This was my first visit at Dr. Parks office. Jamie his right hand assistant sure made you feel at ease, answered all the questions my daughter & I had. Dr. Parks walked in & made me feel at ease as the procedure he was going to do on my back. He also took us to his office explained my MRI & exactly what the procedure would be. Very impressed with my visit.

Dr. Park was was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He is a very good Dr.Nurse kidd was vary proficient and friendly at her job. She is a very good nurse.

Place overall is okay, staff of friendly. However my neurologist there kind of made me feel like he gave up on finding a solution for my migraines after one medication. Takes two weeks for a referral to be sent, and the answering machine makes no sense when it says the office is closed during their regular business hours (ex: office closes at 5 called them at 4pm and it said the office was closed and couldn’t even leave a voicemail)

Appointment was not overbook, little waiting, all pleasant.The Doctor explained all the appropriate health issues with me, and made sure I understood. He was courteous, and very detailed in understandable terms when explaining issues, and direction for future plans and care. I was very, very well pleased with the visit.

The front staff members are all great, however I felt unheard, and brushed off by doctor Clark. When I express my concerns, she began to inform me on all the medications she take for involuntary muscle movement. She referred to an MRI that was taken 2 years ago, stating that everything looked great! I couldn’t understand how she base the results off of a MRI that was taken 2 years ago. Overall, she was very off putting and I didn’t feel like she care about any of my concerns!!! I wouldn’t recommend going to doctor Clark for care!

Ive been going to Pinnacle Medical Group- Neology on Cortez for 4 or 5 years now. The front office is great not stuffy but helpful in all phases, good people all that i have met. Most my time there i have been seen by Tatiana Clark, APRN Neurology, forget about the non-Dr title, knowledge wise the best, caringwise nobody better you actually know she cares - the little Russian(?) is my mighty angel always looking after me The whole place is great and easy to work with,

The neurologist did not have any idea why I was experiencing heat and discomfort in my legs although one of his specialties was listed as neuropothy. He indicated that a colleague in the office could test me for nerve damage, although I have to wait 3 months for the appointment. I had already waited 2 months to see the doctor for the current appointment.

I think they are okay but I dont understand how they work. I had a referral to a neurologist, but I did not see one. Instead they had me meet with the ARNP, and my next appointment is also with her. Now 4 days after my visit, I still have not got a MRI appointment that they were going to order for me.

Never answer the phone. Left several voice mails for a call back to reschedule an appointment and never hear back. Called 15 to 20 min before closing and an operator told me they cut their phones off already. I’m not understanding why the phones are cut off and they are “suppose” to be open until 5pm. Very unprofessional company.

Courteous staff. Prompt appointments. Always take the time to answer your questions.

This being my first visit I was pleased by the welcoming receptionist and waiting room. Dr. Oganisijan was also a pleasant, professional and comforting surprise. He appeared intereste in me and my questions. His advice was right on, and I began to see results to my problem within days. I imagine being referred by an eminent doctor I received the best. What a find.

Everyone was very professional, and the intake and exit was simple. tha Dr. was timely and very informative.

Had my 2nd appointment with Dr Ortstadt and it was as good as the first one was. Dr. Ortstadt has great bedside manor - he listens to what I have to say, answers all my questions thoroughly, takes time to explain things in both technical and laymen’s language, and does not seem to be in a hurry to get to the next patient. On top of that, he seems to know his”stuff”. All the personnel were also very good, friendly and caring. However, some of their operational systems are very complex and failed me numerous times - in order to get a sleep study, I had to marshal it through the system constantly. I would, however, highly recommend Dr. Ortstadt and his practice.

I didnt wait long, the waiting area was clean and the staff very accommodating. Once in the room with the Doc, he listened and gave me a knowledgeable response. I have no problem returning!

The best clinic in Bradenton I was refused treatment by almost every other clinic or they didn’t answer the phone this clinic cares about patients and was the only clinic to help me even though I had no insurance I appreciate the doctors here to the moon and back

I was having trouble with migraines until I started getting Botox injections. I cannot tell you what a relief it is to be living my life now without the dread of waking up with a sickening migraine. Life has become hard enough these days without dealing with any more pain. Diane Raccio is just a super sweet lady and has the best bedside manner. Getting the injections aren’t fun however, she makes them as painless as they possibly can be. I’m grateful for her and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!

Good experience. Dr. Oganisyan took time to discuss my issues and was very attentive. Follow up appointment was set up with ARNP Raccio. Pleased with the time spent and look forward to the next visit.

This is by far one of the best medical groups I’ve ever had the pleasure to be a patient of. From the time you walk into the office, the staff is quick and efficient. Wait times to see the doctor are within 5 minutes of your appointment. Dr. Cabrera takes the time to listen and is very concerned about my health. I would absolutely recommend Pinnacle Medical Group to anyone looking for a highly efficient and caring group of physicians and staff. 5++ stars.

Im not sure why you are asking how to improve when you guys decided to discharge me for no reason. They dont even give you a reason to discharge me. So now I have to search for a new PCP and I dont think its fair that I was sick and missed a phone call but I was there on the phone at the time of my telehealth appointment.

Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Dr. Cabrera is very personable. The only Dr. I’ve been to where my blood pressure doesn’t spike when I’m there! Highly recommended.

Dr. Francisco Esparza provided excellent patient care. He listens to you and provides great advise for treating your issues. I fully recommend him.

Dr. Park is an excellent surgeon. The problem I have is with the lack of communication from his office.

Check-in has always been problem-free. I’ve never had a long wait. Nurse Diane is genuinely caring and always makes you feel comfortable to be at a doctor’s office. Dr. Cabrera always listens to your concerns and gives you immediate treatment accordingly or he won’t hesitate to refer you to a specialist. Our family is very happy with this office.

Dr. Cabrera and his staff are the best. You feel that they care about you and your health. Dr. Cabrera listens to what you have to say and answers in a way you understand. Denise, his nurse, is very nice and easy to talk with. As she does her update on you she makes you feel comfortable and cares what you have to say. At the end of your visit you see Jill and she is always very nice. When you go to see a doctor you usually dont feel well, the staff does the best to make you feel comfortable until you see the doctor. I would recommend Dr. Cabrera and his staff to anyone.

I have been very pleased with the doctors and staff at Pinnacle Medical Group, Cortez. It was of particular importance to me that the doctors listened to the information I related regarding my medical background. They were respectful of my knowledge regarding being a polio survivor and how that could/would impact my physical limitations. Dr. Michael Park did carpel tunnel surgery on my left hand and should I need future any future surgery, he will be the doctor for me.

My son is non verbal autistic and also has a seizure disorder he has Dr Oganysian as his Neuro Dr and its always a plesant visit the wait time is short and Dr Oganysian is patient and answers any questions we may have but most importantly Dylan likes him and interacts with him without hesitation

Diane Raccio (Dr. Esparza’s Nurse Practitioner) was very kind, concerned and caring. Spent time understanding my problems.

I am a retired health care professional and have elected Dr. Cabrera as my primary care physician. His in depth knowledge on mechanisms of diseases, potential drug interactions and side effects has greatly impressed me. He has a very caring and friendly attitude and takes the time to listen to the patients concerns. In addition, his office is well organized. I never had to wait more than 15 minutes and have always obtained appointments as needed even same day appointments. In summary, I highly recommend Dr. Cabreara and rate him on a five star system as a 5+.

I was a new patient with Dr.Cabrera last week . Moving from out of state it was difficult to make the adjustment to find a new doctor. The office staff was very pleasant and it was very easy to make the transition. The clinic is very clean and the wait time was short. Dr. Cabrera is an exceptional Doctor. From experience I can tell you when he walks into the exam room, you have his undivided attention. You can tell he cares about your health issues. And he makes sure all your concerns have been addressed. He is what ALL Drs should be. He cares and it shows. Dr. Sergio Perez is an amazingly thoughtful physician. His efforts to ensure you receive the best care are outstanding. He answers all your questions and orders the labs or tests to be thorough. He is always thinking one step ahead on a patients behalf. Dr. Perez is kind and really cares about your wellbeing. The staff is very effecient. Jasmine is a fabulous nurse! I recommend choosing Dr. Perez as your primary care physician.

Dr Oganisyan really cares about every detail of my visit. He wanted the full work up of testing done and he cares to ask about my personal life, that makes all the difference in my book. The staff is respectfully nice and speedy. The coffee machine in the waiting room makes a difference also. I have nothing bad to say about pinnacle health or Dr Oganisyan.

Dr Perez has been my doctor for about 6 years.Before him I had 4 doctors in a period of 5 years.This doctor is a great listener and very professional.The best part is that he is very understanding about his patients needs. My wife also became a patient of his after going through 8 doctors in 10 years. We are very happy with Dr Perez.

Was referred to Dr. Esparza by my primary care physician. Had to wait about a month for the appointment but was well taken care of when I arrived. They were able to make arrangements for me to take an unscheduled test that same day. Dr. Esparza was thorough in his exam.

You need a doctor? Look no further. I have received the best medical care here than any other place I have been. Im old so that says a lot. The friendly atmosphere from the time you check in until you check out makes the visit so much better. Dr. Lanai is my doctor but I also see Dr. Dan Ober. The wait time is very reasonable. The nurses are very caring and treat you like you are the only patient they have. No one rushes you through your appointment. I always have questions and always get answers that I totally understand. There are other doctors there that I have not seen but I am sure they are as good as my two special guys.Trust me that you can trust them.

Dr Ortstadt was incredibly unprofessional, unethical, and downright rude. Talked down at me the moment he walked in the room. Wanted nothing to do with me and repeatedly belittled me and told me my PCP wasnt a real doctor and knows nothing. Then accused me of faking my symptoms and being abused.Awful man with an awful demeanor.

Terrible!!!! Took an appointment for my 14 year old daughter and filled in all the information online. Planned my day accordingly (we are currently on vacation in Florida for 6 days so time is critical). Showed up to the appointment to find that the appointment had been canceled because my daughter was a minor (despite them having this information at the time of the appointment). Never got a call despite them having my number!!!

Dan took his time examining my foot, asking questions and came up with a plan of action. I would not hesitate going back to see Dan - and the staff which supports him.

Pinnacle has been the best facility Ive been to since I got on with Dr. Oganisyan, hed a good neurologist, finally got me on most of the meds Im supposed to be on, for my psiatic nerve pain, scheduled me to see a neurosurgeon, which is great, cuz when I was in Oklahoma it took me over a year of seeing a student doctor to even get scheduled to see a neurosurgeon, I would suggest anyone who needs a reputable doctor to go check out Pinnacle Medical on Cortez Road

I saw Dr. Ober. He was very friendly and stayed into his lunch hour to see me. You don’t hear people say that about many doctors these days. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Dr Cabrera for about three years and trust him completely. I have never had to wait for an appointment more than a day for any new issues they will squeeze me in . The staff has always been extremely pleasant, remembered me, knew my name and greeted me. I have a choice to obtain free healthcare at another facility, but I chose to pay my small co-pay to obtain the best quality healthcare available. I highly recommend Dr. Cabrera and his staff.

He is such a caring, compassionate doctor, always gives as much time is needed, never rushed me, listens intently...I could go on and on about him. He staff and nurses share the same attributes. Dr. Yathiraj at Pinnacle Medical is the neurologist that I see . The drive to their office is 2 hours but its worth it. He treats the whole person not just my specific condition. His staff is great. Very personable and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Yathiraj and his staff.

I like the way the doctors at Pinnacle Medical Group care for me , for years the others doctors around town could not get my blood pressure under control, On my first visit with Doctor Amoah , He was very concern about my blood pressure and explain to me how important was to get it under control and he wrote me a prescription and asked me to check back with him in two weeks and for me to started checking it my self often and to keep a log and bring it back to him when I return, and I am here to tell you that my blood pressure drop from the high 90s to the mid 70s that is very good if you know anything about blood pressure reading. He have corrected so many medical problem that had, I can say to everyone that I am very please with my doctor at Pinnacle Medical, Doctor Daniel Amoah ( I tell everyone Thats my doctor )

I see Diane Raccio, ARNP She is the best, she gets to the point, gives me all the options I have and which she thinks is best for me and my situation. She has the BEST bed side manner if you will in a office setting. Her since of humor will have you leaving the office in a much better mood then what you came in. She tells ya like it is and sometimes I forget shes a medical provider because shes so down to earth. I always look forward to my next visit with her. Great, educated, people person, professional woman that gets the job done. 5 stars & 2 thumbs up for Diane!!!

HORRIBLE!!!!! Ive been going there for 10 years. Lately they have the Rudest receptionists. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE - EVER-. During lunch they use an answering service in St. Pete.They put making a profit 1st and Healthcare second. Mediocre Dr. Mardones, sent me a certified letter I was discharged for abuse and abusive language. This was left on their answering system.Who wants to see a mediocre Dr. at a place that CANNOT do ANYTHING EFFECIENTLY!Good riddance, dont let the door hit you in the ASS.

Although I see Dr.Amoah as my regular GP yearly, twice I have needed to see someone on short notice. Both times I have been able to see Daniel Ober the same day I called and was treated effectively and efficiently.

I was in the hospital in bradenton being treated by a hospitalest that had no back round history on me. He refused to give me my at home meds for BP, diabetes and chronic back pain from a injury that was prescribed by my pain management specialist so after lying in the hospital bed for three days and the hospitalist telling me he was only going to prescribe what he wanted me to have I signed my self out and went to another hospital for treatment.No problems with getting my daily med once verified with my pharmacist. When I get home I have a letter from his office saying that they will no longer see me because I chose to be treated with compassion and health and pain management. The doctor is ok but since they merged with Healthcare America the care and compassion has detereated to the point that I feel that my health is at risk. I would not recommend this entire group to anyone that values their life.

I didnt even get a chance to get in. I was in the ER the other day and needed a follow up with a Doctor and the hospital suggested them. I call them today and the woman who answered the phone was 100% rude and mean. I incoviently called during her lunch time and explained my situation she told me you called during our lunch and youll need to call back later and immediately hung up the phone. Well now Im at the hospital which was the last place I wanted to be but due to the lack of customer service and or care for anyone I ended up here.
