Made 2 appointments get there only to see that the doctor never showed up. They never called, texted, or emailed to let me know they didnt apologize or anything told me there was another one at the 24 hour building on 3rd. And literally walked away from me. Do not recommend

Very good experience. Fast, friendly, effective, and professional experience. My IU Health primary care physician said they couldnt see me for 3 months, so I decided to give the minute clinic a shot. I rarely go to the doc, but this is my go-to for the future.

The wait time said an hour but I was in and out within 20 minutes. Cindy was wonderful and I will definitely come here again if I have any minor health issues

Ive been to this minute clinic 3 times in the past few years and have nothing but positive things to say about the entire process and the friendly, knowledgeable staff. My most recent visit was for a wellness exam.

I was rejected service the first time because the nurse didnt have time, even though I was on the list and waited. Then, when I came back the next day the person who was there had no idea what she was doing... dont waste your time go somewhere else.

I have been there twice in the past year. First time was no wait and the NP was very good and friendly. Sign in is on their computer but you can sign in ahead on line. Had Rx filled immediately at that CVS pharmacy. Went there today during lunch. One person in the office and one in line ahead of me. Waited about 25 minutes total; diagnosed by NP quickly and she was also very friendly. She told me how to get answers for any questions I had on billing and again my Rx was filled immediately at the CVS. This experience far surpasses waiting around at the Premier walk in clinic! Only drawback is if you need a full Dr. you cant get one here. But the NPs I have had were great.
