I had a broken tooth and called the office. They got me in that day, assessed that it couldnt be saved, and pulled it without pain or complication. Appreciate the personal attention and the extra effort to keep me calm during the procedure.

I LOVE this dental office! I have not taken the best care of my teeth in the past - partly because I lost my insurance for a while, partly because life got in the way of me thinking about my dental health. The dentist did not talk down to me, and did not treat me any differently than he would any other patient. He understood where I was coming from and took the time to explain EVERY step of what he was doing. I will be visiting this office for a long time.

This used to be a good place to go about up until 2 years ago. They got bought out again from some place in Peoria. Then started going through hygienists and doctors. They cancelled my last appointment and never called me to reschedule. Now my daughters last appointment with them is today and the doors arent even open for our 7:30am appointment that we responded to texts and emails about Yes we will be there. Dont bother starting up here new and might was well go over to Sylvester Dental over on Lincoln street is my new Dentist. They take Delta Dental PPO and are going to charge a little less copay too, and the place is gorgeous in and out. Building is brand new 2 years ago.

From the welcome by the front desk staff through the cleaning by Niki and exam by Dr. Gardner, my appointment was a great experience.

They were extremely polite and courteous. Place was very nice inside and their equipment they used was in high standards and new. Everyone was so welcoming as well.

This place has gone downhill since Foehr passed. I had been a patient my entire life, but lately, they have had new dentists nearly ever visit I had and they appear to be right out of school.I went for a root canal once and the dentist couldnt get me numb. He told me my options were to deal with 30 seconds of horrible pain or he would send me to a specialist. Needless to say, I opted for the specialist. So I had to leave, mid-root canal to a specialist who was able to get me completely numb with 2 injections, only to have to go back and have my procedure completed. I eventually had to find a new dentist. The office staff is friendly and its a nice clean environment, but that all pales in comparison to the lack of experience and trouble Ive had there in recent years.

Everyone was friendly and took good care of me. The dentist was great. I highly recommend him and his staff !

I will present only facts.I went to an appointment at Foehr Group roughly one week ago. Reception was friendly and courteous and I was seen pretty close to my appointment time. Once in the room the dental hygienist took xrays of my molars on both sides top and bottom. No cleaning was done, my front teeth were not looked at or tested.She poked a bit around my molars and gums and after about 3-5 minutes she grabbed the dentist and they said I would need a FULL debridement to the tune of 1.4k over several appointments in October. I had this done before and they have to numb your jaw and then clean out your gums to get rid of what I believed they called periodontal bacteria(?).A family friend is a dental hygienist elsewhere and after telling her this she said that was extremely unusual and I should consider getting a second opinion. Today, I did just that with a trusted dentist who my parents and sister have been patients of for 20+ years, I wasnt going there because the drive was a bit too long but I decided it was worth it.Imagine my surprise when I was told my teeth and gums are perfectly healthy. In fact, the only issue they could truly say might cause issues was over brushing on one particular tooth, but with sensitive toothpaste shouldnt be too much on an issue.When I explained to the new dentist what I was told at Foehr Group and how unusually quick they decided on a 1.4k procedure, they had a look of astonishment and incredulousness.I do not doubt Foehr groups abilities. The procedures they do, they do well, but I do doubt their honesty. I am left wondering if I even needed the original debridement I had 2 years ago and if I truly needed a filling at the time as well.Be careful.

I love the staff and Dr. Gardner! They made me feel so comfortable getting my first crown. I reccomended The Foehr Group to all my friends

Sorry for the late review but a few months back...Im not gonna lie when i first went into this office i was very nervous due to the fact i faced many problems dealing with other dentists before...but with this office theyre are very friendly and professional. There were two people who stood out the most which made my visit very pleasant and painless....Dr Gardner and Natalie They worked great together with me and as a team in their office to get the job done on me for my teeth.....now i cant stop smiling.....thank you, you two for making my experience the absolute best . they both were Very professional and gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing. Got me in and out was very fast. Highly recommend asking for Natalie and Dr Gardner if you end up making a appointment you won’t regret it will make the visit 10x better.

I had my teeth were in bad shape. I decided to have all my teeth replaced with upper and lower implants. While the entire process took about a year the final result was spectacular.The procedure was not very painful. No roots relatively mild pain for a day or two. Pain meds for a few days.Dr. Cochran is awesome. Patient and very skilled. His staff are kind, caring and very pleasant.Look no further. Need excellent highly skilled dental care? Call the Foehr Group. None better.

I was new to the area and had a dental emergency. The Foehr Group was recommended by a family member and it was the best advice! The front office staff were friendly and efficient. They were even able to get me in quickly. Paperwork can be completed on-line prior to your visit and they provide you with all the COVID safety measures. I saw Dr. Gardner. He was so kind and answered all my questions. The back office staff, Karlie, kept me well informed and helped make the visit seamless. I felt well taken care of. The procedure was completed quickly and expertly. Lastly, all my insurance questions and options were explored for the best outcome. I cannot thank them all enough!

Friendly staff, my wait was just a bit too long, arrived at 3:45 for a 4pm appointment, was finally seen at 4:25. Overall an acceptable experience.

Horrible desk help or they really dont want new patients, hard to say. Set up online appointment for initial examine and cleaning, was called and told they couldnt (wouldnt) do both at same time. So set up 2 appointments. Got a text confirming appointment, then got a call that only had 1 appointment and of course they could do both on same day. What a cluster. Needless to say cleared my days to make both appointments only to have one canceled hours before.

The Foehr Group was warm and welcoming, they got to me in a timely manner and were so friendly from the moment I walked through the door. I had put off going to the dentist after my wisdom teeth for years but this group made my experience easy and Ill definitely be using them in the future!

I love going to the dentist because of all the great people who work here. They are always quick getting you into the chair. Beth is my absolute favorite dental hygienist because she is is quick, personable and hilarious! Staff always answers my many questions. I send all of my friends here.

Very happy with the dentist I had who took very good care of my problem. Billing on the other hand No.I receive one bill and made a partial payment . I asked for another statement to be sent . I never received one . When I called about remaining balance , it was 2 weeks later I received a collections notice . I called about this , I was told that there was numerous messages left on my voice mail . I never received any call. Then the billing personnel responded with there is not a current updated address . Really ! Um how did I receive the first bill.Today I get a bill and now it includes a collection fee recovery .I totally loved how my problem was taken care of , but if this is how the business end runs , I’ll go elsewhere.

They have the best staff and doctors! I have been here a few times now and every employee, hygienist, and doctor have treated me well. I truly feel like family.

My wife has been taking the kids and going there herself for a lttle bit. She moved there in part because the last dental place we went to apparently had confusing billing. The care at Foer is good. Unfortunately, the support staff and billing department is an unresponsive disaster. I have a Flexible Spending Account. I tried to submit their billing to get reimbursement and was denied based upon inadequacy of the billing. I call and email constantly to get billing clarity and get told someone will follow up, but no-one follows up. Their billing is confusing and inadequate. Their support people have been completely unhelpful.My name is Wesley Slough and I live in Bloomington/Normal for the last 20 years. If the Foehr group wants to get ahold of me to resolve these issues, you have my contact information. To have someone follow up with me to resolve issues would be a first. Unfortunately it has gotten to this. I have told my wife to look elsewhere for dental services. It is unfortunate because the actual dental care has been good.

From the moment you walk in and interact with the front desk until you are walking out the door from whatever procedure you have done the experience is great. Staff is friendly and courteous and treats you like a human being. I don’t know if others have had experiences like me before, but it was soooo much less stressful having my procedure done by their professional staff.

Dr. Probst did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable when I had my first fillings done as well as his assistant Kaitlyn who was a sweetheart. He also checked on me twice to make sure I was doing ok after having them done. Highly recommend them!

The staff from the office to the clinical staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. They are very good at explaining what they will do before they do it. They communicate well with teens on tooth care and how to care for braces. Overall a great experience.

Ive been a patient/client for over 15 years and I have always had a great experience.

I will say the same thing that I gave in their survey ... They need to have more compassion for their patients. The receptionist cared more for my well being than anyone. I had been suffering with pain for 5 days and was passed off and told to just keep taking 5 ibuprofen every 5 hours for the pain - that is good for at least a month. Felt like this place did not care one bit for me or my sanity from the pain.

Dr. Gardner and Techs Natalie and Katelyn have been wonderful. I wont go anywhere else.

The establishment is clean and very large. The front desk are all friendly and professional. The dental assistant i had was great. I had a slight wait while the dentist finished up with someone else and she made small talk and helped keep my nerves down. Dentist was great. Worst place to do a dental work. They will charge you unnecessary fees. Their billing dept. is the worst i dealt with . Please choose another place for dental works. Worst worst worst services from their staff. Not even qualify for 1 star.

I called to be seen about 7:50 am on a Monday morning and they were so quick to respond to my immediate needs, they saw me about 2 hours later. Upon my arrival they were very welcoming, warm, and professional. I felt very much at ease. They called me for my apointment right away and Cheryl, the dental assistant was very reassuring. She took the necessary dental pictures and made sure I was ready for Dr. Boyle to exam me. He was very gentle and listened to me described what had happened. He assured me my injuries would heal and placed some topical pain relief on them. He also gave me some samples of rinses to use while my mouth healed. The entire staff from the doctor to the receptionist had very caring attitudes, ready smiles and made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left. I went in for the first time today. I had a terrible toothache that I knew needed a root cabal, but my dental insurance isnt active yet. I saw Dr Gardner, and he listened to me when I said cost would be an issue. He offered me a temporary solution that enabled my tooth to feel better until my insurance kicks in and I can get the root canal I need. He was able to save the tooth, and the cost was incredibly reasonable. Oh, and I called yesterday for the appointment and they got me in the next morning. I was so pleased with the work they did, and keeping things within my budget. I recommend this office to everyone!!!

I have consistently been impressed with Dr. Gardner and Dr. Probst. It doesn’t matter which dentist me or family sees, the quality of care they receive is always excellent.

Took my son here for an emergency after 2 other places turned us away because it was almost closing time they didnt hesitate got us right in and did all that they could do at the time and have set up future appointments to fix his teeth. The staff here is amazing and made us feel like we were in good hands. Theres not one thing I can complain about in fact Id give them more stars if I could. From now on we wont be going anywhere else for dental needs.

The office staff is beyond welcoming and friendly. They got my 10 yr old son, who was a new patient, in within a day for an emergency appointment. The dentist and hygeinist went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and did everything possible to keep him pain free during his procedure. Would highly recommend this office.

I just had my first visit at The Foehr Group after my old dentist moved from the Blo-No area. The entire office staff is very friendly and are willing to work with your schedule when making appointments. The hygienist I had (Chelsea) was knowledgeable, friendly, and very thorough. Dr. Boyle was very friendly & took his time while going over my x-rays. I will definitely be back and will be sending my husband in as a new patient as well!

Not trustworthy!! The receptionist and the managers are manipulating the transactions and charging collection fee without prior follow up or notice. They are faking that they made advance calls and sent advance notice. Similar to what kelli mensse explained in her review.

Do not be late . They will not accommodate. Our whole family has been patients there for years.. thousands spent on crowns , x-rays, cleanings over the years. Last fall, my son moved 3 hrs away but decided to keep them as his dentist so we made an appointment in February for a noon appt in April. The night before , THEY changed it to an hour earlier. My son took the day off work , no pay, and had to drive 3 hours . He was 10 minutes late and turned away! They would not take him because they wanted to close at 1pm...even though this appt was for 11. They would not work with him. My disappointment is beyond what I can express .

The Foehr Group is an excellent dental office! Full of friendly smiles with nothing but your best interest in mind! Dr. Probst is a perfectionist when it comes to his work and I couldnt be happier with the care I received!

I find the dental team at the Foehr Group to be caring and professional at every level. The front desk is cheerful, the assistants always wear a smile, the doctor was informative and explained what I needed to know to make the best decision for me.

This office has gone down hill since Dental Care Alliance took over, with Dr. Boyle gone, they are now going to start doing deep cleanings on everyone whether you need it or not. They are all about making money and not what is in the best interest of the patient. Be aware if you decide to go here or continue to go here. If you are told you need a deep cleaning or tons of work go somewhere else for a second opinion. I know for a fact that 4 front desk and one assistant quit all within a month. If you go to any corporate owned office it is the same, they push you for work that isnt needed just so they can fatten their wallets.

Im writing this review on behalf of my parents experience (they are not online). I was shocked when my father told me about their experience here. Im giving them 2 stars simply because my father really loved his experience with Dr. Gardner. It is my mothers horrible experience with Dr. Probst that is prompting me to write this review. They have been here several times, but this incident started around November. They came here for my mom to have a broken tooth removed. For some reason, appts got delayed until late January to get this done. They did have to reschedule for the extreme cold weather once themselves, but made that appt for yesterday. My father made the mistake of making his appt and my moms appt at the same time. She has dementia and he really does need to be with her in case something like this happens, but the fact is...he wasnt this time. He was with Dr. Gardner getting his tooth fixed. They gave my Mom a release form to sign. With her dementia, she is paranoid and wont sign anything without Dads approval. I think she made some sort of comment and Dr. Probst stormed off. No one tried to explain to her what the form was and no one got my father to assist. No assistance whatsoever. Instead, an appointment was made with an oral surgeon to have the tooth removed. Which makes me wonder, if this is a job for an oral surgeon, why wasnt an appointment made with them after the first visit in November? They better hope that over the next three weeks (when her oral surgeon appt is) my mothers tooth does not get infected. It has been about 3 months already. My parents may not stick up for themselves, but I have ZERO issues doing so for them. This Dental Group needs to learn how to treat senior patients.
