Honest, straight-forward assessment and characterization of options. Despite a procedure that was very invasive, the team was positive and supportive, explaining progress and the challenges. No one really enjoys the dentist, but at least you can have confidence in their approach and effort to make you as comfortable as possible when you do need care.

As weird as it sounds, I love going to the dentist now. All of the ladies in the office are always so cheerful and accommodating. Dr. Gentling is so easy to get along with. Nothing but praise for this office and the staff.

Great visit to the BA Dentist Office!! any time you get a good results, it’s great visit!! Office staffs were very friendly and my hygienist was very gentle and through, Doctor Gentling was very knowledgeable to pointing out the dark shadows in my front tooth and gave me couple of options.

This morning one of my temp veneers came loose. I called the emergency number and Dr Gentling answered himself. With in approximately 45 min I met him at his office and he fixed it. Perhaps the best dental clinic in the area, with a very helpful staff, able doctor (Todd), friendly hygienists, and wonderful front office people. Their facility is state of the art and custom designed inside out. We walked in today to have my wife seen for a painful condition, and they accommodated her to be seen right away, despite being fully booked for the day. My wife walked out with the issue addressed and discomfort relieved. We recently moved to the area and it appears that we will have to look no further for a family dentist. They seem to genuinely care. My experiences have always been pleasant and have never felt like we were cheated with the work they do. Highly recommend them and for the first time in my life, I do not dread going to the dentist.

I gave this place a chance twice and everything they do is protect themselves and not the customer. They overcharge you up front and then credit you after insurance pays. The cost for procedures is about double of other dentists I have been to. Their cancellation policy benefits them more than you and you have to book your appointments about 4-6 months out which is pretty terrible.

This office is great! Staff is incredibly friendly. Was able to get in almost immediately for an urgent issue. They figured out the problem quickly and got right down to fixing it. No outside referral or waiting until a different appointment day. Very happy with the service.

Dr. Gentling and the whole team are just great! Very inviting, relaxed atmosphere that our whole family enjoys. Oh and if you get a chance visit them in October, very fun Halloween experience that they do all on their own!

They will ruin your teethes on purpose to charge you more. One of my tooth is ruin now because he drilled it too deep and too much on one side. Didnt even give me any options to what I would like him to do and take action on his own. Service is horrible. Pressure customers a lot just so he can get paid. Never going back there again.

Had a root canal where dental file was broken in the canal during procedure, and was not informed. A year later, same tooth became a problem. When I called for an appointment, was informed by the receptionist, that I had a broken dental file in the canal and would need to see an endodontist to remedy the situation. Dental publications refer to this as malpractice. Sadly, he could have informed me of what he had done, and he could have made it right. His choice.
