Nice place but nothing exceptional in service delivery. They really don’t follow your appointment time so you wait way longer than planned but quick to remind you you’re late & may need rescheduling. They’re the closest to me why I chose to keep coming. As soon as I find another doctor close to home, I’ll surely be leaving them for another

Its so easy for an urgent care to just phone it in, that when you find a truly outstanding one, it absolutely warrants a review. Im so grateful to the clinicians as well as the reception staff for running a clinic where they genuinely care about helping patients. My PCP blew me off about a serious issue Ive been experiencing, but the Bothell Everett Clinic has taken excellent care of me and secured the follow-up necessary to continue taking care of this problem. I couldnt be more pleased with the level of care and service these folks engender. I live in the building, and have had to visit them a few times for cuts, burns, stitches, etc. Each time they were fast and friendly, honest and in a great mood. I highly recommend this clinic.

The staff are great. I see Yongji Locker. She is sharp and efficient, a good listener and knows her stuff. Ive been once for urgent Care and that doc was great as well. The front desk staff and the lab techs are also wonderful. Very convenient location for me. The building just needs push buttons for the doors into the office hallway from the upper garage and from the street to the building.

I came here a few times back in December-March ‘18 for severe vertigo issues. I felt like I wasn’t listened to at all by the doctors who just wanted to write it off as anxiety and insisted I go to therapy. I know my body and I knew they were wrong. A few months later I found a doctor that actually listened and gave me my diagnosis. I’m glad I didn’t listen to these doctors who just wanted to put it off as anxiety. I won’t be wasting my time going here again.

I came in for a routine check-up and to get blood work done. The entire experience was streamlined and professional. The people here are great and I would highly recommend you check it out.

Dr Marcu consistently runs over an hour late for scheduled appointments. Front desk staff says even after multiple complaints from patients, theres nothing they can do and clinic management was aware of the problem. Even if she doesnt respect the patients time, shes nice if you actually get to see her, but just know you might end up sitting in the lobby well past your scheduled time.

I have followed Dr Marcu from Everett and I love her, she truly listens to you and take time with you. Although she is a long way from Tulalip she is worth it!
