I had an appointment with Dr. Moore today in the new facility Create A Smile moved to recently - this was my first time in the new building. This new office is very nice. I have been seeing Dr. Moore for about 6 years now. He is very kind, personable, and competent. The staff are also fantastic and very good at what they do. They explain what is going on and answer my questions in detail and make me feel right at home. I trust everyone at Create A Smile to do high quality work and I never feel much of anything (they have a lot of nice technology that makes the process much more streamlined as a patient in my experience).COVID wise, they are far better than any other medical and non-medical places I have had to visit during the pandemic. They clearly have procedures and take it seriously. I was told the new facility has HEPA and UV filtration for air quality. Everything got cleaned before and after they used it while I was there today. Masks are worn all around. The waiting room is large enough to socially distance. Top notch pandemic procedures. Thank you to everyone in the office for keeping us all safe.I highly recommend this office for dental work.

Everyone is so nice. They had me in as I had a tooth emergency within 2 hrs of my call. Very up to date. Made me realize how pre-historic my old dentist was. Plus 1st time ever my shot in my mouth site was not sore the next day. Crown done in 1.5 hours, pretty amazing and convenient. Dr Moore, Stephanie and Joanna were amazing for this patient that really hates going to the dentist. Highly recommend!!!

I haaated going to the dentist before Create A Smile. I’m so comfortable here though! The staff is so very nice and considerate of your life and concerns and will work with you in your individual situation. I cannot financially afford some of the treatment I need in time and they are extremely understanding and willing to work with me without shaming me. Dr. Moore does a wonderful job at engaging with you as an individual and the office is wonderful at informing you of and working with your insurance. I love Create A Smile and won’t be going anywhere else!

Staff always helps to work around my schedule and my any preferences. Dr Moore and Johanna are so considerate of my time and care. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Best dentist office I’ve ever used! They created a dental plan for me as I needed a lot of work. The dental plan had the prices laid out for each procedure with insurance payment estimates.The employees are all very nice. My experiences there give me the impression that the office has great leadership and they care about providing exceptional service.During my last appointment I had: a filling, a root canal, a crown over my root canal and a root extraction. The whole experience was quick, about an hour and a half for all the work. It was practically painless as well. I’m use to feeling some discomfort during drilling but did not experience any during my visits. I was also really impressed that I did not feel the initial injections to numb my mouth as in the past with other dental offices I have.I recommend Create a Smile to anyone who says they need dental work!

I was treated with respect by everyone from the receptionist to the doctors. The care I received was excellent. I was given a pillow to make me more comfortable. I received excellent care.

I have had some horrible experiences with dentists, some of them are mean and horrible people, not this dentist though. They were EXTREMELY nice, got me in for an emergency visit quickly, filled my tooth quickly and near painlessly, and believe me for me that is a rare and very welcome treat. Very afraid of the dentist. Dr Moore is very understanding and listened to my concerns and tended my fears. We are still working together to get my oral hygiene back in order, but I cant thank him and his staff enough for a pleasant experience.

Not only did the doctor welcome my child into the dentist with handshake and a smile but he played around with him for a while showing him the way the chair moves and describing what all the tools and machines did.
