Great service! Doctor was careful to explain everything he was going to do. New eye machine was great. Looked inside your eyes!

What a great experience! The front desk staff was super friendly and very professional. I saw Dr. Michelle Ryba and she was fantastic. Very clear in her explanations and very patient with any questions. I never felt rushed. This is a great find!

Had an amazing experience at this location. The protocols they have set up for patients to check in: sign in with sanitizer ready, temp check, desk barriers and if you touch/try on a frame: baskets to place them for cleaning.The staff was friendly and helpful in getting me checked in. The area is wide for distancing. They were transparent with insurance coverage unlike other places Ive been to, they will pressure you to do exams that are not covered.None of that here which I appreciate.My experience with Dr. Ryba was positive. She is really easy to talk to and makes the patient feel comfortable. She answered all my questions and gave her opinion for consideration.The overall experience makes me want to come back. The doctor was great as were all the staff.

The exam went well as well as selection and receipt of glasses first time around. But on June 25th I ordered new sunglasses. Today is July 24th and I still havent received them. Clarksons attitude is very lackadaisical about when I will receive them. I will never use their company again for eyewear.
