If I could give zero stars I would. Doctor Marcia Spencer could care less about the mental health of her patients. She is rude, cold, and argumentative. I have seen her twice (given that she is the only doctor left at this practice) and will not be returning. She only cares about the medications and not you. Not once did this “doctor” ask a single question about me, my life, or my well-being. Most psychiatrists will attempt to get to know their clients… not her. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a doctors office in my entire life. Save your time and your money and avoid this doctor at all costs.

Please do not come here! They will prescribe your child medication and not give any paperwork or follow up and then refuse you a new appointment. This place needs to be shut down!!!

This place is very unprofessional! Stay away! I have had to take my child out of school for an appointment and the doctor is a no show. They prescribed a medication and then all of a sudden could not give me any paperwork for it or a new appointment. Horrible!!

Don’t bother with this place the front desk receptionist don’t even know how to answer the phone.. completely ignorant receptionist they never answer the phone!

First time seeing a bavioral therapist and this guy was extremely rude and would let me get a word in edge wise. Youre supposed to be a specialist and be there for a patients health. Stay away from Marco Rabines. He is the rudest hateful person. . He wont listen to you and your health concerns they mean nothing to him.The east clinic is 100 % better

Doctors at Southwest are very attentive to my needs. They cover every issue that Im going through in one visit. Very thorough. All staff are very nice. They do the very best that they can. I would recommend southwest to anyone.

Attempted to make an appointment as a new patient by phone. Was placed on hold initially for 10 minutes. When the front desk finally picked up I let her know I was calling to make an appointment, she was obviously busy and agitated, I could tell by her tone. I get it, Ive been there. She asked who my PCP was, when I told her exactly what I was physically reading off of my health insurance card she seemed very confused and immediately just placed me on hold again. I then waited for an additional 10 minutes. I thought maybe she forgot I was there so I called back.. no answer...went to voicemail. Attempted one more time and someone picked up, when I explained she proceeded to tell me they are not accepting new patients and said she could refer me elsewhere. Thank you for wasting my time.

Doctors are unprofessional. One Dr. actually laughed while I was telling him a story of something I just went through that was stressful. They will judge you for every word you say so be careful because they take notes and will hold things against you. If you truly need psychological help, please go to Centerstone.

I have been seeing several doctors in this group for several years now and I have always been treated with dignity and respect. I am able to get in to see a Dr. quickly if necessary and the pharmacy prices are very affordable.

People posting 1 stars have Champaign taste with a beer budget. This is for Low Income or Medicaid Psychiatrist Office. Google for any local Psychiatrist. Tell them you have State Insurance or None... Oh, they want $500 up front and then $180 per visit?Oh, wait... You have barley enough money for the electric bill but you want First Class Treatment for your health issues?The trick is GETTING IN THE DOOR. If you can get in the door, see the Doctor/NP, and Establish everything right off the bat.... Youre golden.Every 90 days I Say Hi. Checkup. Blood work if needed. They call in my RXs... They have a patent portal if you want to write an email and say Please raise my dose or lower it or switch me they offer real talk it out therapy, medication management, and yes they are swamped and yes sometimes youre just a number...Yet, its saved my butt. Front Staff is awesome and deal with a lot of drama. Doctor and NP are over worked but no fools. Perfect for the price

Does anyone know if this pl,ace is a good place to come? I recently went to a physiatrist for my anxiety and add, I have a choice to come here or manatee glens and I dont want to go to manatee glens because of the meds they give you there do not work for me at all.

Horrible place they never have they s*** straight scheduling is always off if you get there 5 minutes late they reschedule you , then if you get there early youll be waiting for about 2 or 3 hours makes no sense because the doctor Just see me for about 8 besides that they dont get to s***s about anyone else but themselves and their paycheck highly not recommended and one big thing doctors are always changing so if you looking to have a temporary doctor this is the right place for you then another doctor then another doctor
