I just give a call to them for asking some questions and have been answered so rude by a lady who just honeyme.. and fir sure she was not in a good mood for talking nice.

Dr. Lori Conrad is a phenomenal dentist. I have had an extensive amount of dental work done over the past 3 years and she has been nothing short of amazing. She is always kind and gentle and has gone out of her way on several occasions to ensure that I got the treatments I needed. The team of staff that works there are all amazing as well. They all really understand how to make you feel comfortable and relaxed and the experience that the entire staff provides makes the visit pleasantly enjoyable.

The staff there was very respectful when I had went there with my family , also was very patient with my child when he was getting a cleaning I would very recommended it. Over all the service was outstanding 😁👍

Office has made great improvements. Its very clean. The staff are extremely professional, and still very friendly and down to earth. Atmosphere is upbeat and fun and great music plays while you are in the chair. They even offer fresh brewed coffee or bottled water while you wait. You are made to feel important and cared for. Friendly, skilled and all around Grade A professional care. I found Christopher at Coast Dental through my insurance carrier so I wasnt sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with the staff starting with the very friendly staff member who checked me in and helped me with the required paperwork.I was seen by Christopher for a denture repair who was very competent and extremely pleasant and comforting. I was immediately put at ease. He explained my options but did not push any services on my me unlike other dental offices I have been treated by.The work was done quickly and on time as promised. The results were first rate.All around it was a great experience being treated by Christopher at Coast Dental along with their professional staff.

Chris and Dr. Leggitt were super, super awesome, and they made the whole experience super warm and friendly and comfortable. Ive literally never been so relaxed, and like, in a happy way, excited at the dentist. This place rocks. And the receptionists, too, they are so, so sweet and helpful and awesome. After struggling for years to find a dentist close by who would I thought I would find one that can take care of my whole family. I have been bring my children here for a few months and I am glad I found this place. The staff is very professional and courteous. The orthodontics team makes my children feel very comfortable during their process. The Pediatric dentist and team are very patient and understanding with my children. My husband and I have also been treated here and we are very happy with the results of our visits. Thank you all for your great work!

Very disappointed with service. When we started going 6 years ago, it was great. Now it’s really bad. It’s been about a year that they don’t have dentist. My kids haven’t had a cleaning in over a year because of no hygienist or dentist. I am happy my daughter was able to get her braces off today and we will be looking for a new place. The staff is horrible and the receptionist was rude.

My husband got his crown done here and they did an amazing job! All the staff is super friendly. Chris was super helpful and we will definitely be back for more services

Words can’t explain the hassle, but I’ll try.. I take my daughter in and the wait was so long first thing in the morning, because one of their employees left just as soon as she got there. This was a first thing 8:30am appointment. It took 3 hours. The hygienist was very nice so he got them the one star. Their “SmilePlan” for non insured, it’s a rip off. Then I take my 13 year old daughter to another dentist for a 2nd opinion and they can’t even scan x-rays over due to scanner issues, so I reschedule. I go in to pick up the x-rays (Which are absolutely filthy and sticky with prints all over them) only to find out after I left that they didn’t give me a copy of the panoramic view (this one was an additional cost that I paid extra for since they kept telling me it’s best to have one). So I call them and they at first said “ we only have one copy and it has to stay with the file. “ I told them “this is my daughters X-ray that I paid for, and I should have a copy” so they eventually said they would email it.. A week later and I have no copy... I call them back and they place me on hold, only to have it transferred to the outside scheduling system. I finally speak with someone and they said their scanner is still down.. you are a professional! How is your scanner down for a week! Get it fixed or get a new one.. ok here’s the best part, I finally get an email.. with the same xrays I picked up!!! And you can’t even see them it’s black, just the shape is visible.. believe it or not I have been extremely patient this last week, but this email just pushed me over the edge. The whole point of this is so my daughter does not have to be exposed to unnecessary radiation... Don’t go here. You will wait a length of time that is not needed. You will over pay and then be ripped off.They will not care about your needs. Please, please, please go somewhere else.

Office staff is very friendly and kind. My daughter and I moved from another city and she had to continue with her treatment for braces. I was concerned because of the move and having to change orthodontist. However, Dr. Patel has put my mind at ease. She seems to know exactly what she is doing and spoke to me about certain things she would have done differently with my daughters prior treatment. This tells me that she is knowledgeable and trustworthy, I trust her completely to continue with my daughters care. Dr. Patel is also a sweetheart.

Great experience. Fun people. Great personalities. Sue is awesome. Awesome staff, but I reschedule my appointment every month and they call me every month cancelling. There is no hygienist or dentist at this location for atleast 6 months. Plus if you need x rays sent. They won’t send them. No matter how many times you call.

I dont know why they accept children as patients. My 7 year old daughter is very nervous about the dentist. The dentist came in and made no effort to put her at ease. He acted annoyed that she was crying. He would leave the room and tell his staff to let him know when she stopped crying. After about 45 minutes he said the visit is over, and I was asked if I wanted to reschedule her. I said I would call back. I called a month later and was told that the dentist would not see her, and she needed to see a pediatric dentist. On top of the half hour plus wait time after the scheduled appointment... I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I was very nervous and scared just from previous experiences. But shedonne and the doctor were really comforting and caring, Very knowledgeable in all aspects. I appreciate their efforts and gestures to make sure I had a comfortable and painless experience. After visiting different offices, I will remain a patient at coast dental.

Best dental experience ever. Dr Conrad and staff are the best. Dr Conrad is kind and soothing. She talked me thru each step and made sure I was in no pain. I had dental emergency and was seen immediately not a week to two weeks out. She took care of one issue that I was told I would need and oral surgeon for and a front tooth that I had just broke. She had me ready within 24 hours for a job interview. I cant thank her and her staff enough.

I had a few incomplete crowns and the plaque/gingivitis that really needed attention. I am sorry to say that I had not seen a dentist in a couple years and I was a little afraid at seeing someone. I scheduled with Coast Dental, and they have been absolutely wonderful. I saw Dr. Conrad for one appointment and the dental hygenist, Susan, for a second appointment with a deep cleaning. They were both knowledgeable and very kind, the nurses were very kind and helpful too, they made sure I was comfortable and not afraid about the procedures, and we have worked together on a treatment plan that I am able to save all but 1 of the original incomplete crowns. I am so thankful to have great care and I do plan to keep coming to Coast Dental. Thank you all so much for your care! :-) Oh, and Maria at the front desk is wonderful too and makes scheduling a breeze!

Zero stars! I walked in for my first appointment here to be told there was no dentist and no hygienist, with no explanation whatsoever. Maybe they quit and walked off the job. The person behind the desk said, well they tried to call and got a fast busy. Funny I received all of my other calls regarding appointments and everything else but theirs. Obviously they did not try to call me again. So no dentist works there. And I would not return even if they hire one. The receptionist was rude and gave little information to me and I made the appointment for my time off work weeks in advance. I see some obviously phony reviews here, too. From one week ago, you had excellent care? From who? There is no staff here.

DO NOT GO HERE for orthodontics. They consistently screw up your appointments. Their management staff will never get back to you and their staff are all rude. They had to bring my granddaughter back ther times for a retainer fit. It’s not a place I would go. Three years of hell!

My experience here was different than other dental offices, the overall atmosphere is friendly, uplifting, and bright. The employees are very adamant with their patients, as well as professionally kind.Throughout my session I felt I was safe and in the right hands, my procedure went smoothly thanks to the reassurence of my caretakers.Not only was my session pain free, but so was my wallet!One more thing; I hate needles, I despise them, so I was afraid for the numbing, but apparently theres not a new solution to numbing that uses cotton sticks! I was relieved and pleased.Be sure to check our Coast Dental Bayshore Gardens, I highly recommend them!

The office is very upbeat and the staff truly cares. My son is a patient of Dr Conrad and Dr Patel and he has been cared for from the heart by both. Shedonne and Katie take there time with him and Dr Conrad even took the time out to explain how important his dental health is. Dr Patels staff is great with the kids through out their entire orthodontic experience. I have been so pleased with the office, Im able to get my son the care he needs for general dentistry as well as orthodontic treatment in the same office. I wish there was negative stars!!!! Do not go here!! They have no care for patients or quality of life.. I just had a baby and since my teeth have been extremely sensitive and have been hurting like crazy- it was hard for me to find a dentist that would accept my insurance so I went with these guys.. I called and explained I was in pain and needed to be seen right away and they said wait time was 6 weeks.. SIX WEEKS! I asked them if they could call me if anyone cancelled- they never did- so I went to that appointment.. they did a new patient consult and did NOTHING to help me with my pain except give me an ibuprofen 800 script that I HAD TO ASK FOR! and then apologized that they had no time to work on me that day... I was like what?!?! That’s why I made this appointment!!! So they told me to schedule a day to come in and get 3 cavities filled... and I needed 2 crowns and could make another appointment for those.. ok cavities first.. I went to the front desk to schedule and she said they are 6 weeks out.. ANOTHER SIX WEEKS.. absolutely insane.. and cruel!! I already waited the six weeks!!! What the heck!!!! So I said do you have cancellations and explained the situation AGAIN and she said yes we get cancellations so I can call you.. well that was a month ago and still have heard nothing.. out of desperation I called an emergency dentist and will be paying out of pocket- because I just can’t stand it anymore and have a new born baby and other small child to take care of.. they were so insensitive and unkind and took absolutely no thought to even try and sympathize with me.. terrible horrible thoughtless care... it sucks too because the people past the front desk scheduler are pretty cool.. anyways.. if you have the time and dental health to wait 6 weeks for each appointment then go to them... but I feel bad for you if you EVER need emergency or prompt care because they don’t give 2 craps about you... so coast dental bayshore gardens- I thank you for my quality of life now over these past 11 weeks... I will pray that this kind of care is never given back to you because it sucks..

Was only a client for a year and there is no dentist or hygienist now. They rescheduled my appointment twice and now I’m changing providers... They really shouldn’t have kept rescheduling without the necessary staff being employed... they were okay when I was a patient but I’m a person who is meticulous about my dental care so now that I’m a month behind on routine care I’m not happy.

This office was great the staff was very nice knowledgeable, they answered all my dental questions and made sure I was aware of everything needed.. Shedonne and Gina was exceptional

This is one of the most helpful dental offices that I have ever called. The lady at answered the phone, I think her name was Gina was very polite and helpful with the problem with my back tooth. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Two reviews:My daughter had several root canals performed by Coast while she was visiting from her home in Italy. She had to return home before the crowns were ready. Coast not only did a great job in office; when the crowns were prepared, Coast shipped them to Italy for installation. The staff were competent and cooperative in every way.Partly as a result of my daughters favorable experience, I went to Coast for an initial appointment, which included a full set of x-rays and both dental and periodontal exams. Everyone was welcoming, beginning with Lynn, who checked me in. Dr. Conrad provided me with clear answers, explanations, and advice, and with a personal yet professional approach that I appreciated; Marta, dental hygienist, was friendly and efficient; Debby, assistant-in-chief, performed her work well, and with a pleasing sense of humor; Courtney, office manager, checked me out and capped my good experience with her pleasant manner and winning smile.One strong suggestion: the cleaning crew should be expected to do a much better job: for example, and most obviously, doors are marked with dirty finger prints. This leaves an unfortunate first impression that belies the high level of care, concern, and professionalism displayed by the Coast staff.My next appointment is scheduled, and I have every reason to trust that my expectations of first-rate professional service will continue to be met.

Dr. Conrad & Christopher we’re AMAZING!!! Usually I’m super nervous cause I hate needles and the numbing process is always the worst, but Christopher was not lying when he said Dr. Conrad works miracles and I wouldn’t feel a thing. I can honestly say this was the best and painless extraction I have ever had HANDS DOWN!!

I enjoyed coming into coast dental, gina was a great help with giving me the information that i needed to make my decision on if i want coast dental to be my permanent dentists. Shes a great manager and I will definitely let my family and friends know about coast dental.
