgery was then scheduled. This all transpired over about 2 months. I had previously been seen by Dr. Albright for an ingrown toenail removal and was pleased with his manner and service. Dr Albright is straight forward with the facts, but injects humor where appropriate and spends as much time as YOU the patient ask for. I never feel like he rushes in and out or that somebody else is more important. I have recommended him to other people I know. I feel like he is a competent and genuine professional. His office staff are also above average, kind, caring and professional.Update: 3/13/2020-I just returned from a 15 month checkup from this surgery. Dr Albright said I am now on an “as needed basis” as far as future visits. I am doing very well. I have little to no daily pain or swelling unless I over do it completely or forget to wear my compression stockings. If I’m just hanging out at home and off my feet they aren’t necessarily needed. But if I spend the day on my feet without themI can expect some pain and swelling. My scars are almost non existent- 2-6” incisions on either side of my foot from ankle towards toes. I’ve taken good care of them and it’s paid off! My foot does have some “barometer” properties now! I can feel weather changes and stiffness sets in when it gets cooler/stormy. One of the things that I had done was the introduction of artificial bone to replace some of my bone that had “marblized ” over time from lack of blood flow. This has improved circulation and overall feeling in my foot. Throughout this entire process Dr Albright has been terrific to explain and help me understand what is going on inside my foot and ankle. Not once have I left his office feeling frustrated and upset from not understand what is going on with my foot!

Dr. Albright and his staff are always so welcoming and caring, and we get great care on every visit!

My experience with this establishment was horrible and I recommend that if you have a problem that needs to be addressed, DO NOT, under any circumstance, use Metro Foot and Ankle. The staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful with the exception of a receptionist here and there. Messages are not returned in a timely manner, if theyre returned at all, or in one of my cases, LOST! Dr. Albright in particular could care less of a persons individual circumstance. This business treats its patients like they are people waiting for a burger in a fast food line instead of a patient who needs medical care.I am a simple man and have NEVER written a review no matter how upset an establishment has made me. I feel though, like its my responsibility as a human being to educate those who might need medical care. Especially with the amount of health care cost, to not waste their hard earned money on a provider just to be given the run around and treated with disrespect when you have to take off work and take time out of your life to be treated in such a manner. And by the way, Dr. Albright wasnt even in the ballpark with my diagnosis. Imagine if that man operates on you? You could be messed up for life because some prideful doctor is not looking into other possible diagnosis. He looked at me for 5 minutes and was positive that he was correct in his examination.This brings me absolutely no pleasure writing this review. But as I said before, I feel like its my duty to warn other potential patients, not customers Metro Foot and Ankle, but patients of what they might be getting themselves into with this place. Please, if your doctor refers you to Metro Foot and Ankle then you will more than likely regret the decision to follow up with that referral. Ask your doctor to please send you to another specialist and believe me, youll be thankful that you read this review. So far Dr. Albright has took time and been real thurral with me. I might be looking at surgery on my foot but all the other podiatrist in Tulsa wouldnt touch me since it wasnt simple. He grabs the bull by the horns and seems to be taking care of the issues in my foot.... so far I give him an A+..ThanksJeremy S.
