Dr. Shahnaz Ahmed is a brilliant physician. Dr. Ahmed is direct and precise in delivering the information necessary for her patients to dramatically improve their health. I have diligently followed the advice given by Dr. Ahmed and my health has improved dramatically. Her integrity matches her fantastic medical skills.

Absolutely atrocious receptionists. I wouldnt waste my time here. Im sure the doctors are ok, but useless if its run by blunt and unhelpful people.If you dont want to be in the business of caring for people, then time for a career change!

Dr office drops you if you don’t see the AT LEAST 2 time a year!!!!!!!! Why go if I don’t have to????? Ridiculous!!! They just DROP YOU and don’t allow you back!!!!????!!!!Receptionists are SO RUDE! Even in person!

Nothings perfect, & room for improvements are inevitable.However, these dedicated group of doctors are, CORNERSTONE, to our health. To me personally, my Cardiologist, Dr Enrique Rivera is my very best in mind & heart, & whatever it is left of it at my senior age; said & done, period. My Blessings To You.

Office staff are very rude

I have been going to Bradenton Physicians for about 2 years now and have been very happy with my doctor and the overall office. They have many doctors there and it does run like a city office rather than a small country doctors office. However, my doctor has always given me all the time that I needed. I have never needed or expected a ton of time, but always got all that I wanted. She has a PA who is available on short notice for concerns and a nurse who can always be reached by leaving a message.This is the nicest doctor that I have ever had. She is smart, alert, on top of it and compassionate. I have been to many doctors since I have been here in Bradenton and this one is the best. The office at times can make mistakes but nothing as troubling as some of the other doctors offices.

I have been calling for a week and been left on hold for over 40 minutes each time. Ive left two messages and have never gotten a call back. I was told they were accepting new patients but I guess they dont really care if they get one. I give up. Dont waste your time.

If you want to wait on hold for over a half hour, never get called back, and have terrible medical attention this is the place for you. I’ve never seen an office so unorganized. Please don’t do it to yourself.

The ONLY good thing I can say about this place is the Receptionist is very friendly. That is where it ends, medical staff are rude, unhelpful and all they care about is billing for as much as possible. Any test they can get covered on insurance is ordered regardless of necessity. No communication between staff, leave you in rooms with no information for ages. Go anywhere else but here!

I was a patient of Dr. N. For over 10 years. We went through many changes in staff and her change in location. She changed personality wise, when she moved into the new offices. More students, more nurse time, less Dr. Interest. She went through 5-6 nurses while I was with her. When an issue arose that was important to me,, she chose to side with her new nurse on the issue without even hearing my side of the story. I have found another doctor who believes in my integrity and see me as a peer. It is sad to see a good doctor lose interest in her patients.

Great doctors office. They are caring and good

Went in as a new patient. (Had to take time off from work to go). In the 20 minutes with the Doctors assistant and the 20 minutes or so that the Doctor was actually in the room with me, we were interrupted by staff 3 times! Doctor was rushed and, based on her cursory consideration of my health concerns, gave me a very take 2 aspirins and call me in the morning type of pre-testing diagnosis. I have a complicated medical history so the way that she chalked up all of my issues to 1 very over simplified root cause felt like I was not a person, I was just another appointment in her over-scheduled day that she had to get through to stay on track.Then the check out process took nearly an hour! At least 25 minutes of which were to blame on another doctors office that they were trying to schedule an appointment for me with. However, it was such a colossal waste of very limited, valuable time that it would have been more practical to tell me to follow up with them myself later than to just leave me sitting there wondering what the hold up was. I finally had to ask if it was something I could call them about myself.All in all, I felt completely unimportant. This practice has a very high production, conveyor belt type feeling. I am not used to being treated like just another number, particularly on a new patient consultation. Nor do I feel I deserve to be vilified when it comes to knowing my body and having researched my symptoms as they relate to the series of major surgeries I had, only to be told shes sure theres a simpler explanation, like you could use to drop a few pounds, then Im sure theyll all go away. NOT A DOCTOR I WILL ENTRUST WITH MY CARE. And as regards to the time it all took, I cant afford to lose 2 hours of my time again, to meet with the doctor and check out. Their time and schedule is important, but so is mine!

Some not all of the front Desk Receptionist are so rude. Have not been happy with this medical center in a while. I believe they do unnecessary tests and then never give you a true diagnosis. And call about meds being out and refilling and all they want to do is make another appt no matter how long its been since you were there. I will do more research when looking for a new physician. Want a smaller Drs office maybe one that actually takes time and cares.

Second visit here, I wanted to give it another shot before writing a review. Front desk is RUDE AF, they don’t acknowledge you when you walk in they just look at you and get back to work(if that’s really what they’re doing). First appointment I waited 1 hour this appointment has been 35 minutes and counting to even be called back. This is the absolute worst place to go. It’s a shame because I like the nurse practitioner that I see but I will never come back here. If you don’t have customer service experience you shouldn’t t work in a doctors office- seems like they will hire anyone here!

My God! I used to love this place and have been coming here for three years. It has progressively gotten worse. I used to see Dr. Naderge... but the last three times I saw her I waited over an hour each time. This time I requested to see Dr Marciales.... and you would think I was talking rocket science to these people because they asked me 5 times if I wanted to see another doctor. Got there at 12:30 he didnt walk in the door until 2:15.... and totally glossed over the fact that I have been waiting an hour and a half. Zero accountability. Then he was supposed to call me on two prescriptions today which is Friday. Go to the pharmacy to pick it up and only one prescription is filled so now I have to call the emergency number and wait on them for another hour so they can call it into the pharmacy. Absolutely ridiculous. Im going to change doctors. Oh and by the way Dr. Naderges nurse failed to tell her that I had called three times with a fever of a 103... and when I confronted her about it she said yeah well were really busy....... which was a week later. Seriously do not go here.

Poor customer service, front desk was rude and not helpful. Staff was short and unpleasant. I would not book.

She used to be a wonderful doctor, now she doesnt feel comfortable writing my prescriptions that she had been doind sinve 2009, so I told Linda who is very rude anyway that I was going to find a new doc. Next thing I know I get a letter in the mail saying they couldnt see me anymore. My records still havent been sent to my new doctors. Since they moved there isnt much one on one anymore, they went from 5 stars to I will never recommend them to anyone!!

I am sitting here in the waiting room while the girls with attitude just were wispering wrong snarky comments about me. I have been here twice today because they dont listen to their patients, and kept doing the wrong thing. Treated without any respect, and with judgement for what your being treated for. If you want to just be a number, no personal care, dealing with frustrated staff, and have an extra few hours to kill during the day... Then I would recommend them... this is the place to be (all day).

Been with Dr. Aruna for 10+ years. She used to be so patient and caring but she has changed over the years. The med students do all of the work and have no idea what they are doing. The student just gave me every prescription I asked for without any supervision from the Dr. Her nurses are rude. She doesnt listen to your concerns. The last few visits she was actually backing out of the room while I was still talking to her and spent a whopping two minutes in the room with me. Theyre just herding cattle there and no longer have concern for the patients. Its just all about the $$$.

Absolutely the worst doctor I have ever been too, Dr Ahmed. I needed to change my blood work appt and you would have thought I committed a crime. Very rude...didnt ask if I was feeling ok, didnt ask if I had any concerns. Horrible...she up and left the room and I had a few things I wanted to talk to her about. I absolutely will be finding a new doctor as I still have health concerns. Never have I ever been to such a terrible doctor. I sat in the waiting room over 30 minutes. They set a 9:45am appointment, but apparently were not able to keep it.

The worst office staff Ive ever had to deal with. Rude and do not know their left hand from their right. Called 5 times with no response. Cancelled my appointments and blamed it on me.
