I spoke with Kristen and Jacob two OUTSTANDING agents! They answered all my questions and offered some great advice! They got me signed up over the phone in 20 minutes with some great coverage. Best customer service hands down. You guys rock! Thank you.

My agent was Cindy Peck. She did a wonderful job in setting me and my family up with the plan needed. It was unique situation as the insurance was just for my 3 year old son. Nevertheless she went to work right away and provided me and my family with available options. I would certainly recommend working with her and Arrington National and I’ll be sure to reach out to Cindy for any future insurance needs.

If I could give zero stars I would... I worked for them. And I was getting a lot of clients quickly. Then all of a sudden they shut me out of my email, phone, and any access to my clientele... with ZERO explanation. I was doing everything right, and yet they’ve done this. That is not professional whatsoever. And I fear now that my clients have been scammed. It’s very disheartening and makes me fearful to even work in the Insurance industry in the future. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Jason and Brian were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They were very patient with me and answered all of my questions. They also assured me that I may call them anytime should I encounter any issues with my chosen health plans. I have already recommended them to a friend in need of health insurance.

Brian McRay has great customer service and made me feel secure and valuable. He helped me with problems signing in and very professional and very knowledgeable about his work. Hes very nice person and very easy to communicate with. Brian McRay is a go-getter.

I had the best experience with Arrington National. They gave me options that other agencies wouldn’t and were able to stack two policies so that my personal cost for my oral surgery was 90% covered. I talked to 2 other agencies before them and the difference was night and day. I will definitely be purchasing all my insurance from Arrington National from now on. Fantastic customer service!

I honestly cant say enough good things about this company. I found them on google, went to the website and submitted my information. ONE person called me... not 50. I was in a bad place with COVID and losing my job and my insurance, but she helped me get great coverage for about 1/4 of what Cobra was going to cost me and the coverage started the next day. She also followed up with me to make sure I received my insurance card in the mail and even called my doctors office on my behalf to make sure they were in network. Obviously buying insurance is not fun, but this was a great experience, and Ill be sending all of my family and friends to them from here on out.
