I was hesitant to go to this facility based on previous reviews, but I went anyway. It was Friday around 6pm and the experience was quick and pleasant. Everyone from the receptionist, to the nurse who took my temp and vitals, to the APN (Amanda) were swift, thorough and attentive. I was tested for strep got the results in less than 10 minutes, they sent a prescription to my pharmacy and I was on my way in 45 minutes. I realize its depends on how busy they are to begin with, but my experience was awesome and Im on my way to recovery. Thank you!

Haven’t had a problem til now and quite disappointed and confused. My child has therapy weekly and it takes me 20min to get here just to say his appointment was canceled without no one notifying me! The lady claimed to talk to a guy ‘probably my husband’ which is impossible speaking I’m not at all married and there’s no guy involved in our lives. I told her I checked him per usual at his last appointment and no ones mentioned it at all to me and she just shrugged her shoulders that’s it and was done with me. Will be looking elsewhere for therapy options after this!

Avoid at all costs!! I visited this location because I was worried about possible COVID-19 and was showing some symptoms. Since my child was also in contact with me, we both decided to go get tested. They denied my teenage child from a test since no symptoms and then I proceeded to wait over two hours while countless others went ahead of me. Finally, I decided to find out why…turns out they lost my paperwork and I was not even in the system. Then, I went back to get vitals but was told to wait another hour or so since I had just resubmitted the paperwork they lost to begin with. Completely unprofessional, unmotivated, inefficient, with attitude to match. Also while waiting there, little children were running around all over while sick patients were waiting to be seen for contagious diseases. The complete lack of communication and empathy for their patients is beyond comprehension. I will never again visit this location and definitely will look for a alternative healthcare provider.

This place and staff are absolutely awful. So rude and condescending. I had to get a second opinion the falling day from my PCP and found out I WAS actually sick with an illness and “not just the weather” and was allowed to go back to work (medical facility) and potentially got other people sick.Also came to find out that the notes in my visit summary were wrong, as if the nurse NEVER paid attention

Avoid this place for simple treatments, they will not notify you of out of network doctors, they lead you on without telling you anything. Bunch of snake oil people are in this place.They also do unnecessary diagnostics just so they can charge you more even if you tell them the problem doesnt involve in those specific areas.These employees are uneducated on bills, relying on there experience without even taking account of the customers side of story.I really wish the No Surprise Act is passed so that these people wont try to lead unsuspected victims to there honey trap.

I’ve had to seek help at this PromptCare twice this month and everyone that I came across was very kind. I was fortunate enough to be seen by the same Nurse Practitioner who made a very painful experience somewhat tolerable. I appreciate all the help and kindness that was provided.

They took great care of me, even when close to closing. Strong, smart, supportive women that CARE about you. Thank you!!!

The staff is very helpful.

Doctor took forever, they have one provider on staff. Waited over 45mins for her to come in. So slow. And, they have the Pediatrics place labeled as Promp Care in the parking lot instead of an arrow telling you the Prompt Care is further down.

We went at 8:30 a.m. They saw my husband promptly (about 15 minutes wait time). They listened to what he thought was going on (a somewhat chronic condition) without requiring x-rays, and they gave him pain medication to help him until the other test results come back. We will definitely return next time we need an urgent care center.

PROMPT CARE Receptionist is horrid. She was curt in her response to questions and ensured you felt like you were wasting her time.

Just rude. Reception was rude, nurse was rude. Receptionist acted as if we were wasting her time and the nurse had NO empathy at all. I think they are in the wrong line of work.

The longest wait Ive ever had at a prompt care the lady behide the disk is rude .. ended up leaving with my crying 9 month old bcs 2 hrs wait is long enough...

Not sure when promptcare got so bad. I have a newborn at home and told the doctor I wanted to be sure I didnt have the flu. He didnt run any tests because my profile didnt match the symptoms. I made him run a strep test but he seemed reluctant. Took about an hour to see the doctor for a 2 minute visit.

Its sophisticated, prompt, the staff are outstanding. Especially in the fields of colonoscopy and endoscopy( dr. Repinsky is awesome) for mental health go to Dr.Moody

Nurses and staff was very helpful and nice. I was out of the hospital within 40 mins. No wait time at all, no forms to fill up.

Excellent experience. Speedy, courteous and professional care. Need better advertising for people who are in need and not from this aera though.

These people are awesome!I was admited, triaged, x-rayed, seen by the doc, splinted, and discharged in just over an hour. Even more, everyone was incredibly kind to me.If you are unfortunate enough to need urgent care, this is the place to go.

They are always friendly and quick to get you in! When my regular doc isn’t available I will go here.

I went in for an abscess. All she did was tell me to take ibuprofen and prescribed me penicillin. I asked her for a more because I had to call off work. She said she wasnt going to write me one because she said I could work. She was very rude and short with me. Also sent my prescription to a pharmacy that was closed that day.

Was in and out within 30 mins. Very friendly and were able to solve my health issue.

Took my dad here for an issue with his toe. There was only one other person in the waiting room and it took over an hour for them to see him. But once he was in there, he was seen and got looked at and we were out of there after about 20 minutes.
