Nice service...oneyda give nice customer service

I had 2 cars under one policy with Progressive. Back in April I surrendered the plates to one of my cars to DMV and went to this office to temporarily take the car out of the policy. The so called manager at the office assisted me, she took the wrong car out of the policy, even though I brought the plate surrender receipt from DMV, what she did is she left me with no insurance on the car I was using for 25 days. It wasnt until I insured the vehicle again and attempted to register it at DMV, they told me the insurance company had canceled my policy. I knew the issue was not non payment, because I have automatic payment with Progressive. I had to pay at DMV $200 that day because I had to get the car registered.When I went to the Apple office in Brentwood to ask them about the issue I had at DMV and get my money back, this same manager didnt want to speak with me. I guess she later then came to her senses and realized she had made a big mistake and called asking me to go get a form that I will need to mail to DMV to get my money back. I have attached a picture of the form she gave me, where this Apple agency manager is blaming Progressive for sending the incorrect vehicle information to DMV.I dont even know the managers name, she never disclosed it, even though I asked multiple times.Right now I have to mail a form to DMV and wait up to 90 days to get reimbursed my money, all because of this unqualified manager at this office.Needless to say I have neither vehicle with Progressive anymore, and I am never stepping a foot in this insurance office as long as the same management is there.
