Probably one of the best customer service experiences i’ve ever had!My Lashes started falling out after i got them done and the owner Sydni was super nice about fixing them for me ,free of charge! the next morning i noticed more had came off:(and when i called, she messaged me and reassured me that they would be fixed, no problem at all!on top of that, everyone was super nice the entire time! and the atmosphere is very relaxing! ☺️

Have to give this place major love. I got my lashes done elsewhere, had a massive allergic reaction, called all over to find a place that would remove them-no one would without an app’t. Then I called this place. They got me right in & took the lashes off for me & didn’t charge me a dime. Bless these sweet ladies!!! Also-They put their clients in recliners! So comfy! THANK YOU!!!

She asked me what I wanted and what I was going for before we ever started and asked me questions to make sure we were both on the same page. Really happy with my brows! This was my first time getting them and Katie was perfect. She was very nice and made me feel welcome in the store and she did my brows exactly the way i wanted them. Cant wait for my lash appointment!

My experience was kind of like high school? I walked in and felt like I was unwelcome at the popular girl table in the lunchroom. No one really greeted me plus I got dirty looks from the other customers. Not really sure what I did wrong. They did a great job on my lashes but I really didn’t walk out with a lot of self confidence or a great customer service experience.

Riley does such an awesome job! I absolutely love my lashes every time! Very sweet girls in there! Very great work and nice and clean.

I had went to someone in Pryor and my lashes literally fell out in 2 days.. she wouldn’t even look at them two days later, she wanted me to wait 3 weeks. I called up the Lash Room and they took care of me the next day ON A SUNDAY, gave me aftercare instructions.. including some lash wash and wands. I will definitely be booking for maintenance with them!

If I am looking at the work the lash technician, Faith Chavez, did it is immaculate. Steady hand, no excess glue, and exceptional work overall. It was my first time going to them after my lash lady moved out of state. I was highly impressed and plan to continue getting my fills with them.

My friend and I went here. It was an uncomfortable experience all around. our eyes were really irritated, and still are. It looks like We have popped blood vessels in our eyes and our eyes feel like they’ve been punched. They put the tape in our eyes instead of just taping down the bottom eyelashes and when my lady went to remove the tape it ripped of some skin on my eyelid. And our eyes were burning through the whole two hours it took. We have gotten our eyelashes done before and we know that this is not how the experience is supposed to be. Mind you, the eyelashes look good, just an awful and loud and uncomfortable experience and will not be going back.

Mom-of-3 who loves lashes! I get mega volume by Riley and after every fill I open my eyes, look in that mirror, and feel whole again. I think that says enough! Comfy place, great lashes, not heavy on the glue, they stay on, & she takes her time which is so important because you know she loves doing them! Plus they have cute clothes!

Lashes looked pretty but fell out in 2 days , they offered a one time fix but both of my eyes are bruised badly and bloodshot from incorrect placing of pads. My wedding is in 4 days and I have to deal with bright red painful eyes. Construction was very loud next door. Lady who did my lashes was nice but I won’t go back.

I had to write this review because after moving away and being gone from Tulsa for now over a year and STILL not finding anyone even close to sydnis work, i was just compelled to do it. A great lash artist is very hard to find and I didnt realize just how elusive they are until a year ago when I had to start looking. When I started out with sydni I had never had lashes before. She worked under someone else at another salon in BA. By the time I moved from Tulsa, just a short year later, she was a successful business owner. With the loyalty of most if not ALL of her clients that came with her, I saw first hand what her strong work ethic and dedication to her craft began to put into fruition. I can assure you theres a reason shes come so far in such a short time. Because shes amazing. Ryley has also done my lashes and shes amazing as well. I hope Ill soon find a lash artist here in Texas with the same attention to detail and brilliant work as sydni. Do not hesitate to go see her. You wont regret it.

Payton makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in! Sydni, Riley and the other lash artists are very knowledgeable when it comes to lash extensions! The Lash Room is a comfortable and casual place. Sydni is a very accomplished lash technician, and I’m always pleased with the way my lashes look after a service. The money is well worth it, though it’s not unaffordable, good lashes come at a cost! I’ve been using Sydni for years, and I’ll continue giving her my business for years to come. I get complimented nearly every day on the look of my lashes, and it makes getting ready a breeze.
