Staff for phone is rude and unwilling to accept comments on their practice. Are MD so uneducated that they are unable to see that working 4 days a week they can have many more viable and honorable patients if they work weekend hours? Who wants to miss work for a family doctor appointment when they are basically just drug dealers anyway?

Just wanted to make an appointment, kept being told I had to call back the next day. Do they not have a calendar that covers more than one day at a time?
