Erica applied my extensions and she did an awesome job. Love them and her. Definitely recommend her for anyone who wants eyelash extensions. My own lashes are not in great shape and I don’t have a lot of lashes yet she managed to make them look amazing

This was my first time making an appointment with Eyeconic Lash Studio. The service was EXCELLENT! As soon as you walk in your taken back by the studios ambience. Jae is very good at what she does, only when she wants to do it! On numerous occasions she has left me waiting for my scheduled appointment while she talks on the phone for 20 minutes or more. Also, she will answer the phone or stop to text while doing my lashes. Its very disappointing because Jae is the owner, her other employees show more pride for their work (which have all left due to unfair treatment and not receiving payment from Jae for services rendered) than the owner of the establishment. Its such a shame because she has the potential to have a lucrative and successful business, but due to her lack of work ethic and fair treatment of others (employees included) she is losing clients and great employees.Jae in response to your comment please read the review(s) from yelp:If I could give a -1 star, I would... I made my first appointment with Jae at 10a on a Saturday about a month ago. I show up 10 to 10a and the doors are locked. Weird, but ok. Ok, fine, I get it...The lash work itself was ok... just Ok. They started falling out a week after, just by blinking. Ive been doing lash extensions for years and this was a 6 on a scale of 1-10.Regardless, I decide to make a second appointment for Friday night (tonight). I call at the beginning of the week and ask for a 7p appointment with Jae. The girl (I forget her name) literally puts me on hold to call Jae, comes back on the line and said that Jae will do me that favor and will take me at 7p. I get not one, but THREE text confirmations from Tues-Thur confirming my 7p appointment on 7/19.I show up at 6:45p and guess what.... the doors are locked. I called Jae and asked if shell be showing up for the 7p appointment and she was all confused not knowing that I had one. I told her that I received several texts confirming the appointment and she asked me to give her a few minutes to figure her plans out. That was at 6:50p. Its now 8:50p and I have yet to hear from her.Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere more reliable....

I have been going to Eyeconic for over 2 years, and it is the BEST. The vibe of the studio is a great place to sit and relax for an hour, and the lashes are perfect!!! There has NEVER been a time I wasn’t totally obsessed with my lashes and they even get better each time! I would never consider going anywhere else!! Jae and Gabby are super friendly and easy to have conversations with!

Jae did my microblading. I love the cool look, music, and vibe of the salon, especially the art that symbolizes girl power. It made me feel relaxed and empowered at the same time. Jae is totally professional, made me feel comfortable, took her time, provided me with detailed care instruction, and she did an amazing job. Total disclosure - there’s a little discomfort and pain - but there’s no getting around it - and if I had it to do over, I would definitely do it again. And everyone that left the salon while I was there had gorgeous lashes -so lashes could be in my future 👍🏼👍🏼💗🙂

I arrived for my apt and i was told the girl that was supposed to do my eyelashes was on vacation and the receptionist made a mistake made another apt for the next day i had to wait about 30 minutes for her to be done with her existing client. Once it was done it looked super dramatic not what i wanted but after a week of washing my face and losing lashes it was so much better. The lashes did last for over 3weeks and i will be going back to this place the 3starts was because of the scheduling issue.

Surprised everyone rates this place so well. I contacted the business to ask questions about microblading and left two voicemails on separate occasions. Never got a call back but instead an auto text type thing that said to make an appointment online. Reason why I called was because I wanted to ask a few questions before I booked an appointment but instead, I received this text only on the second call attempt. So I tried going online and emailing the questions through their website, to which nobody responded. Im now stuck with a Groupon purchase for the place and will not be going there. Very disappointed in their poor customer service.
