Love this place! Met some regulars and can definitely see why they are! My massage and facial were so relaxing! Theres a nice stream room and relaxing area. Love the comfy robes and the slip on sandals. A must for anyone thinking of a spa trip!

Hairstylist jenna didnt show up. Didnt call me or message me to get it taken care of. Tried to contact her and didnt hear anything back. Never going back.

Best pedicure of my life ! Margarita is amazing highly recommend her ! Takes her time to give you not only an amazing pedicure but experience as well loved the foot massage and the paraffin wax ! She’s super sweet and nice will definitely be coming back to her !

This has been my go-to pamper place for quite awhile now. The staff is absolutely wonderful! It doesnt matter if Im getting my nails done, indulging in a massage or giving my hair some much needed TLC, I am always taken care of by the professional and friendly staff!I LOVE this place!

Took my mama here for late Mother’s Day and got massages with body scrubs and manicures and pedicures and had her hair done in the photo below and the staff was AMAZING best massages and our nails look amazing as well. Felt very at home and Rebecca and chase were our massage therapist and high recommend them. I forgot our nail techs names but kudos to them as well and to Amanda for my mamas beautiful hair!

For all the ladies with curly hair, if you havent had a curly girl cut, you NEED this in your life!!! Abby made me fall in love with my natural curls and for the first time I feel like I actual know how to properly use products to tame my fro!! She is AMAZING! Educated, loves her job and it radiates from her and hands down the BEST in the business. Not only are my curls flawless but even the cut when straightened was perfection. Everyone I encountered at the Salon was super sweet!!! Glad I made the move to Berkshire Salon!

I booked a massage for my friend and I weeks in advance. We showed up to our 9am appointments and the girl at the front desk said one of the masseuse called in sick. They did not call and let us know, they did not have a back up masseuse nor offer any alternative options. Would not recommend based on my experience.

Berkshire is one of the best spas in Tulsa. They are professional, kind, accommodating, and the services provided are always excellent. We had an unexpected issue come up with our appointment, and they went above and beyond to make accomodations to help us. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone who is looking for a nice relaxing experience. Excellent service and exceptional staff.

I called and was able to get in same day with Jewel. She was FANTASTIC. I explained what I wanted and she confirmed and was confident in cutting my hair. I have long, straight, thick hair that can be difficult to cut. She did great. I love my new haircut and I will be going back.

When getting your nails done, be sure to make sure your tech has a nail dryer. My mom had hers done for Mothers day and her tech let her walk out with completely wet nails because she said she did not have a dryer. The tech next to her had one, that wasnt being used at the time, and apparently they arent allowed to use each others stuff. Had she could have, my mom wouldnt have had to be 100% hands free for a good amount of time in fear she would smear them. Ive never had my nails done, not in todays time anyways, by someone and then was told I had to leave and not have them dried.

I would have to take back a review I did a couple months ago. I had my eyelashes permed and they were super curly and kinky. I went back to get it “fixed” and I thought they were ok until I woke up next morning and they were worse. I haven’t been able to wear mascara for months . They have been so curly and kinky it looked like I had no lashes at all. I finally got my own lash lift kit and fixed them in a matter of minutes. Would not recommend.

I had never been, or even heard, of Berkshire until I was looking around for a makeup artist for myself and my bridal party. Shortly after being referred to Morgan by my sister I reached out to her and scheduled a makeup trial run on the same day as my engagement pictures. The salon itself is very clean and cute and all the employees seem happy and willing to help. Morgan was very sweet and assured me that if there was anything that I did not like about my makeup once she was done to please feel free to tell her so she can make a note so that it is perfect on my big day.I enjoyed my experience here so much I have already scheduled future appointments for spray tans and haircuts.

Took my daughter in to get tape in extensions. She had been wearing 18” clip in extensions for years. The first consultant the stylist said no problem she can do the 16” tape ins and ordered 4 packages. When we went back to get them put in, the stylist kept on and on telling my daughter they were not going to look good long because they would not blend in with her own natural hair which was shorter, even though she had been wearing 18” extensions for several years that looked very natural. Finally my daughter decided to do what the stylist kept pushing her to do and cut the tape in extensions shorter. The stylist cut them to about 6” long from 16”. While in the salon my daughter thought they looked cute. But when she got home and realized how much she missed her 18” long extensions she ended up just taking all of the 6” extensions out. That was $600 completely wasted because the stylist did not do what we wanted, and what we had talked about with her and she agreed to in the consultation! I would never go back there again! If you do get extensions there, you need to make sure the stylist does EXACTLY what you ask her to!

Margarita is the absolute best nail therapist in Tulsa/BA area! I get acrylics and pedicures by her. She listens to your wants and needs and gives above and beyond service. I recommend EVERYONE I know to go see her! Their referral program is amazing as well!

Went in to get my hair colored, it looks absolutely nothing like the photo I provided. The lady who did my hair knew it didnt look like anything had been done to it, so she toned my hair again, and it turned red. I was still charged full price. The price was also higher than what they stated on their website for that specific hair stylist. Its not my fault that it took forever because she couldnt get the color I wanted. She should have told me that it was unattainable by her in the first place, instead of saying she could accomplish it. Ive honestly never had a hairstylist dye my hair so completely different from what I came in for.

Ive had a pedicure, hair cut & styled, and last week I had a massage. All of my services have been excellent. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I loved the steam room! I thought it felt wonderful as I got to enjoy it all by myself. I also think Maeghan, who is a manager is an awesome asset to the place. She is always friendly, helpful, and just a joy to be around! I will recommend everyone I know to try this salon and spa.

I had a great day yesterday. Literally everyone I spoke to did a superior job. I usually get massages at my house and I was hoping my massage would be comparable (my therapist is incredible which is why she coms to my house regularly.). Forgive me for not taking note of your name but thank you for doing exactly what I needed during my massage. Becca gave me lashes again and when I got home my husband said I really don’t need makeup :) Of course Lacey did a great job on my hair, as always, not to mention she is always ready to try something new. Thank you all very much for helping me unwind.

Ever since I started coming to Berkshire, I cant imagine going anywhere else. I have gotten massages here, hair styling, and make up application! Their staff is always so friendly and welcoming and whatever service I get here, it is always top notch. If you havent been here yet....GO! You wont regret it.

I wrote one review on their website, and it was premature. I still gave them 5 stars, and if I could, I would add even more. I reviewed them the same day, which I typically do not do. But I loved my style and my stylist Emily so I thought Id go ahead. Not only was the cut amazing the day of, but it was super easy to recreate the style at home.Emily was very thorough in explaining the products and how to achieve the look at home. Plus, I received a handwritten card from her in the mail today. This additional touch will definitely make me want to go back again and again. The friendly nature and hospitality here was so much more than I could have imagined and I look forward to my next appointment!

Great place to get my nails done!!! The people I have come in contact with are very kind and professional.

I booked 2, 90 minutes massages and 2 facials for my husband and I almost a week in advance. The person I spoke with specified that one of us would have a male therapist and one would have a woman therapist so I know she made the appointment. We booked two nights hotel and drove in from Dallas for a spring break vacation while our kids were at their grandparents. As we drove into Tulsa, someone from the spa called to confirm our appointments and told me she only had one massage scheduled. She admitted it was their fault and would see what she could do? She called back and offered us two, 30 minutes massages back to back in place of the 90. I told them we drove to town just for this spa day and they needed to cancel the appointments that got booked in our spots but she wouldnt do it. We ended up canceling the appointments and went to the spa at the Marriott. It was lovely.

Wow! This place is like a Super Center for personal care! TOTALLY in love with all the staff and services! They know my name on my 3rd visit?!?!?! Who does that? And the services are the best I have found in Tulsa & surrounding areas! Appointment reminders are awesome too!

Im usually weird about spray tans because of the past of turning orange or spotty. But going to Bailey has definitely become an addiction. Her spray tans are amazing. & very natural. Im going thru my wedding events (engagement parties, pictures, showers, etc.) & Im able to let Bailey know which shade of tan I prefer for an event or just for the weekend. Long story short shes amazing & Ive been recommending her to friends & family.

Love how the employees laugh and smile every time Im there. Its important to see happy employees working together. Would highly recommend them.

The place is beautiful and chic. The staff is courteous and friendly, but the haircut that I got was bad. I told the stylist what I wanted and showed her a picture. But it turned out a disappointment. The kind of haircut you get at Great Clips. I will be wearing my hair on a ponytail for a while... Unfortunately, I wont be going back and I cant recommend.

Everyone is so friendly and thorough. They welcome questions and explain what they are doing and how to maintain it. Furthermore, the salon is very clean, up to date, and open. I love my appts and feel like Berkshire really creates the whole spa experience.

I enjoy this salon. The sinks to wash your hair are at a higher level stopping the neck pain. Jennifer gave me an updated cut and for the first time my super thick hair lays well instead of poofing out. Appointments are easy to make and staff are friendly.

I was skeptical about getting a massage at first, but my experience here was so good; I immediately booked another one for next month!Not only that, but my masseuse (Julie) was friendly but not overly chit chatty, which helped me relax and let her do her thing without feeling like I had to hold a conversation. My body definitely loved the experience and I highly recommend this to anyone whom is skeptical or hesitate about it.

This was my first visit for me and my husband. Celine gave me a shellac manicure. I guess I have never had a real manicure before. Treated my nails like they were her own. Parrifin, hot towels were included. My husband has his first massage with Brad, outstanding! This place is clean, professional and uber relaxing.

I highly recommend the Berkshire Salon and Day Spa for wedding makeup and hair! Hanne V. was the stylist that I ended up using for my big day. I had initially booked with another stylist, did a makeup trial, and then received a call telling me that she had taken a job in another state and wouldn’t be still be at Berkshire on my wedding day. The salon offered to re-schedule a complimentary trial with another stylist, and I’m so glad that I ended up with Hanne! The makeup trial went well, but I came back on the day of with a couple of changes that I wanted her to make. She knew exactly what I wanted and made it exactly perfect! For my hair, I came in with a couple of pictures that I kind of liked, and she created something even more beautiful than I could have hoped for (plus, both the makeup and hair stayed looking perfect all night)! I highly, highly recommend the Berkshire Salon and Hanne specifically!
