Got a new job so I signed up with Kaiser. I’ve heard a lot of either horror stories or amazing reviews using an HMO but I decided to try it out! I’ve had no problems so far and the pharmacy was pleasant. I also went to the optical at the Bellevue location. Good selection of frames and the people were nice, fair prices.

With my doctor, you have to schedule 1.5 - 2 months out just to get an appt. If that’s the case you probably have too many patients! When I do need something from my drs office, I have to call multiple times to see anything happen. I get different information from each person I talk to - and it’s just a big nightmare every time!

Writing this as a warning to anyone who makes an appointment for Covid testing:I registered for a required Covid test at this location, and received a confirmation email with the time and date I was supposed to arrive for my test. When I showed up at the confirmed time, date, place, I was told that they were, “no longer doing these,” was given no alternative, and told that I would have to find somewhere else to get tested. When I asked why they send me a confirmation and told me to come at this time if they had stopped doing testing, I was told “unfortunately that’s just how it is.”Not only did I waste hours of my day driving here and for a fake confirmed appointment, but now I am stuck scrambling to try to find another place short notice to get tested. As a healthcare worker myself, I find this is completely unacceptable. Do better, Kaiser.

I’ve been to this location twice and have had nothing but great experiences! Everyone I came into contact with was nothing but kind and pleasant. I got my covid vaccine today and it was such a quick process. There is a line out the door but don’t let that scare you. They are so efficient you will be up to the front of that line in minutes. I couldn’t be happier.

I first started going to Kaiser about 12 years ago (Group Health back then). I have been to a dozen other places over the years, and I would rather be at Kaiser. My experience at Kaiser has always been smooth, prompt, and friendly. I have always felt cared for as a real person, from every receptionist, CNA, Nurse, Doctor, specialist, and Pharmacist. The system has been painless compared to other places Ive been to. They manage to deliver quality care and clear medical instructions that help me stay healthy. Thanks for everything!

Good doctors and pharmacy. But fix your phone and digital system. Shouldnt take me 3 minutes to talk to a person.Or the online feature requires / for your birthday but doesnt let you use that feature in the app.So overall good because staff is transparent and helpful. But in this day and age your technology should be more user friendly.

I was booked for a general wellness exam that was supposed to be 30 minutes. I waited for over an hour and was seen for less than ten. Dr. Powell saw me and was rushed and abrupt, blaming me for making the wrong type of appointment. This was in spite of the fact that I told her that I’d made an appointment for a general wellness exam -that the scheduling nurse made a mistake. When I got frustrated because I needed a refill on medication that’d been prescribed from another provider, she abruptly told me that I’d just have to wait. This medication is an anticonvulsant which can cause seizures or a life-threatening rash if discontinued abruptly. When I insisted that that medication and my birth control be filled, she did so, but that was the end of the visit. When I went to my Kaiser profile after the appointment, my profile was flagged as hostile. Literally the worst care I’ve received from a primary care provider in my life.

The process was pretty smooth. when I called them they help me set an appointment even though it was my first time. When I got there I logged in from a kiosk then I was helped in the time frame that I was told I would be.The doctor was very helpful and professional, answered my questions and took time to attend to my needs.

I couldnt ask for better. Having come from an individual market, I had to find my own doctors (which were pretty poor). Once I signed up with (then) Group Health I selected a doctor that friends of mine had thats just fantastic. Ive had a few health care issues that required a specialist and I was immediately referred to Bellevue. The cardiologist care was also excellent.Without exception, whenever Ive had an appointment theyve called my name early. Everyone has been more than professional and personable.I love the application that lets you see your appointments, lab results and even contact consulting nurse services.I only hope they continue to be as good under Kaiser.

Just.. Awful. Kaiser apparently bit off more than they can chew when they took over as the sole provider in the Puget Sound. Slowest check-in Ive experienced anywhere, ever. Confusing, disorganized check-in system, very inefficient patient services. Doctor was cold and send disinterested. Wound up getting referred to the wrong specialist to top off an absolutely dreadful experience. The only thing worse than the clinic was trying to sort out their mistakes on the phone. If you have yet to experience the Kaiser Permanente Healthcare system.. Buckle up. Youre in for a rough ride. Honestly, Im wondering if it would be better to just risk not having insurance at this point.

I have never received such awful service from a medical professional in my life. The doctor had zero interest in helping me, every time I asked a question she told me I would have to go to another doctor for the answer (and therefore pay more) If you want real help go just about any where else.

Dr Kaufman and her rude nurs Stolls refuses to send me to a specialist outside of Kaiser who is willing and able to help me figure out how to treat my medical conditions, when I go in to see her she is focused on everything but my health and in her last email she replied I hope your condition fixes its self soon thats like a machine saying I hope your check engine light fixes its self soon.......Im not sure what cracker jack box they got their degrees out of but its obvious they are trying to keep up with GROUP DEATH standards.I guess we can call it KILLER KAISER.........

Terrible pharmacy service and poor quality doctors. Pharmacy staff are extremely rude and have a don’t give a damn attitude. They don’t have enough doctors. Most are Physician Assistants. Also their doctors have pretty poor education and service credentials. Kaiser Permanente is known for extremely bad service in California and now they have spoiled healthcare in Washington as well. KP has never had good doctors working for them and is the bottom of the barrel in healthcare. Stick to Virginia Mason or Evergreen. The experience is so much different and the quality of care is so much better. Don’t ever make the mistake of going to KP unless you don’t care about your health. They are also pretty arrogant and think that patients are commodities. I would give a zero or negative rating if there was one.

Horrible service all around. I called for a request for two immunizations to be done, and the lady I spoke with said a request would be put in to my doctor and that I would receive a call when it was approved. I hadnt heard back two and half days later, so I called back. I was transferred to three different people, and the third person I spoke with said she couldnt do anything for me because there was no mention in my records that I had even called two days prior. I told her that was not going to work and she responded with what do you want me to do about it? Not to mention, I received conflicting information from the two doctors I had seen earlier in the week leading to unnecessary tests being completed.

Hands down the worst health care my wife and I have ever received. We have lived in multiple states and multiple cities, group health wins for worst. If you want a socialist type medicine, group health is for you. They own the doctors, the pharmacy, the hospital and the E.R, along with being your insurance provider. I am surprised the government lets this go on.To give you a idea, a medication my wife has been on for 5 years, group health would not cover... ok they do make a almost as good medicine. We were not happy about it, but she agreed to try it. The Pharmacist actually called the doctor to have him change the script again, because the second best medicine was covered but still very expensive. What is wrong with a system when a pharmacist can decide what you need based off cost, EVEN when it is a approved medicine on your list.Good luck if you need to talk to someone, they wont call you back. If and only IF they end up calling you back it will be about 3-4 days later and from the wrong office you even left the message for. I myself have been in pain management for over 5 years after 2 failed back surgeries and a mechanical valve put in my heart. One group health doctor actually told me to meditate my pain away and I should buy her book. The policy of the pain management system at group health is, we have a board that votes on how slowly to taper you off your pain drugs....TAPER ME OFF my pain drugs? how is that managing my pain. This is just a few incidents of a year of crap with group health.....if you want good medicine, DO NOT USE THEM. We only signed up with them because we were new to the area and did not know better....we are leaving in December, we hope neither one of us will die before then.

I agree, the pharmacy personnel are extremely rude. When I reported a situation to the manager, she took the opportunity to reprimand me for what took place. They all need a course on customer service, management, and marketing 101. Take care of your customers, or someone else will. On a positive note, I like my doctor.

After being referred to this location by my grandmother a long time customer of group health i decided to try it since it is so close to my residence, currently all I need is an appointment for the terrible flu I have. Upon calling I start off speaking with reception which was fine then the consulting nurse who seem to not understand that I only wanted to see a doctor and kept requesting home remedies. After relaying to her that I needed an appointment it did not seem apparent to her so she transferred me back the the appointment coordinator who was very rude and would not let me get a word in. All I called for was an appointment and some information though in return I received horrible customer service also she hung up on me. I will not be even attempting to use this location again and will not be referring it to any friends or family no matter how convenient it is.

When they were group health, they were 3 stars, you werent getting the best of the best but you were getting what you paid for. Now that KP took over its pretty bad, unorganized, you get charged More, no one has a clue what your plan covers or the costs would be, miss scheduled appointments...,,,basically theyre like the Walmart of medical but with no price tags 😡

Nurse didnt know when I could get my injections, & argued with me, rather than double checking because it was A DAY SOONER than the normal time frame. She cancelled my appt & didnt tell me.Doctor agreed one day wont make a difference, and that I was right, it IS safe to get at 10 wks.I have too many more complaints to waste my time publicly, but I would recommend a NON KAISER PERMANENTE doctor/nurse/specialist.You shouldnt have to fight your doctor and nurse so much, and correct them every time you see them. And most people wouldnt know enough to know when they need to argue with their doctor. The manager basically hasnt even made effort to hear about my plethora of complaints, so Ive contacted member services and the owner of the company.Suffice to say, I have had ZERO positive experiences with any of Kaiser Permanente.

New patient to GH and its been great from calling to get a primary care doc, short wait for an appointment. And even speaking with a pharmacist before my appointment to have my list of meds already in the system for my visit. Prompt service at check in and was called back sooner then my scheduled time. Im very picky and rarely give out a good review unless it is seriously well deserved.
