I am amazingly LUCKY to have a Dr. Like Dr. Narvaez. Him and his medical team are supper caring and professional. Always there to meet my medical needs. As a diabetic they have not just prescribed me medication but theyve made sure I get educated about my diet and how to manage my insulin. When my family and I had Covid and everybody in The medical field seem to be closed, Dr. Narvaez helped me get through even though everything was so uncertain and scary, he knew exactly how to treat my family and I and give us comfort and hope. I AM SUPPER GRATEFUL! They are a true blessing in my health and life. I recommend my loving Dr. 100% They are the true definition of serve and protect, the real heros!!!

I didn’t know a doctors office could be this bad. Went to set a new patient appointment just for simple meds filled out paperwork the front desk girl said the doctor would call later that day for telemed appt. I never received a phone call. I call the next day (many times) voicemail was full. Finally she answers and says the doctor ran out of time to call me and that I would be first priority that day. Never received any phone call. Not even sure how this place is in business. Don’t waste your time.

I was going to be a new patient. However I called to set up a new appointment and instantly had an attitude from the receptionist , and in the middle of explaining the lady tried acting like she couldnt hear me, and then hung up on me. I called again after being hung up on and was left on hold for 30 minutes. I had been calling since Tuesday and keep getting forwarded to their voicemail. After going online and seeing the reviews given. I have chosen to go else where. All the negative reviews do mirror what I experienced. This is not worth the trouble. Hopefully they can get on board and actually show people with respect.

We were visiting Florida about 5 years ago. It was literally freezing. My 1.5 yr old got double pneumonia (& it turns out she has asthma). I picked this clinic randomly from a Google map but must have been guided by an angel.I got a Dr. with many years experience, a no-nonsense nurse, an enthusiastic, full of fresh learning young intern/Dr, and an x-ray machine. Going here quite possibly saved her life. They took complete control of her care and let us know the cost beforehand of any treatment they wanted to do.I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone, and would travel for an hour or two if I was in Florida again and needed medical care.

PLEASE complain to the DOCTOR!!! The front desk staff is at the mercy of management, they take all the abuse from patients and are powerless to change anything. If you are complaining to the front desk you are just wasting time. I have seen patients rip the front desk up and down , throwing clipboards, pens, cursing, screaming etc ...then the patient goes into the room with Dr God and they are all smiles and sunshine. Im not saying you should keep quiet ..Im saying complain to Right person.. The DOCTOR sets the schedule , decides what to charge and decides how long to keep patients waiting.

My husband I and have been treated by Dr. Narvaez for many years and travel 40 minutes to see him. He has always been there for us and especially so during my husbands much needed transition to a skilled nursing facility. He is very caring and is always sure we understand the state of our health before our appointment is over.

Worst run medical establishment Ive ever been to. Was looking for a new doctor gave Dr. Navarro a call made appt. For 8am. Doctor charged me $150 cash made me sit and wait for 2 hours came back and told me that he wouldnt write me the prescriptions for meds that I was already taking. Horrible experience with staff and Dr.

Waited two hours past my scheduled appointment time. Don’t go here unless you have an entire day to waste being seen.

The worst run medical office I have ever been to. Save yourself the time and money and find another Doctor. Horrible customer service, beyond words.

WORST DOCTORS OFFICE IN THE COUNTY, DISRESPECTFUL STAFF, LONGEST WAIT TIMES, MOST UNORGANIZED OFFFICE

Ive been requesting my records for 2 years and they refuse to send them to my new doctors office. Horrible service. Everyone that works there is rude and ignorant! I wouldnt want rats and mice being seen at this place!

If I could rate this place any lower I would. Save yourself the trouble and money and go elsewhere.

Called to ask about waiting time if I could come soon. Hung up after being put on hold for a long time after asking what kind of insurance I had.

THE DOCTOR IS BN DOCTOR, BUT WELL IRRESPONSIBLE, THEY GIVEN ME AN APPOINTMENT AT 1:30 PM I LEFT EARLY FROM MY WORK AND IN THE MORNING I CALLED THEM TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IT IS GOING AT 1:30 WHEN I ARRIVE THERE, THERE ARE NO CARS , DOOR CLOSED AND LIGHTS OFF. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT ??? MO I UNDERSTAND IT BETTER THAT THE CLINIC IS CLOSED AND NOW AND THEY DO NOT MAKE PEOPLE WASTE ANY MORE TIME, WHAT A PUNISHMENT XQ THE DOCTOR IS A DREAM DOCTOR, SADLY I WILL LOOK FOR A NEW ONE XQ THIS CLINIC DOES NOT SERVE !!!!!!!
