If I could give this doctor a 0 star I would. The initial visit was fine, dealing with them after to get prescriptions was a nightmare. At the appointment the doctor assured my husband that our son with special needs would get all his meds till we could get him in to see a psychiatrist. They then proceeded to tell us that they couldnt fill all my sons meds after saying they would. After a week of fighting with them i called and tried to get things straightened out...and I was then told that they had dismissed my child without and warning or notice. Find a better place...its not worth all the hassle.

I have been waiting since Friday for my refills on my regular medications. I have called and left messages and the pharmacy has faxed them. Today I left a message with the office manager as well. They say you may have to wait 2 days on a return call or refills and it’s been 4 days. I have been a patient here for over 10 years and this has now become the norm recently. I am so disappointed and angry that I am out of medications that I should not be off of. Think hard before picking this practice if you want good care from the office staff. My provider is not the issue here.

I saw Doc. Folwer for my appointment. The staff was friendly, as were the nurses. Doc. Folwer ask me about my past medical history and listened to what I had to say. He was though in his examination and has followed up with getting blood work done for a certain issue I have. I would highly recommend him and his staff. I drove 30 minutes to visit his office after a recommendation from a friend. I will continue to use him as my primary care physician.

I went here to get a blood test to see if I had diabetes and the doctor and the staff are very friendly, understanding and knowledgeble. They gave me some literature to read and they helped me alot. Also the wait times were really short. I cant remember the last time I had such a great doctors appointment. Thank you Dr. Patty and staff!

Disclaimer: I am writing under a family account because I do not have an email. This is all also my opinion. I do not typically write reviews; in fact, I have never written a review. I am so disappointed with the recent changes and behaviors of the Physician Assistant and Office Manager that I want to ensure others know how things have changed. I have been going to Premier Family Care for quite some time. I was treated by Dr. Childs and he was wonderful, caring, and genuine. He left, and now all of my care is being fragmented to various specialists as I am informed they do not do long-term treatment any longer. My medications I have been on for years and have done well on have been suddenly stopped with only a few days warning (when needing refills otherwise would not have known). I now am being asked to request my out-of-state records (again) and obtain appointments with the various specialists. Instead of continuing my regular medications until all of this is set up, they are being stopped. When I confronted them on this, the office manager was extremely rude and condescending. She screeched into the phone several times. They also claim that I chose to switch from Dr. Childs to the Physician Assistant and that is why this has changed; however, I was never made aware that by seeing the Physician Assistant for something that needed to be taken care of sooner than a few weeks to see the doctor that I would be consenting to my care being taken over by her. When I explained I did not know this and that is absolutely not my intention they still will not fix this. Knowing my treatment regime one would think I would NEED to be seen by a physician and not a Physician Assistant. I am on limited income (SS) and cannot afford to pay five different specialists for care. It makes no sense to change a treatment plan that is working and has been working. I have not asked for anything new. They are not the same as they once were. Be cautious if you choose this office. Some of the office people and nurses are excellent. Also, the Physician Assistant was wonderful on the first visit (when she had a shadow PA with her) and on the follow-up visit she was inattentive and really had little care about what I had to say. She did not bring my chart in the second time and just seemed very rushed and unconcerned. So give her two tries before making your decision on her.

Both the doctors are awesome. Saw Patricia for two years and always felt my son was in good hands, saw the other doctor today I believe was Charles and he was just as awesome! My 4 year old really loved his personality, very informative towards me.

I have had my last two physicals done here and I enjoyed the Dr and staff. Most recent lab results showed something that was elevated and once I started requesting additional tests be done or refer me to a specialist the Dr refused both. So unless you have anything other than routine physical with normal results or the flu, I would highly recommend going to a different Dr.EDIT: I went to a different doctor at a different clinic, that actually listened to my concerns; he performed another blood test, all is good! If Premier Clinic would have done that there would be no issue. But the doctor refused to even talk to me about it. Quite rude.

I have had absolutely the best care here. I have been here several times in the past year and a half through the urgent care and have always been seen quickly. When my doctor couldnt get me in, they could. Im making them my primary doctor!

They have excellent care right down the street at ST FRANCIS URGENT CARE. At 1801 E. KENOSHA ST. BROKEN ARROW, OK. 74012. That’d be the smart thing to do.

I came here to have my ear checked out, maybe a 20 minute ordeal. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes and then another 20 in the exam room. I dont know what took them so long but I ended up having to leave before I even got examed. Kind of frustrating.
