If I could give zero stars at this time, I would.Ive been going here for about 3 years now, and recently theyve gotten very unprofessional. They wont listen to patients who know their own health history, so sometimes wont prescribe proper meds for respiratory infections, etc., until the situation is getting worse. Ive had this happen with myself, and know friends who have experienced it as well, and several ended up in the hospital for issues not being treated properly at this office. Also my regular PCP doesnt seem to want to perform proper tests for something she knows exists.I had a small growth found last year in my left lung, and have a family (multiple family members) history of lung cancer, as well as other cancers. The doctor said it would be scanned this year to see if there were any changes, to determine if it might be malignant... NOW shes changed her mind, and is doing an abdominal and pelvic scan for other issues, but no scan of my lungs! The hospital doing the abd and pelvic said the scan will not be lungs included, and so now, I wont know if theres been a change until who knows when. Not good at all. Also, Im supposed to have brain scans once a year for severe chronic migraines and vertigo, as well as having had a mild stroke some years back, as its supposed to be checked to make sure no changes in blood vessels, etc, but shes refusing to do THAT this year, as well.I KNOW my family history of cancer, other issues and my OWN health history, and what needs to be done to keep myself healthy, and I dont like someone who should be on my side, acting as though they dont care what happens to me, and wont keep proper check on issues that are effecting me and my health.I dont get it, and I feel as though they dont understand or care if we get proper treatment or tests. And also, the desk has several times put down the appointments or tests for the wrong time or day, even after I tell them the day and time, repeatedly.AND, the medical driver will no longer answer or return calls for needed rides, and when I saw her in person, and said something about it politely to her, she became very rude and defensive. So Im unable to set ride times with her without going through the staff, even though I have her office number, because she NEVER answers, and NEVER calls back. Im not the only one this is happening to, and Im not the only one becoming frustrated with the situation.Very, very unprofessional all around.Thinking about filing complaints, and if it continues, Ill be finding another PCP office to get started with. They need to become more professional and listen to their patients and clients, because theyre going to sink themselves pretty quickly now, if they continue down this road.Im getting very tired of this, and I see others are as well. And another thing.....Stop answering the clients with copy and pasted answers here. You should answer each client individually, so we at least feel were being heard and understood. At least take the time to do that, please.

My appointment was at 10 and I’ve been waiting for over 30 mins. I was here in an empty waiting room then it filled up and everyone that was here after me got called back before me. This is ridiculous I’m getting ready to stop receiving these services.Update: today They called me and cancelled my appointment after I was already on my way to Bloomington and had already spoke with them on the phone this morning before leaving to head to the appointment. First of all they shouldn’t have even scheduled the appointment if it was too soon and second of all they had the opportunity to tell me this ahead of time and they didn’t

It is unfair to the patient when doctors transfer to another clinic. I didn’t have the best experiences with chestnut, but Dr. Daniel Cunningham moved here without notice. I am now without medicine that is important for my overall well-being. I understand there are unintended consequences when these types of things happen, but why do I have to schedule an appointment with a clinic I have not felt can take care of my needs. As a reminder, this is a medication prescribed to me for a solid year. Thank you to all of our doctors that care. There has to be another way to do this without the patients paying for it. Let me contact the old clinic that has a new doctor that I may have to see for a prescription refill lol.

I was referred to your clinic by the crisis hotline. I left numerous voicemails but no one ever saw fit to return any of them after a week. I contacted the crisis hotline back to let them know they should probably remove you from their list of resources since you cant even get back to folks in crisis. I will also be reporting this to the State of Illinois Dept. Of Financial and Professional Regulation in addition to anywhere else they direct me to file a report.

I have been seeing Brockhouse for the last 3 to 4 yrs now. She is a wonderful doctor and she does listen to you with any health concerns you may have. I have been reading some of the posts. Last year about brockhouse went into the management of the business. She now starting to take some patients back. If you are told you have to see Kelly, this is why brockhouse can only take on so many patients, while she runs the management side of the business.

I am very displeased with my appointment on 3/14, I was pretty much rushed and my concerns were not addressed and was told sorry they have me overbooked today, well thats not my fault, I deserve more than 4 minutes with all of my issues, she even told me after I told her Center for Human Services did blood work and it was out of whack and she said we did it a year ago and it was fine, didnt bother to get results from them to see. Dr. Brockhouse was absolutely wonderful but I cant see her anymore because Im on Medicaid I was told, I now see Kelly and will be seeking services elsewhere as obviously they are too busy to address my concerns. Wasted my time, Medicaids money and still have no answers or received no help, I wouldnt even give one star but it made me. Ive been a patient there for years and this is the worst Ive ever been treated and rushed and my concerns just blown off because they overbooked her, again, NOT MY FAULT, my care shouldnt be taken lightly because they cant schedule appointments correctly.

Love Christine Atchinson. She is very personable, listens, and cares. The first doctor out of 4 to finally figure out what was really going on with me. I have hyperthyroid and doctors kept treating me for just anxiety. By 2nd visit with her she already had it figured out. She took the time to actually run tests. Now Im doing so much better and no longer sick. Even have put on some weight. I will never switch doctors again as long as she is a doctor. 😁💪 I always recommend her to all friends needing a doctor! Also all staff at chestnut is very helpful and kind.💗 Kristin Paul the psychiatrist there is also very awesome. She is fairly new so still getting to know her but so far so good.
