Started out great. Friendly staff, and a clean facility. And they even was able to reduce there quoted price from $6,000. To $3,500. But I didnt realize that meant that while pulling 17 teeth they wouldnt give a sedative for nerves or that they wouldnt use a stitch 1. Even though 8 teeth were surgically removed. Needless to say after choking on blood all night and waking up with blood clots that made it look like someone snuck a wad of chew in my lip during the night, we are back. Hopefully they get it right today. And then again maybe Im expecting a bit much for 3 1/2 grand.

The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. Theyre very patient with questions, dont make you feel bad for not flossing 🤪 and conscientious of special needs, requirements during check up and cleaning.

If I could give this business a zero I would. I began my dental work in October 2020 The dental work that was supposed to be completed in 6 months, it has now been nine months and still has not been completed. I had my last appointment July 20th which I was supposed to get my final permanent dentures and I did get them, but I left wearing my Temporaries with the permanents in a container because they did not fit which I told the tech several times, but her words to me and I quote, I want you to give it a week and if they are really really bad call us. Honestly I have had nothing but poor service and terrible quality from Aspen Dental. I purchased the most expensive dentures because I want them to look and feel as close to regular teeth as they can. However, the completed permanents are worse quality than the Temporaries. I left with the permanents in a container because they did not fit at all, which I told the tech several times, but her reply to me was, give it a week and if they are really Really bad then call us.Very frustrated at this point, but will not return to that location because at this point I dont have faith that they know what theyre doing. I emailed customer service, but yet to receive a reply. Also, on top of the terrible quality and all of my bad experiences at Aspen Dental while going over my paperwork I have been completely overcharged. On the invoice they have duplicated several charges twice which I didnt notice initially. Im going to wait a few more days for a reply from customer service, but I am leaning towards a complete refund and contacting the Better Business Bureau. Please take my advice and do not visit Aspen Dental at all you will be totally disappointed and frustrated.

Im very pleased. Ive put off much needed dental work for way too long mostly scared of prices and of course pain. I must say I was taken care of quickly, I feel like I made friends with everyone I met and Im almost eager to go back. Ive never had such a positive experience at a dentist before so I highly recommend this place. I think no matter what your financial situation is theyll find a way for you.

This place was clean and friendly. Everyone wore masks, except when getting your exam, obviously. Staff was kind and patient with all my questions. And i think the pricing is pretty fair.

I work in the medical field and know the importance of providing good care, making the patient comfortable, educating and supporting. The staff at BA office couldnt have done a better job in all areas. I felt like I was part of a partnership in getting a healthier mouth and prettier smile. Wendy Lemon was awesome and Dr. Mohammed did an excellent job going over the status of my teeth and gums then her recommendations. I was asked what My goals were and together we made a plan. Best dental experience I could have had. I felt blessed to find a team to help me with my teeth!

Nice courteous staff, nurses, and doctors. Covid-19 safety protocols and mask policies followed. Like most dental offices, there is a pressure for very expensive collateral services, such as deep cleaning, and push to sell dental hygiene products like electric tooth brushes. It makes me wonder about the integrity and honesty about the profession in general and to make quality dental care affordable and available to everyone. My ten cents.

Paid $$$ for a partial and one of the teeth fell out. When I took it back to get it fixed the receptionist told me the dental tech was leaving in 15 minutes come back on Monday or make an appointment for Monday. Then she told me to have a nice weekend. I guess I will eat soup for the next 3 days! Poor customer service in my book!

From the moment I checked in with their super friendly front desk personnel, I knew I was in good hands. Wendy, the lovely Hygienist who provided my care that day, was extremely personable and thorough. My teeth have never felt more CLEAN! I really liked my dentist and his 2 assistants. Professional, funny, engaging and put me at ease. Everyone was really nice. I was seen quick and taken care of so for that I would give another star. The reason Im giving 3 stars is due to two things: one I went to use restroom and someones flat iron was left turned on and plugged in sitting on the sink. Incredibly dangerous and unsanitary. This is a dental office not a personal vanity for your makeup and hair supplies. Especially if this is a staff and patient bathroom. The other is cost and the attempted upselling. I paid $58 for extraction (with insurance)which was shocking in a good way, but when I was priced for deep cleaning they said they have to split it into 2 treatments and totaled at $1686.00. Plus trying to sell me special tooth brush that costed over $100.00, and recommend removing wisdom teeth amoung other treatments recommended. When I said no to wisdom teeth being removed he then went to say okay well you need other service.The gentleman said my insurace will only do cleaning in 2 sessions or they wont pay their part, but when I called my insurance they said that was incorrect. I have had deep cleaning and come out of pocket well under $400 so Im just shocked at how much they charge for service. I have appointments for second opinions and pricing.

Sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours for them to do absolutely nothing

I called on a Thursday to see if I could get an appointment for when I was coming home, sure enough got an appointment for 9:30 Tuesday morning. It had been a long time since I had seen a dentist so I knew I was looking at some money being spent, but they got me set up towards the smile I would like. Wendy Lemon was a trooper with me because I needed a cleaning bad and she noticed every little move and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Explained everything I need to do for care and made my next appointment. Hannah was amazing at getting me approved for the things I wanted and Dr. Baird was thorough and pleasant.

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental (the Broken Arrow location on Hillside Dr.). Wendy Lemon, RDH, was professional, pleasant and as engaging as she could be considering the type of work she had to do. Her performance was excellent and very thorough! I was dreading coming in because it had been so long since my last dentist visit and I was so self-conscious about how bad my teeth had gotten. The staff were incredibly professional and kind, I didn’t feel like I was being judged or getting any of the looks I was expecting. I had a dentist I had been going to since I was a child but he couldn’t get me an appointment in time and I was in severe pain; but I’ve gotta say, this Aspen Dental location on Hillside Drive is amazing so I’ll be switching dentists. When I spoke with the dentist, he made me feel so much better and went over the plan to fix my teeth so much faster than I had ever expected. I was ecstatic at the idea I could take pictures with the family without the awkward closed mouth smile I had given for a decade... even by the time the next holiday comes around. I was expecting it to take years to finally get everything sorted out with my teeth. Wendy Lemon was so sweet, she deserves hazard pay for the work she did on my teeth today for how bad they were; she nullified the shame I was feeling, and to me that was incredible. This was my second visit, and I absolutely love these people. Thanks Wendy!! I rarely write reviews, but there was no way around expressing this.

The prices are outrageous! (Self pay) I went in for the exam and ex rays, And cleaning, after exam found out I have other issues going on. they refused to do a cleaning. But made me wait 3 hours to tell me. Then to get a cleaning and fix the issue it was going to cost over $5000.

I was very much aware going into this appointment that I had let my teeth get into really bad shape. Every single person in the office from the interns to the office manager went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. We worked out a plan that accomplishes everything I hoped for at a price I can manage. I am glad I finally worked up the nerve to call.

Careful to limit pain

Their quality of service and commitment to help customers, sometimes going out of the way is entraordinary. I walked in this morning with no prior appointment in and walked out wiithin an hour, relieved. Excellent front office, nursing, and hygeine staff with very capable and professional doctors. There are few dental practices where the focus is more on patient care rather than on pressure selling their serives and collaterals. So far Im frustrated. SERIOUSLY read this review if you are considering Aspen Dental.Im started this this review Feb 2021 and I updated the review in March 2021. I will finish the review if and when we decide to continue with Aspen Dental. Here is how things have gone so far...Back November 2020, I called the Broken Arrow location and I agreed on a tooth extraction and a bone graft for my son. The implant was to follow in early 2021.My son goes in for the extraction and bone graft. This was completed. The next thing was the flipper. Here is where things start going wrong. The person doing the flipper could not get it to fit right after almost 2 hours. Eventually my son became frustrated and left without the flipper. They scheduled this next appointment to see how the bone graft was doing.Today(Feb 19, 2021), we show up for his 9am appointment. BTW it was supposed to be 9:30, but the office called and told us about a hour before that this appointment was 9am instead of 9:30. I paid the final balance this morning. The lady did not offer a receipt. At no point, was a receipt offered for any of the previous payments. Anyway they take and x-ray. They told my son everything looks good, but they need a 3D x-ray. They then tell my son he has to go to the Claremore location to get the x-ray. So now my son has to take the full day off work.We arrive at Claremore. The lady up front tells us we need to pay $74 because the x-ray wasnt covered. I explained that isnt how I do thing and I pay the bill after insurance has paid.I was directed to Rebecca. During our conversation, several things were brought to my attention. First, Broken Arrow never called Claremore to tell them we were coming. Second, after looking at my insurance website, it was discovered that the 3D x-ray was covered, but required prior authorization. Broken Arrow never checked with my insurance to get prior authorization. I would assume this to be standard practice for any medical or dental business. After discussing this thoroughly with Rebecca, she agreed to bill me.Here are my thoughts so far:- Why did they rush the flipper and not get it right?- Why do the appointment times often change?- Why did BA Aspen Dental not call for prior authorization or call Claremore to tell them we were coming?- Why am I paying $74 because the BA location did not do their job and get prior authorization?- Why did they have us come in for the 9am appointment if they knew we needed a 3D x-ray because they didnt have the machine to do the 3D x-ray? Why not just send us to Claremore?????So far I am less than impressed with the BA location. Rebecca at the Claremore location took a lot of time, to help understand and I appreciate that. I was told that Dr. Baird and Alexander Williams own both the BA & the Claremore location. I sincerely hope they read this and get back to me to listen to me.At this point, Im not sure if we will proceed with Aspen Dental or find another provider. Im going to call my insurance to explain how the 3D x-ray was handled. Either way, I will finish this review after my son gets his implant.UPDATE 03/12/2021 upon further review, Broken Arrow overcharged us by $436.32. They did not apply the insurance discount and made us pay $528 out of pocket when we should have paid $92.34 for the tooth extraction and graft. I am so grateful to Aspen because I am a new patient and they saw me the same day. I was in pain and my own dentist didnt take the time out to see me but gave me an appointment for the next week. Aspen is not the fanciest of offices but they were nice and helped in my time of need.

Im a veteran who has been all over the country and pretty much every dentist place around, Ive never been fond of. Until Aspen dental, but more specifically, this Broken Arrow location. These people care so much about their patients, so much so, that in 31 years this is the first time i get EXCITED to go to a dentist. Not only the care and phenomenal work they do, they also use music and general conversation to make you feel welcomed. For the record, the music is perfect every time!!! Theres never anything aggressive or cursing or anything and now my daughter and i have been bonding over the eagles....thanks to Aspen Dental!! If i move, i will be driving a ton to come up here. Took about 3 hours for my first visit. Had to wait for office manager on her time. After reading other reviews, it is clear to me that they do the “getting to know you assessment” to try to sell you stuff. Which is fine but maybe you all can streamline the way you treat new patients coming in because who has 3 hrs of their day to spend there?

The place was clean, and the people were nice. But, I didnt expect to go in there, thinking I was going to be spending almost 13,000 dollars, for a couple of crowns, a few extractions and a deep clean. They offered no way of lowering that expense. Ive had extractions before, without being put under. But 250 dollars to pull a tooth? Ive been places 150 dollars cheaper for that. They also tried to get me to purchase a tooth brush. Over 130 dollars for that. It felt more like a sales pitch than anything else. On top of that, it felt extremely rushed. I had no explanation on anything specific about my teeth. It was, lets get this done, and go. The lady that measured my gums, came in without any warning. Never told me what she was doing, just had weird sharp objects suddenly in my face and in my gums. No knowledge whatsoever of what she was telling the nurses. I felt like my appointment was really out in the open, meaning that everybody was in that office. It felt packed and not quiet at all. When I came in, they took me into a quiet office with a chair to lay back in, only to find out they had switched me to a different room. The room I came into, was huge with a bunch of different nurses and doctors in there. In fact, two nurses were sitting on a computer desk, no AT, but ON, Just chatting away, very unprofessional, and the woman that was leading me in there had to tell them basically to get. I felt like my business and my teeth were just out in the open, where anyone and everyone can see. It didnt feel private at all.I dont make alot of money as it is, but i never expected it to be this expensive.

Its kinda hard to post a positive review for a place that causes so much pain to their clients but knowing that there is no possible way to pull a tooth without the subsequent side affects, I think the professionals at Aspen Dental did as good as humanly possible.

I went to Aspen in broken arrow cause I was in terrible pain and they had good reviews. I’m convinced the reviews are fake. Horrible experience. Won’t return phone calls, the after hours service people even state they have issues with Aspen dental. No post-op instructions, I’m now running a fever and No body returns calls- called 3 times over 2 hours. Should of waited for my dentist to be available. This wasn’t cheap either. * Expensive, painful lesson to never use Aspen Dental.Hope someone sees this review before using them.

Being a prior client, I had an emergency and returned to seek advise/assistance at the office.The receptionist showed concern and immediately gave me options of appointment times to fix my issue. I opted to wait to possibly be seen before the office went to lunch.The doc not only saw me within 20 minutes of being there, I was back out the door with problem solved shortly after that.Wonderful experience and wonderful staff!

After dealing with multiple dentists giving me the run around and not making me feel at all valued as a patient, i ended up at Aspen Dental recently. Not only did they give me an exam for free, but the dentist went through everything wrong with my teeth, with me and explained in great detail a process on helping fix my teeth and keep more from having to be worked on. I have a bad history of teeth management and terrible role models when it comes to teeth care. Doctor Baird made sure i didnt feel disgruntled or like a problem person. Not once did i feel like a burden or feel like i am being shamed by my dentist(which i have experience else where). He and the nurses reassured me that, while i did make grave mistakes not going to the dentist for years, they would still all they can to save my smile and make me feel good about myself when it comes to said smile. I have a tremendous amount of anxiety when it comes to my teeth, so it means alot ot me when the staff are pleasant and treat me like an equal instead of like a lose cause.Fast Forward to today i had to undergo 2 tooth extractions, one being a wisdom tooth, and the other being a broken molar. The doctor who helped me during this extraction was not Doctor Baird, however, she was also very knowledgeable, guided me through the process and made sure i was safe during this. Any adjustments she made sure to call out, and didnt do anything unexpected or jarring. This was a godsend considering the last dentist i had my Bottom wisdom teeth removed at, they did it silently, with little regard to my comfortability. Just yanking and breaking and tearing the teeth out while i cried continuously through the entire surgery. One of the worst experience of my life. This was much smoother, and much less terrifying. The staff here are great, and i highly recommend their establishment. 5/5

As always, fast and friendly service. Great place to go for all dentistry needs! I popped an old crown off while flossing and had to have it replaced. Got temporary crown today with no pain. Once again, fast and professional! I have been a client of Aspen Dental for a couple of years now and am totally satisfied with my dental care. Five stars!

Even in this virus pandemic the doors were open to my problem of tooth pain and infection. From X-ray to evaluation to a plan for extractions went smoothly and professionally. Impressions were made and the cost of the planed work was explained and I left knowing what I needed to do financially. I was a little surprised a payment plan could not be planned there but I was able to acquire financing on my own. Over all the experience was very good. Glad I went.

I had my first appointment yesterday since moving from another city. Everyone was was very courteous and professional. Wendy L was great. She reviewed my previous records to ensure continuity of treatment and introduced me to Dr. Baird. My first impressions were very positive and am confident will receive excellent dental care.

After having a broken tooth become infected, with subsequent pain and swelling, I gathered up enough courage to contact Aspen Dental, at Hillside in Broken Arrow.I made the call a 7:45 am, and after explaining my predicament to the receptionist, she promptly set me up with an appointment for 8:30 the same morning.Upon arriving, I was seen and had full sets of x-rays done, and met with Dr Baird.After a full examination, Dr Baird inquired what my plan for treatment was, besides the obvious of having the impacted broken tooth removed. Because I also have cardiac problems, he (Dr Baird) went over each and every possible scenario I could expect to encounter due to meds and health.I was given antibiotics to bring the infection under control, and I was scheduled for extraction the following Monday.After initial exam, I met with Dr Bairds office manager ( I assume), who went over several treatment plans and the different options with each (such as insurance coverage, co-pays, etc).Having avoided any and all dentists, except for extreme emergencies such as this, due to a very bad experience.Because of Dr Baird, his assistant, and every staff member I encountered that day, I now have a treatment plan, and more importantly, I have much less trepidation, about following through with the plan. At no point did I feel pressured into agreeing to a treatment plan, I didnt feel was in my best interest.On the contrary. I felt very much in control of what would best suit me, and the willingness to explain every step of the plan made confirmed to me that, I made the right choice in choosing Aspen Dental for my oral health going forward.

All my experiences have been excellent. The staff is knowledgeable, Dr. Baird is on a level his patients can understand. Wendy did a great job cleaning my teeth. I definitely give them a 5 star rating.

I have been a patient here 4 years and have always had a great experience. The staff are very friendly. Wendy has been my dental hygienist the last several times I have visited and she is great!

Tried to charge me 1200 dollars for 4 wisdom teeth (after insurance) and tried to tell me it was 4000+ dollars before insurance. Went to get a second opinion and was only charged 200 for all 4 teeth. I came to aspen dental for an emergency wisdom tooth removal because I was in extreme pain due to an infection, however they didn’t even have an oral surgeon on the floor and I would’ve had to be in excruciating pain for 13 days until he was in office. They tried to tell me that I needed 4 teeth pulled and get 2 cavities filled, but that wasn’t at all the reason why I came to them. I went to a different dentist office and he did exactly what I asked and I was able to get the extraction in about 20 minutes.They all laughed at how poorly the X-rays were done at aspen and were very surprised when they heard that the oral surgeon had to come in from somewhere else and didn’t stay at the office at aspen. Now I’m completely pain free. Save your money and time and don’t go to aspen dental for emergencies.

I had a wonderful experience for my first time visit with Dr. Baird just yesterday. He was very positive and funny as I was struggling to hear the problems that had arose with my teeth. That makes a HUGE difference when there is positivity in a business. I LOVE THAT! Then there was Sage. She was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable and at ease as I always get very nervous going to the dentist. Especially my first time visit here, as it can be VERY intimidating knowing your teeth need some work. I loved the transparency shown to me and the fun atmosphere as they shared many jokes making it a very enjoyable experience. Meryl was great as I was looking at the financial payment plans. She explained everything so well and we had a lot of laughs. The only thing I would change is for them to have NITRACE (aka laughing gas) for me before my procedure as this has been the ONLY thing able to help me stay calm as I have severe anxiety when it comes to any dentist procedure as my teeth are extremely sensitive. Other than them NOT having that, this is my IDEAL PLACE! Wonderful, loving and fun atmosphere!

I have been with Aspen Dental for years now. I am trying to keep my teeth happy :) with the help of Dr. Baird and his hygienist Wendy L. The staff is always friendly. Aspen Dental opens at 7am which fits perfect with my work schedule. Dr. Baird is very passionate about his work. He volunteers to go oversees to poor counties. But, he told me, we need to educate these people on how to clean and upkeep their teeth, not just to fix their cavities or pull their teeth. He would be more than happy to do that service. Dr. Baird cares.Wendy is also passionate about her job. She is eager to cleans my teeth thoroughly and gives me advice on how to keep up my maintenance and my next appointment. Together those two keep me coming back :)

I dont recommend

My appointment was at 4pm. I didn’t called back to start my exam until 4:40pm despite arriving at 3:45pm. My insurance allows me to have 2 free cleanings a year, but I was told that I would have to put $150 down for a $198 cleaning. They also showed me a breakdown of the pricing if I wanted to get a few other things done, which also didn’t align with the pricing from my in network insurance. The people were nice, but I won’t be back.

This place is AMAZING. First off, they have a real family feel to them, I instantly felt comfortable and at home. From the girls at the front to everything in between, it was awesome. Their music choice was A+, and sometimes you can even get a little concert from some of the ladies there if you listen real hard!Tl;dr: A+ - definitely go here.

Loved the place. Everyone was nice. Got everything done quickly and painless. But now my mouth is still sore and painful. I might have dry scouchet. Do to their instructions. And the meds they gaves me dont even work.

They are very polite and courteous and very helpful. Nikki did a great job by helping my bottom plate fit better. The entire staff should be commended for the way they treat the patients.

Doctor Baird and Nikki are the best in the state! They made my implant so easy and since the post implant I’ve had very little pain. They even stayed after hours to make sure I got what I needed. I can’t recommend them enough. Doctor Baird really is a miracle worker and does amazing work!

Had an amazing experience here. Went in with serious tooth pain and quite a bit of anxiety over the visit. I was met with kindness, expertise, patience, and most importantly an extremely high level of care. Wendy, Sage, and Dr. Baird in particular went great lengths to keep me pain-free, informed, and calm throughout two extractions. Dr. Baird and Jessica were so amazing!! The level of care and consideration was far above any service I had previously experienced with my previous dentist of 28 years. The best place to go.Dr Baird is awesome and explained everything that he thought would help me without saying you need this and that. A competitor was wanting to charge me $13,000 when Dr Baird got my treatment and solutions for $1500. I was so thrilled at the thought of getting my dental work done at a price I could work with. Plus its less than 2 miles from home.Thanks so much!

The dentists (Dr. Baird, Dr. Samirah, and the hygienist staff are actually great at what they do). Its sad that I cant recommend this place anymore because I really think the dental staff is great, but the office staff could really care less about you. They constantly overcharge, claims get put into insurance, youll have a credit, and that credit will eerily disappear fast with them saying you owe more with explanations that make no sense. Insurance claims and what they have you pay dont seem to match up with what theyre showing you. When I spoke with someone about these things they had a oh well type of attitude about my concerns.

Wendy Lemon, RDH, was so helpful by explaining everything clearly! This was one of the best treatment visits I’ve ever experienced at a dentists office. All the office staff I encountered were very helpful, and the dentist was great too. I highly recommend!

I will never ever ever go back to this dentist! I went to them because I was having pain from a couple of broken teeth and I wanted them pulled. I waited a whole week for my appointment so by the time I got there I was in extreme pain. First they did a panoramic X-ray and then did like 15 local X-rays. I go to the room and they have a hygienist come in to check my gums and inform me that I need a $1000 deep clean (mind you I only came in to get a tooth pulled). Finally the dentist comes in and says yea you need those two pulled but this one needs a root canal and a crown well the office lady will be in to explain cost to you in a moment. So we wait for like an hour and she finally comes and takes me to her office. She explains all of the procedures I need done and the cost and proceeds to ask me when I would like to schedule all of this. I said wait what about my teeth I need pulled???? She said oh yea we can get you in next Thursday! Wait what??? This is Friday!! So the whole reason I came here and I dont even get it done AND I have to wait a week for you to actually do it??? What was the point of this?? So you can tell me I need the teeth pulled that I came in for you to pull?? What a joke!! They didnt even give me any pain medicine for the horrendous pain that I was in!!! So I left and immediately called who I should have called in the first place, Dentures and Dental, and guess what, I got an appointment for the same day and got my teeth pulled, in the same visit!!! Beware of this place!! Do not go here if you just want a quick tooth pull.

I loved the whole team at Aspen Dental! My X Rays were completed in a timely and gentle manner. When I expressed interest in my X rays and had a thousand questions, Dr. Baird pulled them up on my monitor and explained everything to me. They kept a lighthearted yet professional tone to the visit. When my visit was complete, Meryl went over my bill and set up a treatment and payment plan that worked for me. This was my first time going to the doctor as an adult, without a parent and they made everything so easy to follow so I wasnt so intimidated. A great team!!

The staff was so nice and helpful. They were also quite gentle which helped take my anxieties away. The Dr was wonderful and very kind of which I appreciated and was upfront with what was needed. They saved me a great deal of cost and I was very pleased knowing it’s the beginning of treatment. I chose correctly and look forward actually for future appointments.

Checked in at 8:00am and walked out the door at 9:26 with two new root canals and no pain whatsoever. Dr. Alexander and DA Jessica were super efficient and knowledgeable about their profession and appear to keep up with the latest dentistry technique and technology. I highly recommend!

I wanted an affordable assessment. Well when I saw Free exam and x-rays I was ready. They did a sonogram of my teeth and xrays. They told me all I needed done. They allowed me to get done what I felt was most important and let me schedule for what I needed. The prices are what I can afford as long as I go in at different times to budget my procedures as I would like to. They also gave me the option to finance what I needed done. Everyone was so nice. Im so happy with the work they did.

Dr. Baird is the best. My dental work was pretty much pain free. He was professional and funny at the same time. I felt at ease and would not hesitate to recommend him.

My teeth have never felt cleaner! I have TMJ and opening my mouth for long periods of time is very hard for me and very painful but both Dr. Baird and Wendy Lemon did everything they could to make it easier and more comfortable for me! I would never go anywhere else for my dental care! My wife and I had the best experience with Aspen Dental in Broken Arrow! Thank you for everything you all did! I no longer wake up in horrible pain every day and I can smile with confidence again!

I got teeth filled and you can see and feel the porcellan on the tooth. Also one tooth still has visible cavity showing.The cleaning was good, but left my mouth very sore.

Great job. Sorry I did not see the small print so clicked the bad rate, sorry. Cleaning was good and her and Dr. Beard were very knowledgeable about my teeth. I wanted the stars above to mean the best. I will be back in 6 months everyone was very friiendly.

Staff is very friendly making you feel welcome and at ease, and very professional as well. I was seen at exact appointment time. All my concerns were addressed and thoroughly explained. Pricing is consistent with other dentists in the area. I have no problem recommending Aspen Dental to anyone considering them. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else.

I was very nervous about going to have my death cleaned. However, the whole staff made be feel very calm. They were all so nice and were very helpful, answered all my questions. The lady Wendy, that cleaned my teeth made sure I didnt feel anything. I then, had a tooth pulled and was not looking forward to the aftermath, but, there was none. I didnt have any pain afterwards. I did everything they told me to do and its been 4 days now, and still no pain. Thank you Aspen Dental

I went in for a teeth cleaning and also had a crown put in. Both experiences were great, Crystal was very helpful by giving me new tips on flossing. When she was done, my teeth were as clean as ever. Lindsay assisted when I had my crown put in, she was very friendly and fun to be around, didnt feel nervous at all. The entire staff was polite and professional, they all know what theyre doing. Ill definitely be recommending this place to some friends.

My husband had dental work done that required a crown. The crown fell off a month later so he returned to have it put back on and was told there would be no charge. He then received a bill for $10.00. He called and was told the bill would be removed. Then the crown fell off again. He returned to have it put back on at no charge. Another $10.00 bill was mailed to him. Several phone calls and a letter later, he thought the bill problem was solved. He just received a letter today from the Collection Agency Aspen Dental of Broken Arrow turned him over to for $20.00.

The dentist was very informative and the office staff very helpful. Gave me all my options and the visual was very clear . The waiting room was worn and could use a good cleaning .

The people were very nice and professional.They recommended a deep cleaning for $1800 dollars.They removed things from the procedure (like the $1100 antibiotic) and got it down to $600.I wanted just the regular cleaning for now and revisit the deep cleaning in a few months.I was told that my choices were to take the $600+ deep cleaning or nothing at all.I chose the later and will not return......

I had a horrible infection, but had very bad dental Anxiety caused by my previous dentist. I decided to give Aspen a try and I am so glad I did. The staff was so kind, caring and helpful. They werent judgmental at all and juat wanted to help me get better. Its so nice to have a good dentist.

If I could rate them with a negative I would. Took my father to Aspen Dental 2/20 and was referred out for dental extractions. We were unable to make an appointment with the other dental company because they never received a referral or the xrays. I called Apen dental multiple times and was reassured they would send the referral and xrays that day. Days and weeks passed and nothing. It was finally sent over today after almost a month and it was only done because I continued to contact them about sending the referral over. I will never go to them again

Went for the first time in May for my exam and cleaning.The building was nice as well as the doctor but after visiting with the doctor I was told that the dental hygienists all went to lunch so I would have to come back to get my teeth cleaned. A bit unexpected since I was under the impression I was going to get my exam and cleaning then but it wasnt a big deal to come back over a month later. The dental assistant then scheduled me for a cleaning today and I got an email a few days ago confirming my appointment but when I arrived today I was told that the dental hygienist doesnt work on Weds anymore so I wont be able to have my teeth cleaned. I asked why I didnt receive a call telling me this and all the front desk person said was You should have. I guess its time to find another dental office that will hopefully not cancel my appointment without telling me!

A wonder Doctor and Staff. They listen, sympathize and care about their clients. Doctor Bob is very professional and has a sense of humor .I would recommend anyone with teeth or denture issues to stop by and be seen by compassionate humans.
