DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT CLIENT FRIENDLY. THEIR GOAL IS TO FIND EVERY REASON NOT PAY DEATH CLAIMS AND KEEP THE MONEY. THEY SIGNED HIM UP AND COVERED HIM KNOWING HE WAS SICK. THEY PLACED A CAP ON THE AMOUNT OF COVERAGE HE COULD PURCHASE BECAUSE HE WAS SICK AND THEY KNEW IT SIGNING HIM UP FOR THE LIFE INSURANCE POLICY. THEY EVEN TOOK THE PREMIUM AFTER MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY AND WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONTHLY PREMIUM. THEY REFUSED TO SPEAK WITH ME CONCERNING THE CLAIM AND TOLD ME THEY COULD TAKE UP TO 2 YEARS TO PROCESS THE CLAIM IF THEY WANTED TO. AS MY HUSBAND STILL LAYS IN THE MORGUE, 3+ MONTHS LATER, I WAIT ON BANKERS LIFE BRENTWOOD TO PROCESS HIS CLAIM. THEY GO HOME EVERY NIGHT WITHOUT A CARE IN THE WORLD. THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CLIENTS! NEXT TIME SOMEONE FROM BANKERS LIFE WALKS YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD SELLING LIFE INSURANCE, JUST GIVE THEM A SOLID NO THANK YOU AND SEND THEM ON THEIR WAY.

Lack compassion and sympathy for their clients and agents. They are behind closed doors races and discriminative. Worse company I have ever worked for!

They called me regarding a job I did not apply for while 40+ million Americans are out of work (and apparently none of those 40+ million applied for their job) - something looked wrong so I googled Bankers Life Scam and the whole screen lit up like fireworks.
