We really debated about going here, but I had promised my daughter a haircut and I was in dire need as well. We read some reviews here, and took the plunge.Ruth was amazing, my daughter felt at ease with her, and she did a great job. She even suggested and helped us donate to locks of love. I loved my cut as well!!

The salon was clean and the wait was short. I just couldnt get the girl to understand I wanted my hair cut shorter. She snipped off maybe half an inch of hair and I have medium length hair..then told me if I wanted her to blow-dry my hair it was only $10 extra..I will not be visiting there again

Two workers.. on a Saturday, one runs the register and doesnt cut hair? 🤔🤔 This place is ran like Walmart, 50 lanes and one worker. Sat for an hour and a half.

I have been going to this location for months now to get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed, with decent results. I walked in today and asked for a wax, saying I wanted some shape, but to make it still look natural, which means keeping some of the thickness of the brow. I had absolutely no idea how it would turn out, but I never expected this! I had gotten nearly all of my eyebrows waxed, leaving it extremely thin and just not very good looking. Very disappointed as I enjoy coming here.

Ruth is amazing! Im kind of a picky guy when it comes to a haircut and Ruth has knocked it out each time. Ive been 3 times now and will continue to go as long as she is there. My only complaint would be you cannot make an appointment so either call ahead and plan to wait 20 plus minutes. Other than that great place!

I went for a hair cut today and as it turns out they had trainees giving the cuts. I got the worst haircut of my life. The customer should be told the hair cut would be done by a trainee so we can make the decision if we want to be used as a guinea pig because I definitely would have said no. I will think long and hard before going back there again.

I’m not sure if I got a student but they messed up my hair, it’s so short cause of the first girl who made a mistake on a trim.. I’ve never been so upset. Wish I never even paid for it, worst experience I’ve had and my week is basically ruined.

I visited this salon today after a not so great visit with another super cuts. I had previously went to a different location and the stylist I got was beyond rude, kept complaining about the fact that what i wanted was going to take a long time and she left me with extremely spotty hair color that looked pretty rough. Well I seen Ruth at this salon to see if it could be fixed and get me closer to what I wanted. She told me I may need to go for color correction but that if I wanted she would do her best for me. Well she did Amazing! She got me so much closer to what I wanted while also fixing alot of the issues that the other stylist had created. I paid about the same at both places including the tip (by the way I absolutely made sure to leave Ruth an even better tip) but I left feeling so much better from this location. She knows exactly what shes doing and I would recommend her to anyone needing color. Ive even been to a more expensive salon and believe shes even better than alot of them. Im not sure how much she makes but she deserves a raise! I plan on going back in the future when I decide to continue to lighten my hair. Thank you so much Ruth!

Waited 45mins for my son to get his haircut. In that time not one single employee said a word to us. The service has changed alot in the last 2 months and it sucks!

The girlfriend had made an appointment and we had been waiting since the time, and also after. While 2aiting for thirty minutes, and being next in line, the woman had skipped us to grab another client that would probably tip more if she got all the kids. Regardless of the specific, it was rude, therefore unprofessional.We waited an hour after making an appointment, and still left because of the poor professionaism.

So I tried to guide the stylist on how I wanted my hair, after I left I got a closer look and started feeling around and noticed how bad of a job the stylist did. My hair is so uneven in areas, and I felt like the whole time she was just hurring things up and not taking her time to do a good job. Never going back. Wish I had left antip.

Ive been getting my hair cut here for about three years now, and in that time I havent had a single bad experience. A few different people have cut my hair, but Ruth is the stylist I always ask for. Dont get me wrong, the other stylists are good, but Ruth is exceptional. Aside from being very friendly and detail-oriented, she gets better each time I go. If she were to move to another location, I would drive the extra distance to have her cut my hair. Shes that good.

Tori Zajic cut my drab hair into an AWESOME, perfectly clipped A-line bob. She is talented and is a very good listener. I came in feeling very stressed and ready for a change, she gave me exactly what I needed. Seeing her was definitely a high point in my stressful week. Thank you, Tori, youre amazing!

Im cheap and this has been my goto when my barber wasnt available. Not saying the staff is cheap but monumental price difference. However, over the years I have had horrible cuts here with very inexperienced stylist. That is except Ruth. Not a single time she has cut my hair I was dissapointed. If she moved somewhere else I would go where she went. She understands guys hair and is very plesent everytime. Definitely MVP there.

I can’t do this business. I called 7:30 PM the night before ask for if I can have a quick haircut, the lady who picked up the phone said she can do me in the next morning, I asked if I need an appointment, she said “No you don’t need an appointment, we’re open at 9 and you can come in the morning.”The next morning I came in at 9:45 AM and the difference lady said they all booked up and can’t do for me but they can do an appointment for me at 11 or 11:30. and she said she wasn’t there yesterday so she have no idea why somebody said that ?!?!?! It’s so waste of time and I took a long drive to here. (I love far north Broken Arrow Wagoner county).

I got my daughters and my own hair cut here, they were awful. I came originally for my hair cut and layered, overall the length was even, which was probably the only thing done to satisfaction. My layers weren’t even, she never held up my hair to even check to see if the layers were even. She was very dry, short and seemed annoyed with us. After my hair, my daughter decided she wanted her hair cut too, no layers just an even length shorter, it was very choppy and uneven. We went elsewhere to have BOTH of our haircuts fixed (which are so much better and even) and for a cheaper price (including the tip), better customer service and friendliness all around. I wish I wouldn’t have tipped her at all, definitely not ever going back

Have been going to supercuts for a couple years now, and have always been very pleased with the service. I try and always have Jason cut my hair when he is available. Jason cuts my hair exactly like I like it every time, and is always very friendly and always has something to talk about. Going to get a haircut is not one of my favorite things to do, but he always makes it a pleasant experience, and exceeds my expectations every time. The facility is always clean and the rest of the staff is always nice as well. I see no need to ever go anywhere else!

I thought I give supercuts another try. What a huge regret! I showed the picture how i want my hair to be cut like. It is nothing closed to that style. I ended up driving to another salon just to get it to how i want my hair to be. I dont think she even glanced at my picture. I could have saved my money spent here and drove the extra 15 miles to get my haircut done correctly. Now my hair is shorter than what Ive expected.
