I had a concern with my eyelashes from another tech, she is still learning and I knew that ahead of time. When she brought it to the attention of the owner she offered to fix them the next day. I came in and she spent a lot of time talking with me and fixed my lashes and they look amazing! And when I was going to pay she wouldn’t let me. That my friend is amazing customer service! I doubt you will find this with any other lash company. I would highly recommend this business to anyone!

I was diagnosed with blepharitis by an urgent care doctor after getting my extensions. This is when bacteria gets into the lash follicle. I also developed a stye on one of my eyes. Just wanted to educate people on what they are getting into so they don’t have the same experience as me.The reason this place has so many 5 star reviews is because you get a free lash wash if you review them. The lash techs don’t wear masks, and when they breathe on you for hours, there’s more potential to get germs stuck where they attach the eyelash. I have had lash extensions before and i woke up today with my eyes swollen. Turns out i had a bacterial infection. I had to wait 20 minutes even though i was on time to my appointment, and the staff was generally judgy and rude. The extensions themselves are very plastic-y and do not feel comfortable. (Again waiting and the texture of the lashes would not matter if it didn’t cost me $200 at urgent care + medication) Please trust me, do not go here.

I have been going to Flutter in Broken Arrow for almost 6 months. The stylist, Lauren, is wonderful! She is very sweet, never late, and extremely talented! I adore her and her work. I even referred friends who were very pleased with their eyelash extensions by Lauren.I needed a fill before I went on vacation and flutter was booked so I went to the extintionist in Tulsa. This was a terrible experience. The artist was 30 minutes late to my appointment and took an extra 20 minutes on my fill. I ended up being almost an hour late to my next appointment. My hair was pulled, eyes were burned, and the whole experience was uncomfortable during my fill. My eyelashes quickly fell out and looked awful. I was embarrassed on my vacation and wore a hat almost the entire time.I was hesitant to share my experience, but if you are looking for the best lash extensions and comfortable setting. Lauren in Broken Arrow is the absolute best!This review is on my husbands account. I’m not sure how to switch it to mine.Amy B.

Got eyelash extensions for the very first time at the South Tulsa location. The place was soooo cute and their vibe was super relaxing and great. Haley did my lashes and was super cool, and talkative. Not awkward at all, time went by super fast, and she was super patient and explained the whole process to me. Gave me exactly what I wanted and needed for my first time trying lashes. Already scheduled my fill with her :) this place is definitely a go to if you want lash extensions.

Went with my wife here. Didn’t really want to go but was one of our to do’s for the day. When we walked in was greeted by a friendly face. My wife got ushered in to her one of the rooms. When she was done, she had a big smile on her face which naturally makes me happy of course. She looked beautiful. Definitely going with her again to see her smile!!

Ive tried flutter twice now. The first time my lashes barely lasted 2 weeks. The second time I got them done on Friday 16th and they didn’t last to following Wednesday 21st. I had canceled my appointment that I had made for a fill since there was nothing to fill. My account was showing no appointments per picture! They called and said I would be charged 20$ For an appointment I canceled a week prior ! Terrible place! Find somewhere else.!

I have been coming to Flutter for about a year now and the quality of these lashes is unmatched. It took me a little while to find the style and fullness that I wanted, but I wouldn’t have known if my lash artist didn’t suggest it. I am in love with my lashes. They are usually on time with appointments and are flexible with the booking. During your appointment whether it be a fill (1 hour) or a full set (2 hours) they let you do your own thing. I usually take a nap or listen to an audio book to pass the time. However, if you’re trying to converse, these artists are so sweet. I personally get the natural beauty lashes and I recommend going to Jamie. She’s super sweet and will give you exactly what you want, but she’s also not scared to give you suggestions of what she thinks will make you happiest. I have never had a bad experience here!

Flutter Eyelash Salon is wonderful! Raquel did my lashes, Im definitely spelling her name wrong but she did great, I was pretty nervous because it was my first time getting my lashes done and it did take longer than I expected, I expected maybe an hour or so but it took a little over two hours to get the full set and only an hour for the refills. She was so careful I didnt even think she was putting lashes on me haha it was like she was gently brushing my lashes over and over. She gave me a lot of great advice on how to take care of my lashes to keep them as long as possible! Unfortunately I am moving away but I recommend this location to anyone wanting to try lashes!

Sally has been doing my lashes for a few months and I LOVE THEM! They are so professional here. I love how clean they are, especially with everything going on with COVID. I get so many compliments about my lashes all the time. I can’t recommend Sally at Flutter enough!
