This is an excellent dentist and dental office. Dr Faulkner is faithfully interested in good oral health and only doing what’s necessary to achieve that result. Sylvia, the office manager, is outstanding in all she does. I’ve been a patient here for 15 years and wouldn’t consider another dentist.

What an excellent dentist. I understood from an earlier dentist that I needed root canal but Dr. Faulkner resolved the problem without the root canal and repaired my dental problem painlessly and professionally. I hadn’t been to the office in 1.5 years due to COVID and ‘life.’ No judgement from my hygienist, Jessica. she dug in and made my teeth sparkle with little pain and agony!Dr Faulkner examined my teeth and remarked how nice they were. Made me feel welcomed back!I’ve been going to this office for 25 years! Highly recommend!

I had an issue last night while flossing and thought I had pulled out a filling. I called early this morning and Sylvia was so pleasant! She was able to get me in right away. I was taken right in and found out that I had actually pulled out a gold inlay. The Dr. checked the tooth and said he could easily just put it back in the tooth. The entire experience was quick and easy. I’m very grateful!

The staff are very kind and welcoming, and Dr. Juergen Lafrenz, DDS did an outstanding job repairing my teeth including a gaping hole in one of my teeth after a previous filling fell out! They have gentle hands and kind hearts, gave in-depth explanations, and there was no pain during the procedures! Office exceptionally clean, great view and very professional staff! First visit and I will be back! Been dealing with mouth pain for years. Been to multiple dentists who have all suggested massive amounts of work but was never 100% sure that what they were suggesting would fix my discomfort. Finally made an appointment and within minutes they determined my bite was way off. Did a little sanding (smoothing out) and boom......the discomfort was gone immediately! Highly recommend this office!

Christina knows how much I dislike the Ultrasonic scaler. She is as quick as she is throughly proficient and detailed with my teeth.

Cris is an excellent dental hygienist, who is careful, considerate and thorough and is keeping my teeth looking great.

Faulkner is a rock star. Been seeing him for years (2012-2020). Root canal , crowns and a couple fillings. They have all held up (until a milk dud on Halloween took of one of my crowns after 5+ years.) No pain, excellent work, fair pricing, and exceptional bedside manner. After trying many different dentists throughout the years, Ive found my go-to.

Ive been going to them for years and its so great that even in this coronavirus crisis they still remain concerned and efficient.

The dental hygienists are very informative and assist you in improving your dental routine and don’t just do a typical clean and send you on your way. Dr. F. Is top-notch. Had two root canals done with him and never once felt a thing. I get the sense that some of these reviews are fake. I’ve been a patient of his for ten years and never has a woman dentist worked there. Weird. In any event, the other thing I like about him is that he gives you alternative treatments plans with pricing to fit your budget.

My partner and me attended to see DR Lafrenz but we were kindly attended by Dr Faulkner which did such an amazing job thanks to all the staff for being so patient and attentive :)

I want to start by saying, Faulkner is an amazing dentist and the staff is generally very friendly. When I began going to this office it was because Dr. Faulkner was highly recommended. On what I want to say was the 3rd visit, the stuck me with some other dentist. She did fine work generally, that is until I had a more serious problem with a tooth. She decided to put a crown on; no big deal. Less than a month after the crown was put on, my face became extremely swollen and I was in a great deal of pain. I needed a root canal on the tooth now. When I called into the office, I was told they would not be able to see me for almost a week. Obviously, this was far too long to wait so I had to go elsewhere.Now, according to many, many other people including the other dentist I went to, she should have performed a root canal BEFORE putting the crown on. Now, I have an imperfect crown and had to miss a day of work because of the pain.Put simply, I feel that the work done was of poor quality and would not have happened if I had been seen by Dr. Faulkner as apposed to the other Dr. there... I went to be a patient of Dr. Faulkner and made the mistake of not pushing for him to do the work on my teeth when they said I would be needing a crown. (Not to mention, the assistant for the other doctor forgot to save a chart that she filled out measuring gum depth or whatever; You know, the one where they stick the poker down between your tooth and gum. So they had to do the whole thing over again.. which isnt exactly pleasant thing.)Now, after all this they still expect me to pay for the poor work that was done. Its really a shame that they would rather collect $100 and lose me as patient than admit a mistake was made and eat the loss. At least then, they may still have me as paying customer..

My initial impression is that they pack too many patients in at once. Not sure that’s very safe or adhering to CDC regulations. During COVID-19, I would be less inclined to visit a packed dental facility. However, staff was friendly enough.

Dentist offices simply dont get better than this. The entire staff is extremely nice, professional, caring, and 100% open on your costs BEFORE any procedure. Doctors Faulkner & Lafrenz are kind and gentle which means a lot since Im a big baby. This office is the model on how all dentist / doctor offices should operate. A+

Ive been going to Dr. Faulkner for years... my wife works at a different dental office and i still perfer to go to Dr. Faulkner. Hes as fast as possible with each procedure while having quality work. His confidence is what sets him apart from the rest. While he knows his boundaries, his confidence on his work settles you and makes you feel comfortable. I wouldnt think to go anywhere else!

Requiring a skilled and timely response procedure, I couldnt be more pleased with the expertise and professionalism of Dr. Wayne Faulkner and staff.

Only if you must. Originally went to another dentist in this office who was very professional and service oriented. He left (seems they cant keep any good doctors there) and I was switched over to Dr. Faulkner without my consent. He wanted to make some minor corrections on my dental implants and completely botched them up! I am still fuming over how he ruined my former beautiful teeth. When I tried to complain I was ignored and dismissed with an arrogant attitude. He rushed me into it (as he seems to rush all his patients) and disregarded my wishes. To add insult to injury his office manager Tracey (also a rude person) presented me with a bill for the adjustments afterwards which I never wanted in the first place and which also ruined my implants! I may now have to have them replaced. My advice: stay away or take lots of photos so you have some recourse for the shoddy work.

I went to see Dr. Lafrenz yesterday with a painful wisdom tooth problem. But, this is one of several problems I have in my mouth right now. I grew up pretty poor and am just now after graduating college beginning to take my health into my own hands. The staff there was so warm and welcoming. Dr. Lafrenz didnt express any judgment about the condition of my teeth. I felt very relaxed in the atmosphere even though I was in pain. This is by far the best dental experience Ive had and I dont think Ill dread going back after getting my wisdom teeth extracted.

I have been a patient of Dr. Faulkners for over 10 years. I have had many other dentists prior to becoming his patient, so I know the difference between great care and bad care. I have sever TMJ syndrome, so I am especially fussy about the care I recieve. Dr. Faulkner and his staff are truly the best. Caring, accomodating and knowledgeable. I would not ever consider being seen any where else. I feel that I must comment on the poor review that I just read, that is so disparaging to Sylvia, the office manager. I dont know what kind of person wrote such a hateful, disparaging review on the internet for all to see, but it is absolutely incorrect. Sylvia is the sweetest, most helpful staff mmember imaginable. To write such a review was cowardly, irresponsible and just plain wrong. II was just in the office yesterday and had an outstanding balance from 6 months prior that I forgot about. It was not an issue at all. Any other office manager would have been calling me and sending threatening notices. That is not the way Dr. Faulkners office or Sylvia operate. Furthermore, to accuse Sylvia of racism is so irresponsible and innacurate that I am shocked that anyone would dare to write something so wreckless and hateful. As a member of a multi-racial family, all patients of Dr. Faulkners, I am personally offended by that reviewer. I have recommended Dr. Faulkners office to many people of the years and all have been very happy with their experience there.

This is a very difficult review to write, as I had a great two visits prior and so did my kids. However, there was an issue with billing that my wife tried to work out with no avail, Sylvia lied to me and to my wife, and after numerous phone calls to get in contact with the DR, my wife was unable too. My wife has reffered four other people to this office, ( Hopefully, she has advised her company of this situation) further more, my wife felt attacked and even felt this may be a racial situation, as that Syliva didnt want to help and lied on numerous occasions. Power isnt alway best, and my wife even called two different people in the office for help. I would not go to this office. Sadly the dentist is getting bad reviews and will lose clients due to his Office manager.
