This place by far is the worst nail place I have ever been to! I went in for the first time since it was close to my house. I figured I’d give it a try. I asked for gel polish on my toes. No pedicure. The lady starts to clean off my toes and then puts my feet in the water. I thought oh wow. Just for gel polish they are really going above and beyond. A few minutes later she starts scrubbing the bottom of my feet. I’m like mam are you giving me a pedicure? She replied with yes. I said I asked you for gel polish only. How do you confuse that with a pedicure??? Ok whatever I was mad but I let it slide. Maybe she misunderstood me. So today my daughter who is 14 years old, wanted to get her nails done. So I said ok let’s try this place again. I dropped her off and came back to pick her up when she was done. She says mom I asked for acrylic but they dipped my nails and charged me $45. Like what??? Now I know for a FACT they didn’t misunderstand. They pretend they do then do whatever they want! I called to ask if their employees speak proper English because I can guarantee they don’t make any mistakes undercharging. The manager never apologized and just said she can redo the nails if we are unhappy. Yes we are u happy how ugly they turned out but even more UNHAPPY YOU ARE SCAMMING YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!! Do what we request. Not what benefits your pockets. THIEVES

Came here for my first time as a reference from a friend. The store was exceptionally clean and organized, I was very impressed at how many pedicure chairs they had as well. Bella was my technician for a full set dip mani. She took her time and paid close attention to every detail along the way. Looking forward to my next visit! Thank you ladies

Had a bad experience at this place about 4 years ago, but figured Id given them another shot. Called for an appointment early this morning -- the person on the phone asked if I could come now ... which I couldnt. I asked for an appointment later in the afternoon and the person on the phone said 6:00 I questioned that ... and asked her twice to verify that I would have an appointment on Sunday at 6:00 PM. She confirmed TWICE.It being Sunday, I thought Id get there a little early .. arrived at 5:45 PM on Sunday -- was told oh no .. we close at 6. I told her that Id called for an appointment and that shed confirmed it twice The woman who appeared to be in charge said Well Im not sure who you talked to, but were closing in 15 minutes. It was she who had confirmed the appointment not just once, but twice.NEVER going back to this place again.

UPDATE - I spoke with management and they redid the services and took care or me! I have no issues with the salon itself! I will always choose Kim or annie!I will never go to this salon again! I went this morning for a relaxing manicure and pedicure to destress and all 3 of the ladies that were working did nothing but yell and scream at each other and fight over some issue with a customer. From what I gathered one of them tried to take a customer from the other or something like that. They did nothing but argue about it for the hour I was there. So much for a nice relaxing morning!!! Never again!!!

I have always gotten my nails here. I have been going to this nail salon for about a year now. The price is comprehensible since the nail products are expensive. The price for my nails and a pedicure were $50. It is the closest place to my neighborhood and it doesnt disappoint. 10/10.

No one here knows how to do eyebrows. They constantly change nail techs and the new ones need to go back to school for more training. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I really wanted to love my nails, but I just dont. I was hoping to get something cute for my baby shower tomorrow but it just didnt happen. I guess because I was a walk in I got the new guy or something. He was very sweet but he just didnt know what he was doing. Been coming here since I was 13 .. I’m 24 now so do the math ! Love this place , my one and only go to when it comes to my nails and toes. Kim is my nail tech and she is the absolute best , she really makes me feel like family ! She even has done my moms nails for about the past 10 years .

My nails were uneven lengths. The Nexgen powder was put on in halves so it has different colors on the nails the shapes are all different and it was over 2 hours long. That’s crazy and they were a mess. I try not to read reviews and take them to heart but this place needs to be. Worst nails ever and I will next time take reviews into consideration cause these are horrible. They aren’t smooth or even at all

This is the only place I will go to get my nails done. I see Kim for my manicure and pedicure and she does a fantastic job. I get gel on my nails with pink and white and it lasts for so long, it never chips. The pedicure is excellent. The massage chairs they have give a great massage and they are so comfortable. Kim gives a great leg, calf and foot massage and my toenails always look good. Lien is excellent for skin care. She gives me the best facial I have ever had. I have brought many friends to the shop with me and now it is the only place they go. Everyone is very friendly and I just love to go there.

This is the worst place Ive ever been to get a manicure and pedicure. I had 2 different people work on me and neither seemed to have any idea what they were doing. They wouldnt scrape my feet and the paint job on my toes is just awful. I told they lady I wanted my nails cut, yes short like even with my finger tip yet half of them are just about to quick.

Karen is awesome highly recommend..very sweet n kind, sympathetic to my foot surgery. Really appreciated the pampering!

I had the GREATEST experience with KAREN she is the Nail Tech Whisper 💅🏽🙏🏽❤️ I came at the last minute & she took me with no hesitations and made it happen KAREN is an awesome person she made me feel at peace I was relaxed we bonded & we had our girl time like come on who doesn’t need ME TIME. She did my manicure & pedicure & the best massage too... KAREN has an awesome personality & shoot my nails lasted for a whole month no chip or anything. The SAD part is that I came with a friend of mines & she ended up with LINDA she’s the WORST NAIL TECH I think she bought her license 😂😂😂 my friend lasted only like 10 minutes or less with her & then when she was done with her nails she was already asking for the money at the dryer like hello her nails are still wet idiot & my friend was like I’ll pay you once I’m done drying my nails & her respond was like okay don’t forget 🙄😱😵 common sense is making your clients feel relaxed & happy there coming to get service done so of course they will be paying 🙄. My friend nails didn’t even last a week they where messed up the next day and had bubbles & all ... I was not happy at all with the service at this salon. I got pink and whites and was charged 15$ more than the advertised and displayed price. The next day I noticed the nails lifting at the backs and I lost three nails within 5 days of getting them done from gentle everyday activity (like combing my hair with my fingers!)DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Yesterday I came in at 5:45, 15 mins prior to them closing on a weekend. I came in said I need one nail repaired with Nexgen. When I walked in the employees looked stunned. There was a gentleman working there that was simply folding up aluminum foil while two other women were waiting to get there nails done. The rest of the 4 technicians were busy with clients. One of women that works there decided to raise her concerns and voice what every employee there was thinking the second I walked in, Maam we close in 15 mins and we have two people ahead of you is there any chance you can come tomorrow? I said no there is not a chance, I would like my nail to be fixed today. After arguing back and forth saying she just doesnt want me to wait that long and obviously she just wanted to go home. I asked the man why cant you fix my nail youre sitting there doing nothing. He did not reply. I have come to this salon twice before, I have been treated nicely by the other lady that has done my nails in the past. But after the events of yesterday and being refused service, when I arrived before closing for one simple repair. I decided I will take my business else where. This place is unprofessional, and doesnt want to make money. The reviews that show and their ratings say a lot about this business. People go to a salon to be pampered and be distracted from reality. This place has lost the meaning of customer service, if they even ever had it. This industry needs to wake up if they want the money they deserve and treat clients well cause other wise they have no jobs. Enough said.

I got my toes done there and i had henery and he did such a bad job it looked like he didn’t know what he was doing. I had spoken to KAREN who by far is my favorite person there she does such a good job. and she asked someone to do them over again and they did. The price I payed for them wasn’t worth how they turned i feel like i just wasted $25. and i can’t get my money back

I have been going here for a year because its close to my home and convenient. However I get pink and white and have to go back every week or week and half as the pink peels. Its getting expensive and too often as most places I dont need to return for 2 to 3 weeks. Also tried gel color and it was done badly so I went back to do over and they charged me $15 on top of their mistakes. I will not go back

I have been going to this nail salon for quite several months now . Let me just say ... the customer service is good. However, they do not sanitize their tools . I get acrylic nails and recently i’ve developed a green spot on my nails. They tell me it’s because water gets in the nail which creates bacteria. This sounds very persuasive at first but, after doing research online... the green spot is caused by lack of sanitation. Also, when I get my eyebrows and lip waxed, it burns and later I end up with red burnt marks below my eyebrows and on my lip. I am not allergic to wax because I have been getting waxed since 2015. Therefore, I will not be attending this nail salon ever again .

I got a pedicure and full set for acrylics and spent $80. Not even a week later and 3 of my nails are cracked and 1 ripped off. Each of my hands are different nail lengths and shapes. I had 2 people work on me at the same time and neither one seemed happy I was there and were rude. They used a different color than I chose and then painted on top of the old color instead of wiping it off first. I wouldn’t recommend .

Loved the service! Karen was outstanding, did my hands and toes/feet and helped my neuropathy enormously. Have been going now twice a week and am seeing a big improvement in my feet and ankles. Hooray for great service!

I went in there just now. They had their open sign on and others were getting their nails done. All employees kept looking at me but not saying anything. Finally I asked if I could get my eyebrows waxed to where they said “were closed- come back tomorrow”. Definitely won’t be coming back tmrw. Turn off your open sign and actually ask me what I want instead of having me stand around looking stupid and then finally saying they’re closed and to come back tomorrow. Won’t go there again.

Khanie is the sweetest! Love her. They are all really sweet though. Service was nice. Customer service was great.

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would ! The only nail salon that doesn’t guarantee their service I got a gel manicure after 4 days it peeled off . I went in and paid for a polish change since I had just had a manicure 4 days before , Helen applied the new polish and it bubbled but not having time I hoped for the best . 2 days later it peeled again . I went in on Christmas Eve to see if they would fix it and I was more than happy to wait . They agreed but then explained that they don’t guarantee their polish changes . Either way I paid for a service and this is the only nail salon that doesn’t Guarantee their work . It’s sad . Gel should last more than 5 days between two visits . Either there product is old or they don’t know how to apply something as simple as gel polish .

COVID 19 UPDATE-They have gone the extra mile to ensure clean and safe environment!I don’t know why there are any negative reviews for this salon. I went here because the prices were good and it’s conceniently located, but will definitely recommend to all my friends & family. Kim was SO nice and patient with my acrylic fill (which needed a ton of work). She made good conversation and took her time to make my nails look BEAUTIFUL. Everyone go here and ask for Kim!!Follow up- here 4 months later and I had a great experience AGAIN. Anyone who has a bad experience must be impatient and rude themselves.

Best pedicure in town! My favorite nail tech is Khanie. She is very detailed and does an amazing job with my cracked heels. The atmosphere is so relaxing and super clean.

Absolutely horrible. I would leave no stars if I could. I got a full set done along with a pedicure and eye brow wax. By far the worst full set I ever received. Polish was all over my fingers and acrylic was all underneath my nails. The lady doing them rushed thru it and didnt even buff or sand my nails to make the smooth. My nails looked like they were done by a child. Very sloppy. Customer service was also horrible as I pointed out mistakes that were made the lady acted as if I was seeing incorrect and there was nothing wrong. I paid and told them I needed my nails and eye brows fixed which didnt help at all I was not satisfied and left there feeling cheated of time and money. All of that on top of the long wait while two stylist sat on the phone doing nothing. Horrible place. 8/27/2016

My sister-in-law & I went here for Nexgen. Karen took us right away. While she worked on my sister in laws nails, mine sat in acetone for 20+ minutes. Karen told another lady to take me and instead she took someone else who had just walked in even though I sat there for 30+ minutes waiting. Once Karen got to me, she ended up picking a color for me since they were out of the one I chose. Long story short, we both had the nexgen all around our nails, our nails are incredibly uneven, and we ended up having to file them down ourselves since she left sharp edges. Karen also had a bad attitude towards both of us. Wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone.

UNBELIEVABLE. This is the only word I can manage to use for the experience I just had. I do come to this salon a decent amount and I feel like I know the staff and they know me. I called, mind you, it is Thanksgiving Eve, and asked if I needed to make an appointment for a regular pedicure. I was told No, come now. I said, Are you sure? Yes, come now. 20 minutes later I arrive to find the front door locked. Its a few minutes before 6pm. They close at 8pm according to the hours posted on the front door; there is no sign saying early closure due to the Holiday. One of the employees saw me and motioned no more, we are closed. She did not even have the courtesy to come to the door or answer when I called. I called a second time and someone answered saying, Unfortunately, we have 6 people here and we are booked. I told her I called 20 minutes prior and was told to just come in and I did not need an appointment. Then the call dropped. I have come to this salon since 2010 and I live in the neighborhood behind the plaza. When my relatives come to town or anyone is looking for a nail salon; I have always recommended Lysas Nails. Everyone has always been so nice and the location/hours are convenient. In fact, one of the nail techs daughter even attends the private school I attended and my long time childhood friend is her teacher! We know the same people and I feel like I have or had a great rapport with her; but I guess I was mistaken and that does not count. NEVER AGAIN. I am apalled by the way the situation was handled and this is a terrible way to treat anyone who chooses to patronize your establishment whether they come often or not. Especially since I called and asked if I needed an appointment before coming knowing it was the evening before Thanksgiving and was told no. I can completely understand Thanksgiving Eve and your establishment is closing early and you told me this over the phone; but I took my chances and I still showed up; but this was not the case at all. I have been very flexible on a number of occasions. If there is a 20 minute or longer wait; I ask if I can run home to do laundry or an errand in the plaza and they have never said no and held my spot for me for which I was very grateful for the salon accommodating me. I will drive to another nail salon; even if it is out of my way, before giving Lysas Nails my business EVER AGAIN. I am very disappointed and I will always support owners of small businesses; but unfortunately, this situation has left a sour taste in my mouth and a lasting impression that I will not be returning.

Worst place to come to I came in 10 mins after 7 no one never acknowledged me and my mom only Karen and Helene acknowledged us. While the other ladies didnt say anything. 15 mins of waiting I was told I cant get my nails done only my feet.

Kim is a b***h. Completely rude and i got there at 7:20. She said that she wanted to leave on time... but she told me to come over to show her a picture, they close at 8 and I only needed a fill!! Horrible customer service from the owner! I called ahead to ask about a design and the she told me to come in to show her. I got there at 7:20 and asked Kim about the design and said no I dont have the polish. When I said its hand painted she got kinda loud and kept repeating no. I asked the other lady how much a fill cost and if they have a matte top coat, sat down to wait my turn and this Kim asked if it was gel. I said no regular polish and she kept giving her employee an attitude bc I wanted regular polish. I asked her what was the problem, why shes being so rude and she said she wasnt but her tone and body language and her constantly rolling her eyes about what I wanted was enough to know she had a problem. I lectured her in front of her clients and employees and left. Just moved to Boynton and I know Ill never go back there. I feel bad for her employee she kept yelling at.

I brought my daughter to treat her to a pedicure, and her pedicure lasted 10 minutes. The polish was all over the skin and it was the worst experience we have ever had. I will not return to this establishment ever again.I will never recommend it to anyone. I simply threw my money in the trash.

Very sloppy place. Technician was very sloppy and rough. I came for a manicure and pedicure but left after they took longer than ever on my toes and i wish I hadn’t gone.

If I could I would give them 0 stars, horrible service I had Annie she wouldn’t listen to as to what I wanted she coated my nails 4 times I kept telling her it’s too thick and she wouldn’t listen she missed spots around my cuticles and I kept having to tell her to paint in the areas she missed she replied “I would hit your cuticle and then have to clean it” obviously!!! But she was lazy and didn’t feel the need to clean up after. If you want trashy service these are you people. Unprofessional!!

Worst service ever. I was treated terribly because I wanted a manicure and did not want gel or Nexgen. I explained that I previously had Nexgen but it made my nails brittle and I just wanted polish. Then she accused me of not wanting to pay the $35. It was definitely not about the money. She put lotion on my hands, had me wash them, and painted them. Luckily I keep my nails manicured or they would be all different shapes and sizes.

When Im in town, I like to get pedicures here, the atmosphere is nice. Love all the girls there especially Annie and Khanie. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Be careful of the lady that sits in the front by the wall!! couple times I got jel manicure by her and the jel mess up in 2 days and she rush my eyebrow wax!!!! Prices are reasonable too.

Once a month I like to go in and eyebrows waxed by this girl named khanie, also gives pretty good pedicures all I can say go to the place.

Very nice Salon however I think her name is Karen is very trashy and they treat Helen disrespectful last time I was there was what before our cruise and I took my children her Manis pedis the works almost $300 later my daughters nails fell off on the cruise day 1 and her toenails checked right away your first in line at the salon and were there for 3 hours almost at $300 the whole time Helen was ridiculed and treated very disrespectful I will never go back

Ive been going to Lysas Nails for a really long time. Every time I go I ask for Khanie. Khanie is one of the sweetest girls there. I know no matter what my nails are going to look great. I work in a restaurant. Khanie, knowing that I constantly wash my hands always adds extra layers of nexgen to my nails so they survive all the harsh chemicals I put my hands through. She cares about her customers even going as far as giving out her number so we can call her anytime we need an emergency touch up. Khanie would never let me leave the salon without my nails looking their absolute best.
