If you want to pay for overpriced nails tipsy is the way to go. I paid $152.00 for basic nails and a pedicure. They up charge for absolutely everything. I received a basic pedicure with gel and apparently that cost $70. For a black tip acrylic nails an additional $80. Not to mention I had to go back because they missed top coat on one of my toe nails. I had one toe glossy one toe matte. I asked for a design and the nail tech advised me that it wouldn’t look “elegant” and I could tell it’s because they were about to close. I go pay and they have the audacity to charge me $152 for basic nails without completing my design. Not to mention I had to wait 20mins in between my hand and feet because she needed to assist another nail tech to shape their clients nails. And I still tipped! I went back today requesting my design and to fix my toe they wanted to charge me an additional $8. I WALKED OUT BECAUSE $8 IS JUST PETTY. They are clearly not about good costumer service. I went to another place to add my design because I rather my money go elsewhere.

Kinda new to the pedicure thing. Been to a couple of other places, this one is the best. Walk out of there feeling like my feet are on clouds. Elizabeth is awesome! Will be back.

This salon is amazing! I got my eyelashes done by Jenny. The most professional environment I’ve ever been in. I had two glass of Moscato while josh gave me the best blow out. Vee did my acrylics and did a beautiful job. I love Tipsy and you guys earned a loyal costumer

This is my go to spot. I come every week for the past couple of years for a blowout with Anita. I have tried other services and all of them are great. I highly recommend this place as it really is a go to spot for any service so you can get everything done at one spot. The best part theres a bar and you can have a drink while getting great service.

This is my favorite place to go to when I need a really good cut and blow-dry. The staff here is very welcoming, and they serve wine. The thing that impresses me the most is how CLEAN this place is.

I had Kristie do my nails. I got dip and tips and had asked for rounded nails. The place was not super welcoming, and my nails did not turn out great. I didn’t like that she used scissors to cut the tips. She dipped my nails several times and then did not shape it much after.

This place is amazing. Always an excellent experience every time I go! They really do everything they can to help make sure clients have a nice, relaxing time and get what they want with requested designs.Today was exceptionally great because I asked for a certain design, and although I compromised on the style, they pulled together multiple people and nail artists to achieve a simple, yet beautiful design.I really appreciate the work of all the nail techs today and how much effort they put into making their clients happy.Definitely have to request Wendy or Nina next time I go - theyre some great ladies!

This was the most unprofessional waste of my time. I booked In appointment and when I got there I had to wait and upon waiting the stylist could not do my lashes because the did not have lash glue. I go to the store to get the lash and when I come back the lash stylist is assisting someone else. I waited for 25 minutes till i was next. When we get to the room she attempts to install the lashes but is not able to because of the glue. This is the worst salon ever . The girls that work there are friendly but the work is bad. Never going back. It’s a waste of time

My main salon messed up my appointment for the THIRD TIME, so in tears I called over to tipsy. Benson saved my day! They took me in right away. He listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I asked for. He was so nice, professional and did a fantastic job! Will definitely remember my positive experience

Had a 1:30pm appt and I was running a few minutes late. They changed it for 1:45pm which was nice. It is now 2:35pm & I have not received my pedicure service and there are also 4 other ppl waiting. I clearly stated on my appt notes that I have an event at 3pm & do not have time to wait or be late. It is the second time that they are inconsistent with my pedicure appointment time. Will not be coming back, not reliable at all.

Very clean place. Its very nice to have the option to have a drink while you get your pedi and manicure while you chill and relax. The lychee mimosa is super delicious 😋

This place is amazing! The nails last longer than they have at any other nail place Ive gone to. My nail stylist Yen ( not sure on spelling) was an absolute perfectionist and made sure there was not one imperfection in my nails, while also not taking 3 hours to do it. This place is my go to!

The service was great they got me in ahead of time and Anita did my hair. She is absolutely amazing!!! She cut my hair to the exact length i wanted it and gave me amazing layers. Definitely will be coming back

Horrible job! What I asked for vs what I got. They don’t know how to coffin shaped nails and cut my cuticles so bad they started to bleed. I will NEVER go back. I told the technician he was hurting me and he ignored me, I had to pull my hand back. My gel polish is bubbly and clustered and looks really bad I had to schedule with another salon to fix their work.

My mom and I booked an appt at 3 pm. We were still not seen at 3:35. They were disorganized and running very far behind. The guy at the front tried to be nice but clearly didn’t book appointments properly nor called to notify us that they were running so late. We ended up walking out because the whole experience was so annoying. It’s a cool concept but definitely needs some work on time management and overall customer service. The nail tech was rude to my mom and then went to fix someone else’s toes when they were already running 35 minutes late.

This place is great! I got a hair cut from Anita and a brow wax from Francia and both ended up perfect! My brows have never looked better, and I didn’t even have to tell Anita what I wanted. She just made my hair look amazing!

I had my eyebrows waxed by Francia, they came out amazing. She took her time. Would definitely recommend tipsy, never once have I had a bad experience with any of the services. And it’s nice to have a glass of wine while getting it done.

I was looking for a new nail place and Tipsy was suggested by a friend. I made a dip and pedi appointment and went with my friend. The person who did my pedi was very good. However, I had to wait a bit before someone could do my dip or Nexgen.That took much longer than I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been a regular with mani’s and pedi’sfor over 50 years and it doesn’t take over 3 hours with an appointment.Plus the nice manicurist didn’t speak English and I speak little Spanish. We really couldn’t communicate.After almost 1 week, one nail fell off. They fixed it. Now tomorrow will be 2 weeks and I’ve lost 3 more nails. This has never happened to me and it says a lot for this beautifully decorated place.I not only paid whatever they asked, but tipped these women very well.My suggestion is...check out new places very well before you spend your hard earned money and time.

Had an appointment for a party of four. We all are having issues with our polish not coming out properly with chipping, blotchy and bubbling. Prices are ridiculously high for nothing more than what you could get at any other nail salon for $25/$30 cheaper. We had to ask for a drink menu (the appointment we scheduled stated that we wanted drinks) in the middle of our pedicures then no one came back to take our orders so those doing our pedicures had to stop and go put our orders in only to get the drinks at the end of our service. Will never waste my money here again!

I have had services here a few times, had a few mishaps but kept going because I liked the atmosphere. But it is sad to say I won’t be going back. Had my nails done on Saturday and went back because one had a crack in it. I wanted it all removed and redone but instead they were supposedly fixed without doing as I requested as it was my time I had to take out to go back after having my nails done a few days before. I left out with a thicker manicure than what I walked in with. The lady who did my nails was so ruff with my hands that my cuticles are still on fire. I don’t know if it was done intentionally as they were awaiting my arrival. Never going back ever!!!!

I’ve only had one bad experience and it was a male technician. I don’t remember his name, he had great customer service and my nails looked amazing BUT he hurt me multiple times with the tools. I had cuts on my cuticles, and under my nail on the side of my finger.I didn’t get my nails done my Kathy and she did an amazing job. I love this place

Let me start by saying I loved the salon itself very nice. My daughter had a great experience, but I was there last night and my nail person was awful! It was an older man who was very rough and rushed. I actually said “ouch” out loud twice because he was being so rough. He cut my toe and finger during the whole ordeal and he kept roughly yanking on my hand when doing my manicure. Plus he wasn’t wearing his mask properly and sniffling the whole time which was very unsettling in these COVID times. I looked around to see if there was another person I could request but there wasn’t. I’m attaching a couple of pictures of my bloody toe and finger this man should NOT be handling customers.

My sister and I were both supposed to get a manicure I was taken first she sat there the whole time while it took the guy 2 hours to do mine she never got hers done and because it took so long for my nails we did not get our eyebrows done. It was the worse service ever. We will not ever come back

The girl who greeted me had a terrible attitude and was rude.The lady who did my nails tore up my fingers to the point that they were bleeding on 5 of my fingers.She continued to work on one while it was heavily bleeding. I had to put pressure and clean it myself. She hit my nail and messed one up and then got mad when I accidentally did the same and lectured me on why gel is better. Completely unsanitary and unsatisfactorily service.Do NOT go here!!!!

Nicole is an amazing stylist whos talented in both color and cutting. I have really tricky hair but she is able make it look great each time. I rarely become a returning customer - Nicoles the exception! She and the staff behave professionally yet are upbeat and sincerely friendly.

I was so excited to try out Tipsy for the first time.... however I got very badly cut my the tech using the file WAY too hard on the edge of my nail. It’s a bummer since possible infection type wound so need to keep it covered. I have top coat on my fingers (a bit of a messy job. I had to sit and seperate each nail from the top of my fingers since they were legit glued together with the Dip adhesive. The techs were nice but it was an odd vibe. I know the tech felt really bad so I appreciate that, but this shouldn’t happen and nails should be a WEE bit more even to say the least. Personally, I don’t plan to return.

One . I wasn’t even greeted . It was “do you have an appointment “Two. Their price for a simple acrylic full set with regular polish is $35. I got charged $54 bc my nails had to be soaked off & for a coffin shape (which looks more square to me) .Three. The one doing my nails kept saying how I need to get dip powder and gel . & how I shouldn’t get long nails bc I have a baby.Four. She proceeded to talk to her friend the whole time & gave me attitude when I politely asked if she could fix a crooked nail 🤣Oh my nails started peeling before I got home btw.I’ll pass on this establishment lol

The atmosphere is charming; I particularly didnt like much of the nail tech that was assigned to me. He was like rushing so fast that he hurt my fingers like three times. I dont know that he was rushing bc he wanted to go home since I booked the last available appointment of the day but still, unacceptable and the worst part was that the next day in the morning I noticed that my thumb had a cracked nail polish that with next-gen never happens, I called the salon and was told that to fix the damaged nail I would have to pay... Less than 24hrs later... So, I am not sure if I will give them another chance yet.

Next I asked for a nail tech who can draw, create designs, and make my nails Only My Nails. I was introduced to Taps! One word Talented. This was in late May 2018, I am forever grateful and loyal to tipsy! You guys Rock! Patti your energy has brought so much sunshine since day 1, Claudia you make a girl want to spend her mans whole check on her pedicures, and all the staff are super friendly and helpful! I found this salon when I moved to Florida and I absolutely love it! Anita is amazing with my short haircut and really makes sure that it is perfect! Everyone that works there is very kind and welcoming.

The experience was nice it was relaxing the staff was friendly. I give it 4 stars because when we got our pedicures they did not ask if we wanted a deluxe or gave us a pedicure menu like a normal Spa wood. The woman who did our eyebrows was amazing she was very proficient and knew exactly what she was doing. I would recommend just ask for the pedicure you want because theyre not going to offer you the deluxe.

I highly recommend Claudia. I been doing manicure and pedicure with her about 4 years and I wouldn’t change her for any one. She is the best: very professional, attentive to details, she does best pedicure ever!!! I want to thank Claudia for all this years of grate job she done.

Okay, soOoo last minute which in a way thankful they were able to fit me in since it’s by appointments only right now and I had some time to spare before my dentist appointment. I haven’t had a pedicure since before all this so I was looking forward to treating myself on my birthday with a full on pedicure and getting rid of all the dry skin off my heels and sides which that wasn’t done at all. My polish that I picked was everywhere on my toes and wasn’t cleaned off and basically looked like if my toes were painted by my 10 year old daughter. Was very disappointed as I was leaving because I just felt he just rushed through my pedicure and didn’t take his time on his work.

CURRENT POST: Iris is so dope! She’s very detail oriented and she takes her time. I’m sticking with this spot as long as Iris is there.PREVIOUS POST: Not a fan of the service. I’ve been a few times and never left fully satisfied which is wild considering the prices I’ve paid. The lychee mimosas are really good though.

Great pedicure experience! Shawna was the best technician I’ve ever had. She was extremely polite, and knowledgeable. I will definitely make it back to see her again when I’m in the area! Aside from my experience, the only thing I would suggest is to allow the option to add tips onto cards.

The moment I called I was treated so wonderfully. I had a day off and last minute decided to do my hair before the holidays. The staff treated me so kind as a walk in and immediately I felt I was in great hands. Mike did my hair and he did a AMAZING job! I truly feel like a movie star with my new blonde locks. While I was there I got a pedicure too. My whole experience here was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this place and I don’t intend to ever go else where now! ❤️

I was very happy with my keratin and hair cut, he spend time and take care of you. He is a master on hair styling. For the firs time my hair was perfectly straight without the flat iron. That was Amazing!!! My hair stayed straight until the next wash as well. Thank you Miguel Angel!

I made three appointments online at the same time for: gel manicure, pedicure and full color. Online it doesn’t give the option to choose how much time is booked. When I show up for my appointment, my mani pedi was first and was amazing! Sam was awesome! However when it came time for my full color, the stylist told me that because I only booked an hour she doesn’t have enough time to do my all over color cause she has other appointments. When I voiced my concern (the fact that I couldn’t change the amount of time) the response I got was “you didn’t book enough time”. The was no option to set how much time you could book. To top it off this all happened on my birthday. Really disappointed and upset that there was nothing they could do and anything. Won’t be coming back.

Cindi is hands down the best hair stylist I’ve ever had grace me with their talents. I’ve always been incredibly finicky with who I have touch my hair and the first time she did my hair I KNEW that I could never go to anyone else. She is a color wizard! I am so excited to have her do my hair for any and all occasions. Absolutely recommend her!

Been going here for a couple of years now. Nick does my Nexgen very professionally every time. The upgraded pedicure had me sliding out of my chair it was so good. Really appreciate the foot and leg massage. Atmosphere is nice and champagne or wine along with the services makes it a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

Today I decided to go to Tipsy Salon to get a simple manicure. To keep the story short, I could have done a better job myself. The lady was very sweet, but I had to correct her filing and paint job multiple times, and the result was still unsuccessful (uneven paint, paint on my skin surrounding my nails) I told the manager about not being satisfied with my nails, and her response was “oh.” Needless to say, I will not be returning to get my nails done there.

I had such an awesome experience at Tipsy Nailbar and Salon! I was visiting from Texas and Francia made me look like a Florida girl! I absolutely loved the way she cut and colored my hair! I definitely would recommend this salon to anyone who wants to make themselves feel beautiful.

Crystal gave me one of the best pedicures in a Very Long time. I have been trying many different salons looking for someone like her! The salon is Beautiful, roomy, CLEAN. Tipsy is defiantly my new salon and Crystal is my new tech. Great prices too, thats what got me to try it but Crystal is who will keep me coming back!

Since me and my best friend were in the market for a new nail salon we decided to try out tipsy. And I can just say that this is our new nail salon. We were wowed by our nail techs. Yan was my nail tech and she pays great attention to detail and and asks questions to make sure that you get what you want which I loved. The staff at the front desk are also excellent, very welcoming.

Had a pedicure today around12 this afternoon.its almost 12 pm my nails are still not dry..worst pedicure ..too many coats without dry time..guess she was in a hurry..wanted them cut short..but not to become ingrown..cant remember her name .cute little blond girl.. Today was the first time I went to this location. I was attended by Jade (Yao) who has been doing my nails for over 2 years. Ive been faithful with her and found out she moved locations. I have to say, per usual... You were amazing. this Tipsy location is incredibly lucky to have someone so good and that truly cares of the quality that she gives to her clients. I will forever follow her no matter where she goes!

You have to stop by when Dawn is throwing a girls night. Ring all your girlfriends. It’s a blast! We had amazing cocktails. And Botox with Diane. Really affordable and she did a great job!

Ive been patronizing this salon for almost a year because of the great service that Scott provided. The last time I went there I had an appointment booked with Scott & when I got there I was told that he was sick, or so they said, as I have just found out that he doesnt work there anymore. They had my number at nobody bothered to even give me the courtesy of calling me. Then, I was told that Anita, one of the owners, would do my nails, but made me wait for almost an hour and then proceeded to try to find problems with 2 of my nails that didnt need to be pried off and then only filled with powder, not replaced with a nail & proceeded to charge me $25 for an acrylic fill when a brand new set costs $30! When I told her that it wasnt right and that I would need to find another nail salon she didnt care. I wont be back! Do yourself a favor and dont go to this salon. Now that Scott isnt there this salon is going down hill. They are very unprofessional and do not care about customer service or retaining clients.

Don’t get me wrong, my tech did an awesome job on my lashes & brows, but the atmosphere wasn’t very friendly. I sat at the bar waiting for my appt & was never asked if I wanted something to drink. The bartender was ignoring me while on his cell phone. When I looked around the room all the employees who were not otherwise engaged were lazily lying across their stations looking bored & never looked up from their phones either. What kind of manager allows this? It wasn’t very busy & I understand why now; who wants to hang out someplace where no one talks to you? This place could be a gold mine if they’d hire people with personalities that smiled & walked around greeting the customers and at least faked looking busy.

I was asked to leave a positive review before I left the salon, at which time I did. Here I am 2 weeks later with broken hair from a Cézanne treatment that costs $450. I have a chemical hair cut with short pieces all around my face and it’s definitely not what I paid for. How do you fix broken off hair? I do not want extensions but I would like a full refund. I would love to show before and after pictures but I don’t see any options.

Yesterday I was having a hard day. It was the anniversary of my fathers death. So I went in for a little pick me up. From the minute I walked into the door until I left, it was such a great experience! Every one is so nice and make you feel so welcomed! John did my pedicure Amazing! And my nextgen nails. Phenomenal job! Every body I seen there did such amazing work for their customers. I must say I defiantly found my new favorite place to go from now on!

I only gave a star because you have to in order to review. Future employment seekers beware. I applied for a receptionist position. I was called by the owner for an interview. When I got there she was having a pedicure. I asked her if she wanted to finish. Her answer she would talk to me while getting her toes done. That should have been my first clue to leave. No one should be interviewed upfront of another employee that isn’t in management or HR. She told me she thought I would be great and asked me to come in to train the next 2 days in a row. She also discussed the required attire. I left and went to by a new shirt to wear. The next day I got ready and went through normal first day of work process. I then anxiously drove there ready to train. The receptionist had no idea why I was there. He then told me after going to look for the owner that she left and would get back to. They never did however I would not have even considered working there at that point. I completely respect someone’s decision to go in another direction if that’s what happened. However a phone call or text would have been professional and appropriate.

Heaven! Ive been to a couple other Tipsy salons, but this one takes the cake! Its clean and they do an amazing job. Ive come here twice now and had the same girl (Chantalle). Shes awesome!! The front desk staff is super friendly too. And of course they have wine :).

The girl did my eyebrows really well. Price for eyebrows was not bad at all. Atmosphere is SUPER nice. Think pricing is too high for other services though.
