Amazing staff. Super friendly, polite, professional and extremely helpful. Love the office; clean and comfy. Dr. Fagan is very nice and made me feel comfortable. Im autistic and dentists are not my thing, he totally made me feel at ease. Great place!!

I had a positive experience at De. Fagins office. The office secretaries are professional and kind. Amy gave me good info on insurance oprions. I had a general exam and xrays by Sandy and I felt totally comfortable and well taken care of. She is very knowledgeable in this field and in her ability to read and assess my overall condition and the solutions I need to take. She is an expert in taking mouth xrays. Dr. Fagin is also excellent and very kind and very professional. He is quick in his assessments and very personable.

Dr Fagan’s office is fantastic! Always extremely clean and welcoming! All of the staff from the moment you enter helps you feel at ease. Dr Fagan is a wonderful highly trained dentist and I strongly recommend his office for all dental needs.

I can’t recommend Dr Fagan and his office enough. When you first walk in, Amy at the front desk is so welcoming and professional. She has gone to bat for me with insurance approvals, etc all with a sweet smile on her face (like she’s not the busiest person ever). And both hygienists are friendly and amazing. I took my 2 year old this last time and Sandy was perfect with her. She introduced all of the equipment and was gentle and slow. When my 2 year old decided she was done, Sandy didn’t push her and she got a toy with lots of praise! Dr. Fagan is exceptional as well. He is very talented and I personally appreciate how little the shots hurt 😆 he is detail oriented and you can tell he cares about his patients. I 10/10 recommend this office!

Absolutely amazing! Great customer service and amazing skills. Doctor Fagan and team are AMAZING.Ive been using them for about 15 years, and just had my first extraction last month. I was nervous but I didnt feel a thing! I also just recently introduced my fiancée to them. She had some serious work that needed done including extractions, and after her first visit, she went on and on about how friendly the team was. Today she got the major work done and again, driving her home after the work she said multiple times how much she liked the dentist. They never made her feel bad for needing the work, and Dr. Fagan asked her multiple times during the procedure how she was doing and how things were and is always just nice as can be. I couldnt imagine a better dentist! Top-notch staff, top-notch facility. Top-notch doctor!

I have used doctor Fagan for years but as a disabled veteran I have never been treated so bad this last time the way he talked to me and my support dog was wrong so if you are a veteran do no use this guy he is not veteran friendly.
