Love great clips. We love that you can check in on line and their estimated times are pretty accurate. You can check in and then shop. The stylist was kind and listen to my son and helped him decide what he wanted for his long hair.

Came in without an online appointment and they got me in a chair in under 15 minutes. My hair was about 10” long and pretty much a mess and I had a hard time describing how I wanted it cut. Despite my poor explanation, the stylist was able to make sense of my jumbled description and cut it short and it’s perfect! Not sure her name but she’s a pro! Thanks!

Jamie hacked my hair off! I told exactly what I wanted, 4 inches of the bottom. Not paying attention and joking around with another barber she completely chopped my hair in half. It’s awful I look like I have a mullet!

It was great! I walked out feeling like a new man.

I showed up about 30 minutes before closing and they were extremely nice. I didnt want them to have to work late but they wanted to earn my business. Its a top-notch staff that is led from the front by a manager who truly cares. She understands the value of the customer, empathy, cleanliness, and has a staff that is trained to look for these same things. I will definitely be back!!!

Saw an ad online and wanted to give them a try. I asked for a bob cut/a line. The stylist asked me how short do I want the back and front, i told her and asked if those length will look good for the hair cut i want, she said yes. I kept telling her that i want an elevated look on the side but what I got was nothing close. Asked her to fix it a few times but it just doesnt look good. She told me to try and see if I like it if not come back in a couple days to get it fix. Not looking to go back again though after Ive already asked her to fix it a few times. She was really nice about it but just couldnt get it right. Customer Service was great, cant say the same for the haircut.

I walked in and asked the man who came up to the counter how long of a wait there was. He pointed at the sign and said what does the sign say? I was thinking how rude he was but brushed it off. My son told the barber he only wanted a trim. That is not what he got. His entire hair was cut off. My son got in the car afterwards and just cried. How awful, shame on you great clips for not understanding what a trim is. And on top of it all you charged me $19.00 for a haircut when all we needed was a trim. So, I left with a heart broken teenager who is embarrassed to go to school now, I won’t be back .

I went in to get a quick trim off the top and a fade on the sides and unfortunately thats not what I got. Before the hair appointment began, I showed the barber a picture of a previous hair style I had. It wasnt anything fancy, just a trim and like mentioned. When the cutting began, everything was initially going fine, but before asking me any further questions the barber immediately began cutting a length off the top that I didnt ask for. He kept talking over me and moving so quick that it was too late before he had already cut a good chunk off the top. Needless to say, it didnt end up how I wanted and I wont be going to great clips again. I usually dont write reviews like this, but it was not good. Would have turned out differently if he slowed down and asked me questions to make sure it went how I was wanting it.

When you go to this location, ask for Kima! She’s a great stylist and barber and she’s very detailed. You won’t be disappointed trust me 😊. From what I was told, she specializes in all types of hair textures, styles etc .

Hit or miss. I’ve had one of my best haircuts here and one of the worst. It just depends on the stylist you get. The nice thing is you can just walk in and get an appointment. But last time I had a pretty bad experience. I went in with damp hair. My hair is wavy with a tendency to frizz, but if cared for right, it’s not too difficult to manage. Most stylists realize that pretty quickly and either keep it wet with a spray bottle or dry it straight before cutting it. If you have wavy, frizzy hair and cut it that way, it’s hard to get it the same length. But this guy kept combing and combing the whole time, HURTING my head. (Because of my hair texture, I never comb my hair as it’s drying.) I hoped my hair wasn’t breaking with each stroke of the comb. When I turned to look, my hair was the frizziest mess I’ve seen in years. And he was cutting it like that! I hoped someone paid to cut hair would have more expertise on different types of hair. My stylist also portrayed a demeanor like he was ready to go home. In the end, it doesn’t really look bad, but I probably won’t go back.

Awesome hair salon(?). I get my haircuts done here every time and thats for a good reason. Ive had a different person cut my hair each time and each time it came out exactly how i wanted it. They were constantly engaging conversation and making sure i was comfortable. The price of the hair cut is also very reasonable.

I was today treated rude with no reason, my name was first in the list that they have in the front and I just asked when would be my turn, one of the stylist answered my rude and didnt tell me when if fact when they will attend me. I do not recommend this place at all, there is nothing Great here.

Always a great place to get your haircut. Some stylists are better than others but you get a pretty consistent haircut everytime you go back. Very friendly and welcoming. So much so sometimes I feel like I am in an episode of Cheers.

They do a great job. Have not had a bad experience and have been going for years. They keep hair cut records and the check in app is great but does not work until after they open so if you want to be first you have to wait at the door. The only thing I would change is they seem to refuse to suggest anything different when you want to go with another look.

Actually got a good haircut. Most of the time these quick cut places are substandard. But this one was good.

I tried to check in online about 5:35pm, Sunday March 17. It would not let me check in during the last half hour the store is open. However, it did say get to the store before it closes and you will be ok. I got to the store at 5:50 and it closed at 6pm. There were two ladies there, one was cutting and one was cleaning. The one cutting, short and stalky, very short hair said they both had people in the chairs and they could not help us because they were closing soon. We mentioned it said just get the before it closes and she said no that is not how it works. I said fine, I will use my money elsewhere and as we walked out the door, she locked the door behind us. So she locked the doors at 5:51 but says the stores closes at 6. That is very unprofessional and she was was a bit snippy. All she cared about was going home at 6pm, and did not care about our money. I have 4 family members that get their hair cut there and we will no longer give our business to Great Clips again, nor will we recommend them to others. It is not the first time we have had problems with this lady, but it will for sure be the last.

Here on 5-17, they are definitely understaffed, only two girls on duty and they are very slow with their haircuts. No sense of urgency. Averaging 30+ minutes with each cut.

Ive never had a bad experience at this or any other Great Clips. Professional, quick, and curtious staff and a relaxing environment ensure Im in in our with minimum fuss. I usually walk in, but they have an app if you want to check in ahead of time.

Usually my favorite place for kids haircuts. Today, though I was charged 5 extra dollars to detangle my daughters hair. It wasnt even very tangled; a little water and she brushed through it. My $6.99 coupon turned into $11.99. Ill never be back.

Have been struggling to find a stylist I can count on, have gone to several high end salons in the area. The girls at great clips have done just as well if not better than there higher end competition.

The stylists are always professional and are GREAT haircutters ...especially the girl with purple hair and eyebrows. Best one there!

They are pretty nice , they are super judgmental. The do not give good cuts , i asked for straight a crossed for a trim , it’s so uneven and in a v shape , that type of money can’t be wasted on a trashy hair cut.

I always get in fast, and its great that they store how you got your hair cut the previous times so you dont have to tell them every visit.

Took my 12 year old son here to get a hair cut. The lady cut him on both sides of his head, near his ears. Im not sure what she did to his neck but it was beat red and blochy for hours after. There were multiple pieces she missed so i will have to get it recut. No apology or even attempt to make it right.
