I dont know about this place. My teeths were perfectly fine and healthy, until they scheduled a visit and now Im experiencing tooth pain every time I eat and drink.

Caring about you and the way you smile, everyone is so professional and they will take care of your needs. They give you a list of things that need to be done from the most important to least. Definitely worth your trust.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Deem and team since we moved here in 2011. We feel like family with these folks. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and great at perfecting our smile and Dr Deem is warmly friendly and an excellent Dentist. We never dread our semi-annual appointment because the team and Dr Deem make us so comfortable and ensure our teeth are well cared for and needs met. This is simply a wonderful Family Dentistry Office second to none!!

I used to love this place. The dentist is patient and kind, but since he merged with platinum dental its a joke. The dentist wasnt even at my last 2 appointments that were scheduled. I complained and said if it happened again we were done, only stayed because the dental hygienists/assistants were wonderful. Well, I take my 7 year old and 10 minutes into his appointment we find out the dentist left for the day!!! If the dentist cant be there then call and reschedule, or at the very least tell me when I arrive. Rude office staff, manager was clueless, and now I see why theres only 1 dental assistant left of the original crew. They also charged me $10 more for a procedure than they charged my husband who had the same procedure....same insurance ... then they called and said my insurance didnt cover my routine cleaning, and it covers it 100% and they tried to charge me for it.

As someone who is very squeamish and not a fan of going to the dentist (or the doctor for that matter) Dr. Deem always puts me at ease. His staff is great too. All of them are very kind and reassuring and Ive had to have a lot of major dental work done in the past year. Theyve been great to work with. Andrea even caught ahead of time that my 6 month appointment was scheduled a few days too early and would not have been covered by my insurance and she called me in advance and we rescheduled. I was so glad not to have gotten there, had my teeth cleaned and THEN found out it wasnt covered. I highly recommend this group!

This is thee Best service ever! Early this year, wasnt happy with previous dentist and was referred to Dr. Deem. Love Dr. Deem and his staff, they respect their patients and treat as family. Very knowledgeable as they communicate exactly what needs to be done and address any concerns you have. Very professional, patient and caring. This is the place for YOU!

Ive been using Dr. Deem for the past 4 years or so and have been very satisfied with his care for my teeth. His staff is friendly and good at what they do.

The front office staff is always pleasant and easy to get hold of, the dental assistants are efficient and nice and Dr. Deem is a prince. Its a wonderful place to have your teeth taken care of.

The check-in/out process was quick. They were friendly, caring, and professional.

Dr. Deem and his staff, especially Andrea, are awesome! Theyve been there for my dental emergencies, even on the weekends. Dr. Deem is very patient, kind and does amazing work.

Everyone in our family (2 adults, 2 early twenties and 1 late teens) is a patient of Dr. Deems. Dr. Deem even did our sons orthodontia with the FastBraces and we are very happy with the results. Each person on the staff is very knowledgeable and super nice all the time. Andrea is absolutely the BEST and most organized administrator Ive ever encountered in any medical/dental office period. If its possible for dental work to ever be a pleasure - it is at Dr. Deems. Highly recommend.
