Supercuts is one of the best places Ive ever had a haircut very nice and very kind and courteous people superb haircuts done here

This SuperCut has a hairstylist originally from Manhattan, NY who has a lifetime of experience owning and operating his own hair salon. It doesnt get better than this to have a hair cut from such a professional at an affordable price. When you have professionals who understand haircare and can recommend products and practices for the best possible hair, its great. Thank-you Michael. This location also makes it easy to register for rewards from Supercuts and to pick an appointment time to make this easy and convenient.

Not here to bash the business at all….things happen. But…i need to share my experience. I thought I was very clear about the length, and my long hair is now so short in places that I don’t know what to do w them. Nothing is even. It needs to be corrected but I’m afraid too much damage is done….this is just a warning to someone looking for a quick trim…don’t do it!!!!!

Entered for a basic medium length trim with layers cut choppy. I’ve gone to another Supercuts and the lady’s as awesome, asked all the questions and worked toward making me feel comfortable. The gentleman did a good job, but he needed to communicate on the basics. Example, he assumed the part of my head was one way when in fact it was another, hence had moved forward cutting my hair. . I’d of had an issue. I had to speak with him, and it was almost like he couldn’t answer my questions or just didn’t want to do so. I’ll still give you 3 stars because my hair was solid but just confirm before you chop.

I do the early check in online and Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Yadira is the only person that I trust with my hair. Im always changing my style and she always gives me exactly what I ask for. I usually bring a few pictures and she gets it every time ♥

I got the worst hair cut I have ever had in my life here yesterday. I am beyond devastated. The worst part is the guy cut hair so short that there is no fixing it unless I legit shave my head. And when I addressed him about cutting my hair too short he sat there and argued with me. I wanna say I will never get my hair cut here again but at this point I wont be getting my hair cut for a while until my hair is long enough for a cut

I took my son to get a haircut and it was terrible. They certainly didnt know what they were doing. The haircut was all uneven. Never going there again, not worth the risk, I want my money back.

Got the worst haircut I had ever gotten by Michael, completely uneven the sides were left very long around my ears because he didn’t bother with taking the strap to my mask off for even a second, was incredibly unhappy when I left and still am.

They r not that inexpensive anymore but I got the best cut from Jacqui. She welcomed u with a smile and was charming to each and every customer. Some other stylists were not nearly as likeable.I hope she is in a managerial position..if not, she should be.

They do a good job for the money. I just got a trim but honestly if I were changing my hair style I dont know if they are knowledgeable enough to pull that off. Just my confidence level but great place for a quick trim or mens cut.

Ive had long hair since 2010... it was very wavy, and heavy. Due to work and getting older, Ive been keeping it pulled back in a bun and wanted to go shorter. In the distant past Ive had some not-so-great haircuts in Coral Springs, so I was a bit apprehensive. I had been going to Michael at Supercuts in Sunshine Square at 504 E Woolbright to get trims on my long hair for a few months, so I decided to see if he could give me a decent short haircut. WOW!!! The haircut he gave me is highly professional. I am astounded at what he did! He told me I dont have wavy hair, its curly. That surprised me. I asked him to leave a little length on top, so I could roll it, which he did. Michael then styled it and showed me how to do what he was doing. I felt like a million bucks when I left. The next morning, however, I had bedhead and so had to wash and style it. Im not talented with a blow-dryer and round brush, like Michael. The way he cut the back of my hair is gorgeous and precise, so the curls fall naturally with no coaxing. I went back to see Michael and asked if he could cut the top to curl naturally, as he did the back and he said, No problem. He did just that! Now all I have to do is wash and wear. No fuss and it looks absolutely adorable... fun and free! I get all kinds of complements on it and I dont have to do a thing. I feel like a new person and am deeply grateful. Michael is a highly skilled, knowledgeable and talented hair stylist. I highly recommend him!

When I advised that the hair was uneven on the sides, she insisted it was even. When I asked her to clean the hairline shape, she kept making it uneven practically leaving me having to wear a cap. She’s the one with the light colored hair.....you’ve been advised.

I have gone here every week for years. They are courteous & professional. I rarely make an appointment & rarely have to wait. Their pricing is good. It used to be better when they had Senior Discounts & earned points for services & product, but Corporate discontinued those recently. 😞

Its a nice salon hands down. They do their best to earn their customers much satisfaction. They are so down to earth and go above and beyond.

Yadira who is the manager at the store is wonderful! She is friendly and accommodating. She is also a very skilled and experienced hair stylist. She always does my cut and color (highlights and lowlights). Their services and products are super affordable. I always receive service with a smile here. I normally would never go to a place like super cuts to get color but since I color so frequently I cannot afford to spend hundreds of dollars every 6 weeks. Yadira also runs a tight ship so that everything runs efficiently. I am so happy to have found such a great hair dresser!

Went for a haircut this afternoon and asked for Sun, who had cut my hair a month ago and did a fairly good job. Sun was cutting someones hair but when she heard her name she turned and in a very nasty Dragon Lady kind of way she yelled let somebody else cut her hair. I am busy. Needless to say, I turned around and left. Will never return.Since I needed a haircut, I went to Great Clips and got a great haircut (cheaper then Supercuts) and the people there were polite and very friendly.

Tried to have a girl fix my hair after the Asian guy Michael butchered it and it still came out chopy uneven and my bangs are trashed.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Got here at 6 for a cut, shampoo and blow dry. 4 men in front of me waiting. Figured it shouldnt take long since theyre MEN. 2 barbers working. They were extremely slow. At 7pm, the lady told me she couldnt give me a shampoo or blow dry because they had too many ppl in line. At that point, I was getting upset but tried to be patient but there were only 2 ppl in front of me...also it shouldnt take that long to cut a mans hair. At 730, they call me and tell me to sit down in the chair. Its my turn. Suddenly I turn around and they realize Im not even next. So I need to go back and wait. Hell no. Learn to read a waiting list. Get your act together. Short staffed or not. I have an 8 week old baby and needed a freaking haircut and to relax. It was extremely stressful. Wouldnt recommend. No apologies or anything.

Bad haircut and didn’t clean hair trimming out of my hair or off of my face afterwards, luckily I looked in the mirror before I left. I would not recommend going here. The location on Gateway is much better.

I just left, slowest and worst haircut of my life.Staff doesnt know general barber terms in English, if at all. With an appt, 25 min wait, 50 minutes in the chair to shorten the top with a three on the sides.This is my first bad haircut ever, Im 29, 1$ haircuts on the street in Vietnam are better.

I went for a scheduled haircut, the doors were locked at 4pm and they closed early for hurricane which they dsid they would close at 6 but instead they locked the doors and when i got there they acted like i wasnt stamding in front of the door and preteneded i wasnt there very dissapointed i went to hair cuttery afterwards

It is 7.45pm the store is supposed to be open till 8.00pm. But the when i entered the door the lovely lady looked at me with anger saying honey we are closed!!!. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

On the sign it said open, and it closed at 5, I came in at about 4:15 and the door was locked. So I knocked and they didnt look meSo I knocked a second time, thinking they didnt get hear me and they looked up at me then looked back down so I knocked a little louder one last time and they gave me a look at me me like I was a murderer, they didnt even come to the door and say closed! I HATE T

Exactly what you expect from a large chain. I took both my boys for haircuts. I was surprised after I got in the car to see one of my boys had a bleeding nick on his ear. It was small... but still not good.
