Staff is always nice, but I feel my primary doctor doesn’t really care much about my health.Also, when I booked the annual exam(covered by my insurance) this year, they didn’t tell me that they would mark it as office visit since they’re not taking physical exam during this time. I went through the exact same process of preventative visit and ended up with a bill for office visit.

Most of the 5 stars are paid/bots. You can tell by how generic the complements are.Clinic is negligent, pharmacy is worse. I bought a telehealth subscription just so my boyfriend doesnt have to go here anymore until new insurance kicks in.

Went in for a check up today and the staff is so lovable and amazing. They made my experience so much better. My nurse was friendly and helpful, the guy who took my blood before getting my boosters eased my tension so much by making me laugh. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit because of them.

This company has amazing dentists, but their lack of organization and consideration for their patients is horrible.I have state insurance, which is accepted at this location, so I shouldn’t need to make any payments. However, after my first appointment here, they tried to get me to pay an extra $250 that I did not owe. I had to get in contact with a few people to get that fixed.After that situation, my family got covid so I called to reschedule the next appointment I had. Two months later I called to reschedule a different appointment I had made, due to my babysitter canceling last minute. These two excuses for canceling are very valid excuses. Yet I was told that I have to have a phone meeting with a supervisor there to be able to make appointments again, due to my cancellations. I called for my phone meeting with the supervisor, and they told me that she would call me back when SHE was available. I am a full time mom, and full time student. I can’t wait by my phone all day for her to call me back. I don’t understand why she couldn’t put me on hold, or talk to me for a few minutes to figure out the situation.Needing to talk to a supervisor for not being able to come in, and calling in beforehand, makes no sense! ANY OTHER dentists office, would see my excuses for canceling as valid excuses not to come in. And I would not need to go through all of this. Never coming back to this dentist office!Edit: Their supervisor never even called me back!

Dental is terrible they always end up hurting me and it’s always a different dentist working on you, I will be switch dental office.Front desk is very unorganized they claimed I called to cancel an appointment when I didn’t, and when I went in for the canceled appointment they said I called them to cancel because I was sick which was not right.Then after telling me they scheduled me for the wrong appointment reason. Meaning they did not read my chart notes to schedule me the right appointments in the first place.So again very unorganized, you leave in pain after appointment, and there is always atleast a 45 min wait even when you make your appointment time.Just all around not worth wasting your time here .

Such a bad clinic!!!! I’ve been trying for the last 5 months calling to see if I can get a refill for my asthma inhaler. And no one ever picks up the phone. I even leave them voice mails and still nothing back. Horrible service!

Was calling to make an appointment as a new patient. The receptionist understood that, and asked me questions for my information (name, DOB, phone number etc). They confirmed with me that the docs only do phone appointments, of which I thought was fine.Then I was asked for my insurance (which, by the way, is one of the more well-known, widely used and high quality insurances used in the state). After a moment of hesitance, I was suddenly told: Sorry, we are super busy. We are so busy, we are completely booked. We cant have any new patients because we are so busy. We recommend you find a different clinic.Like what?? The entire time they were readily going to accept me as a new patient. But after I mentioned my insurance, they turned around and said theyre so busy that theyre booked? They didnt even offer future appointments (like as if they are busy for the rest of eternity), or propose any other alternative. Why even bother signing me up as a patient if you already knew you were completely booked in the first place? You should just let me know first thing if thats truly the case.If theyre going to be preferentially choosing people based on insurance or anything else, and not provide healthcare to everyone in an equal fashion, then Im glad I didnt end up being a patient here. Quite disappointing.

Stay clear of this clinic, the pharmacy will ignore you and take forever on your prescription, sometimes forget youre even there all together.The ladies at the front desk have a bad attitude and do not preform their jobs properly. They will place you on hold for hours, and schedule you for the wrong appointments, and they do not send out the required reminders. The Nurse Practitioner I had, failed to put in an IUD which gave me complications I had to get treated elsewhere, but they still charged me. Not only that, she had to become my primary care provider and after while she gives me an attitude and dismisses all my symptoms. This is very dangerous, and I hope she does better, especially in a field where your actions can mean life or death.I will not be returning to this clinic ever again. But the sad thing is, they dont even care. They never did, and they never will.

Came here to bring my wife to get a test for Covid-19. I have been tested twice, and both times there was a sense of professionalism, but not at this location. The doctors/nurses performing the tests were not prepared for us when we arrived even though we had an appointment. My wife had informed them over the phone that her ears were giving her pain, and they told her that they could examine her ears. She had asked them about her examination and they hadnt charged their otoscope. We waited an additional five minutes for this. The doctor confirmed she had an infection, but was skeptical about prescribing antibiotics for whatever reason. My wife told them she would like the medicine, and the doctor told her she would send it to our pharmacy. When we arrived at the pharmacy, nothing had been sent through. We had to wait on hold for 20 minutes to speak to someone from the clinic and get her prescription taken care of. All the while she was in pain. Do not come here if you have any pain and urgently need medicine because you likely wont be getting it.UPDATE: After we had spoken to someone over the phone, my wife was told that her prescription was put on her books but never sent through. She was told she would be getting a call that evening or the next morning regarding her prescription. It is now the next morning, still nothing. We called and were told we would have to wait until Monday. My wifes ear infection is worsening and she is in more pain than yesterday. Health Point, what do you have to say about this? This is unacceptable. You work with peoples health, how are you able to do things like this and remain in business?

I am writing a review to let people know if your primary care provider is not at health point you cannot use their pharmacy. I didnt know that and no where on my insurance app does it say that, even though they are listed as the #1 pharmacy in my area and in my network. A bit of a waste of time for me. But the employees were nice and helpful in what they could do.

Convenient location with easy to set up appointment process but horrible practice.Been coming here for two years and didnt know any better. Fillings consistently had high spots that I had to come in again to get fixed. The last straw for me was a build-up that they did on one of my teeth. The tooth split in half from top to bottom the next day. This was very painful. I went back in for an emergency appointment and they couldnt do anything. Just gave me a referral to another dentist that could extract the tooth for me. I called that number and they said they never got a referral so they cant accept me. I waited a couple days. Meanwhile the tooth got extremely inflamed and infected. Called the referral later in the week. Same story. I go back to this dentist in hopes they can at least re-make the referral or prescribe me something and I came out with nothing again. I ended up getting drunk and pulling my own tooth because the pain of that was less than what I was going through.After telling this story to my roommate who referred me to this place when he started going, he said he left them too. During his third visit or so they referred him to some place to remove his wisdom teeth saying that theyre causing issues in his mouth. The thing is, he had them removed years ago.

I switched from Redmond Health Point to Bothell due to a move. We loved Redmond, they were nothing but professional and friendly.Bothell Health Point is the worst facility I have ever been to!!!The first time I took my two kids there they were due for vaccinations, the nurse was horrible, she literally jabbed the needle into my kids arms! They were screaming and crying, had blood running down their arms and had large bruises for days after... That experience traumatized them. No kid likes shots but that was over the top careless..Second visit for vaccinations went fine and the clinic made sure we didnt get the same nurse.The most recent scheduled apt for vaccinations was a disaster! First I waited for 45 min just to get the scheduling coordinator on the phone. We made the appointment, I received two confirmations prior to the appointment and an hour before my kids were due to come in the Providers assistant ( who was very rude over the phone) told me my kids could not be seen in person because the provider only sees kids 6 and under!!! I let her know my kids could not return to school without these vaccinations and why would I need an over the phone visit???? Very disappointed. Unorganized rude behavior, needless to say I will not be returning to this joke of a clinic...

They wont see me because they are prejudice. dont waste your time here. they repetitively get information wrong and somehow without fail during this pandemic they have the worst service. they dont treat people that might be sick anymore even though they are a clinic. they told me to go to the ER or Urgent Care to get simple tests done to figure out if something is wrong with me. **** this place, i hope they fail quickly.

I have never less than hated every time I have given this place another chance. Wonderful place if you enjoy sitting in the social security or DMV office, only its full of sick coughing people and children with no masks or sense of personal space. Urgent care is better. Anywhere is. Fifth time walking out after waiting for hours, without seeing a doctor or getting help. Never, ever again. May be a good option for some if urgent care is packed and English is not the first language? They do have many resources for those with ESL needs.

Every time I go to pick up a prescription after being sent from either dental or medical, the woman with the grey hair and glasses as well as the women with red and blonde highlighted hair, they have the worst bedside manner and have a lot of attitude. I don’t know if it’s just how they talk, but it definitely doesn’t feel respectful or nice. I’m nothing but kind and polite and then receive a condescending response. I don’t know if it’s because I have colorful dreads and multiple piercings or what, but it’s so unnecessary especially when I’m still kind to them after they treat me this way. They also never answer their phones or call me back after leaving a voicemail. They ended up sending my prescription to the wrong address and I spent an hour on the phone talking to at least 5 different people that weren’t any of the pharmacists just to get it squared away. Very frustrating...

My boys and I have been going to the same clinic (in different locations) and seeing the same Doctor for 15 years. The building that houses the clinic now is quite nice and much bigger than the several locations prior.The front desk staff and medical assistants are always friendly.

Professional, clean and efficient. Long as you get an appointment and show up on time theyll take care of you like few places in the area. As one whos terrified if needles their staff are so proficient that you hardly feel them and more pain comes from the injection matter as pressure than the needle, well trained and consistent (over 7 vaccines/injections experience). Highly recommendable.

This one star is due to a very unprofessional nurse Nataliya who couldn’t perform the basic tasks like giving flu shots, or taking blood sample in a standard way. My dad saw her a couple of times and each time he was left an impression that she didn’t receive training with American standards. It’s unfortunate that we feel compelled to leave this unfavorable review since we have met many nice people in the clinic. But we hope other patients won’t fall into things my family ran into. The clinic needs to work on enhancing their staff screening and training.

2 stars. I have not been in the office yet for medical attention - however - I did make appointment. Ill update the post after my visit.I did feel the need to write something now. The receptionist was very rude and short with me, sighed multiple times over the phone (sorry for calling? Im sick, I need medicine) and seemingly wanted to argue over the fact there was a doctor I mentioned that no longer works there. Suzanne Laurel. Anyways, she seemed like she hated her job and thats not a good sign.edit: They were unable to locate my insurance. On the very last day to see them I was unable to get any medical attention. (My deductible was already taken care of for the year and would have been free) so I took away a star. No other place has had issues locating my insurance... ever. Very disappointed, will not return.

I went in the check to me and within 15 minutes they had me in the doctors room they also had me wear a mask to make sure that if I had the flu I didnt give it to anyone else which I thought was good the doctor was thorough knowledgeable and check action and resolved the issue about a 45-minute from in to out good experience overall

Oh my gosh, these humans are just fantastic! They are extremely friendly, conversational, and treat you like family.I have been coming here for dental treatments for over 6 months now, and have not a single bad thing to say.They have been accomodating, and comforting. Their dentists are all outstanding.They even call ( not the front staff, but the doctor) to check on me after my procedure, to see how I am doing.Could not be happier with Healthpoint Bothell, and their wonderful people.

Very Bad Experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!Trying to schedule my wifes Dental Appointment from last 2 months now, but they always say call us back, been calling them from 8-12 weeks now no luck, even if you call they will make you stay on hold for 20mins and ask you to leave voicemail but nobody even returns your call, management needs to get some people who feels the pain to patients not just a fun call and to work here instead of Rude and not willing to help people in need. Imagine why would someone call you guys if theyre fit and healthy? people call u if they need care and you guys dont feel that pain. very annoying experience seriously. May god bless these people and their hearts to be friendly enough to help families struggling to get care. Will raise this issue to Corporate or higher management to try and fix this.

I went in for a dental emergency, and everything was great. Had that been the only encounter Id given 5 stars, but its not. I was told to make a new patient appointment, but they didnt have any available, and to call on Monday to schedule one. Ive been calling twice a day for over a month. They tell me they dont have any and to try again tomorrow. I call later the same day and they say their gone. It seems like since I dont have an accent I cant get an appointment.

I love this clinic, they have seen my whole family and helped us alot. I like the doctors and the front desk staff. Dental is good too, but they had to refer us out for stuff that they didnt do there since its only general dentistry and we needed specialty work done. Oh and pharmacy is good too

I gotta say - I love HealthPoint Bothell. I use both the medical and dental treatment.Medical wise, Ive been in about 4 times over 6 years. Less than I should, honestly, but I hate having medical treatments when I dont need them. One time I had a lingering cough I desperately was wanting to get rid of before I went on an overseas trip, and my doctor (Dr. Karlapalem) helped me out as best as she could with the caveat that there was no real way to perfectly cure a cough (understandable) and was incredibly understanding. At that same time, Id mentioned that my lorazepam for depression/anxiety was getting low but I hadnt filled it since I moved, so she worked to set me up with Dr. Baker. When I got back from my trip, Dr. Baker and I sat down and had a very comfortable conversation, and she gave me a security blanket of Lorazepam - exactly what I needed since I only need it for when things get EXTREMELY BAD. My other two times were similarly well kept. Sure, I felt rushed once on my most recent visit (which was a rushed visit - Im always sick before trips, I swear - so I didnt get Dr. Karlapalem like I have the other two times), but it was mid-flu season and it was packed; Im not shocked.Dental wise, I only had one negative experience with a doctor whose name I cant remember; I do remember speaking with the staff afterward and they made sure to note on my account (I assume?) so Id never have to see him again. Since though, all of my dental work I do with Dr. Lin, who is ABSOLUTELY NUMBER ONE THE BEST. I dont know how she does it. First, I had pain in a filling on one tooth and it had given me trouble for a while. She told me there were a few different options we could take with it - the last of which was root canal and which would likely be out of pocket cost for me. She suggested we try a few steps - do the least troublesome thing first, see if that worked, if it didnt, move on. I agreed. When step one didnt work, she got me back in ASAP, and when that didnt work, she went for step three - pulling out my filling (done by a dentist at home in Indiana), cleaning everything out, and putting a new filling in. Everythings been hunky-dory since then. And somehow, the whole time - even though sometimes I dont see her in over a year and she DEFINITELY sees a metric ton of patients - she remembers what we spoke about last time.Anyway - I love Bothell HealthPoint. Sure, things are rushed sometimes, and theres been a time or two where getting an appointment is hard (most often when school is out of session, I find - probably kiddos getting their appointments), but I think its worth it for the great care I receive.

I just moved to Bothell and had a new patient dental appt with Dr Lin a week ago. She did careful examination and said I may need a deep cleaning. We agreed if my insurance does not cover the deep cleaning, I will have a regular dental cleaning. When I went to receptionist to make an appointment, I was told I can only make deep cleaning appt and my insurance does not cover it. I told her Dr Lin agreed to do regular cleaning in this case. She said she will check with Dr Lin. Dr Lin’s hygienist called me 2 days later and told me Dr Lin is ok for me to come for a regular cleaning at 9:15am 5/1/2019. I went to the office this morning and was told they can’t do routine dental cleaning on me and suggest me to get periodontics evaluation. I was totally disappointed as I was told to come for a regular cleaning but get rejection. I asked to speak to Dr. Lin or the management and was told Dr Lin is not in office. It seems unless I agree to do a deep cleaning otherwise I can’t get dental care in this office. My question is as a patient do I have right to chose regular cleaning over deep cleaning ?! I would think the whole thing has little to do with Dr Lin but the HealthPoint dental management. Is your goal serving the patient or making $$. By the way, my dentist in Minnesota took good care of me for 30 years and NEVER asked me to do $$ costly deep cleaning at all. I hope to find a decent dentist/dental office in Seattle to take care of my dental health soon. I will keep bring the issues I encountered to the public/authority until it resolved.

After several bad experiences from coming here, I will be hunting for a new family doctor & dentist. Staff is uncooperative and often rude, its nearly impossible to speak with a receptionist in the dental clinic, and Ive now been to two scheduled appointments where they did nothing at all to address my reason for being there and had me walking out and needing to find someone who will help me competently. Me, my family, and our private insurance, will be going elsewhere from now on.

I’m a patient for this clinic for six years long. Their medical clinic is OK but their dental clinic is getting worse and worse - their mission is more about making money rather than care about patient.I have a tooth filled but the filling fell out on the same day.I understood this could happen so I didnt get mad, instead I asked dentist to repair the filling. They did repair the filling but sent me two bills for that tooth. Their front desk explained to me that they knew they shouldn’t bill me for twice, but their billing dept cant do one bill because the dentist that helped me to repair wasnt the same dentist and also because she used a different way to help me filled...Front desk then asked me to contact their billing dept to see if they can revised one of the bills. Billing dept. then told me they cant revise the bills but I can contact the clinic to request them to write off the first failed filling charge...Im like a kicked ball and the issue has never been resolved.Whats more sad is that this dental clinic now will add on some services that you dont need but just because they think your insurance have those services covered.Earlier this year, I decided to do emergency walk-in becauseI have ONE tooth that suddenly with a little pain and I want to check if its a serious tooth decay. I double checked with the front desk and had been told that my insurance will cover the emergency walk-in services. One of their staffs then directly took me to do a Panoramic X-ray BEFORE I MET DENTIST. The whole process was about ten seconds so I thought they were taking X-ray for the specific tooth that hurt. Six weeks later, I received a bill from my isurance compay-all other services were covered but the panoramic X-ray has been denied. I called and questioned them how can this happen? They then replied me : you must have done the Panoramic X-ray in somewhere else in the past five years othewise your isurance wouldnt denied...The fact was I didnt have Panoramic X-ray in somewhere else, it just because the clinic thought I have this covered so they did it for me subjectively. According to my dental insurance company- I dont have this Panoramic X-ray covered on the date of service and no clinic staffs called to check with them.As a patient of this clinic for six years long, I am very responsible to say their dental clinic is really not recommended.

I would put a 0 star if I could, this place is an absolute joke. I have had the same doctor, Dr.Munoz for almost my whole life. Now I will never come back there after my horrible experience along with my mothers as well. My mother has severe diabetes, high blood pressure and re occurring GI issues. Dr.Munoz has NEVER gone over her lab results with her, ever. Never even asked or created a better plan for her medications, shes just constantly uncomfortable and the doctor does nothing to improve or help her. This doctor will do what ever she can to completely avoid the problem you want to fix. When my mom tried to switch doctors, Dr.Munoz literally called her asking her why she didnt want to see her anymore, which is in my opinion... is extremely unprofessional. I am an office manager of a doctors office and now, I see just how horrible Bothell HealthPoints care really is. Getting back to me, I have extremely uneven hips, I got an X-ray from the Chiropractor that I pay out of pocket for (since Dr.Munoz wouldnt refer me) and made an appointment at HealthPoint to get referred to an orthopedics since thats indeed what the Xray and chiropractor said to do. My hips click every time I take a step, it aches to walk, sit, run, basically do any physical activity and I am only 22 years old. Dr.Munoz said Since it wasnt a problem when you were younger, it shouldnt be an issue now so Physical therapy should be just fine. I will never go back to such unreliable care.

Stay AWAY - unless you are so poor that you have to deal with them. Took my daughter in for a high school sports clearance form. Verified with the receptionist the cost since we do not have health insurance. I was quoted flat fee of $75 for the clearance form. I wasnt 100% sure what type of clinic this was but how badly can you mess up a basic with physical exam to play sports. The doctor (DO not MD) had terrible bad side manner, didnt ask relevant questions just marked what needed on the forms and said my daughter has abnormal skin and abnormal eyes and possibly Marfan syndrome. First of all, she is a teen with light acne -that is NOT abnormal for early teens. SHe does not have abnormal eyes - she wears glasses, that is NOT abnormal. She does not have Marfan syndrome according to her pediatricians (MDs) she has been seeing in previous years. On top of that, she didnt even clear her to play sports based on abnormal skin, eye and Marfan syndrome and until a gentic test is done, she wont sign off the form so she cant play sports. What a moron! Now I know DOs are NOT MDs, took my daughter back to a proper clinic with MDs - did a thorough exam, cleared her to play sports and when I mentioned what happened, they laughed and just shook their head.I should have known when waiting at the reception desk-this clinic serves the truly poor or ignorant and the providers seems to treat accordingly. Spend little more money and visit a real clinic with real MDs.

Bad service. I asked to refill my medication and they said OK your doctor did it and you just need to come and pick-up your precipitation. When I went there, they said you need to make an appointment. Is that ridiculous? wasting time and they said sorry. then they had me to go back for nothing just refill.

DO NOT GO HERE!! This place is aweful!! Staff is very poorly trained including the receptionist and the doctor had very poor bed side manner with inadequate knowledge..possibly doctor in training or studen doctor (DO not an MD).. diagnosed that my kid has heart disease. The nurse was not proficient enough to do basic skill such as measuring bp. She had to do it 3 times..claiming that my 15 yr old have hypertension. Had to go to different clinic to have re examination and everything was found to be normal. If you have insurance, do not go here. This place served patients on Medicaid and even they deserve better service!

I love the pharmacy staff! But the downstairs is horrible! Waits are bad, doctors are all incompetent, uncaring and on the verge of malpractice. Im tired of talking to the manager, it gets nowhere. Primary care is a joke, only reason I even bother going is because I need referrals to specialists, and they cant even do that right.

Pharmacy service is so bad. They told us to wait for 20 mins for the meds. Then instead we waited for 40 mins for nothing since they forgot our order. So we need to wait for another 20 mins (20+40) 1 hour. Wasted one hour in this place.

I provided service at this clinic as contractor for CHA. This clinic offers Medical and Dental , Behavioral and Nutricionist services.The Staff is wonderful in all areas and their services are one of the best. Patients feels welcome here. Interpretation services are offered to those that dont understand English well. This Clinic is well presented, spacious , Dental has the latest technology for diagnosis and Doctors and Nurses are well experience. Patients comes from Lynnwood , Everett, Redmond, Woodinville, Kenmore an Bothell (clinic is located in Bothell). I giving their a 4 star and is because they need more parking space.This is Great Clinic .

I have tried three doctors in this clinic, all who demonstrated the worst listening skills of any doctors Ive ever seen. I had to go back mulitple times to address just a few issues and when i came in, docs were unaware about which issues to address first or what was addressed last. Considering my issues were minor skin checks and basic checkups - simple things - one would expect better care. This clinic seems a disorganized mess as soon as they usher you back into the rooms.The pharmacy gave me vague and incomplete directions to use my prescription and when i used too much and ran out early because I had been misinformed about how to apply it, they were terribly condescending, implying I must have been putting it through all of my hair instead of just on my scalp. Furthermore, their neglegent directions resulting in me using too much and running out too early - caused my insurance to deny the new supply. they also refused to sell me the drug out of pocket, stating I had to use my insurance. I then had to run out of a drug ive been warned not to quit cold turkey.This is the worst medical clinic ive been in and its not worth a patients time to go there.

My family and I have been going to health point for years and honestly for the most part the service has been okay but I there have been multiple problems. For one, the customer service over the phone is usually horrible and I have to wait a while just to be transferred or to be put back on hold for 10 minutes. I had a complaint about a bill so I called billing and the lady said that the visit wasn’t even in the system! So she transferred me to “medical” which turned out to be dental. From there I got transferred back to billing and got put in the inbox and had to leave a voice mail even though the place wouldn’t close for an hour. So I called the front desk and even the staff member got left on hold. My mother went to an appointment and asked to pay the amount in full but ended up receiving a bill because apparently she didn’t pay it in full. The clinic is okay aside from that and the wait time at the pharmacy (sometimes they forget to call your name and leave you waiting for 50+ minutes even though they say 15-20) but if you can find a better clinic you should do so.Update: they never called back, honestly just find a better clinic, they once called my dad and told him that he was going to die and then they called back saying it was the wrong person.
