Went here to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed around last year and they did an amazing job! They worked well with my insurance. The doctor was really patient and kind with me, even while I was having anxiety they were able to calm me. Answered all my questions clearly prior to the surgery. Was able to call later about any concerns. The healing process was just as stated and everything was fine. Would recommend to a friend or family member(:

My whole family has been coming here for years now and they have never failed to provide us with amazing service and the staff and doctors are just the best!!! My 2yr old had his first appointment here about a month ago and they made sure it wasn’t scary for him at all and he felt so comfortable with them.

I usually do not like going to the dentist because I am scared however Valley. Alder family dentist is such a clean, professional, and caring environment. My tooth broke and was in a bit of pain and they gave me an appointment quickly. When I got to the front desk they were super helpful with my situation. The nurses and doctors were caring and treated me like family. I really recommend going to this dentists office.

Best dentist i’ve been to the dentist makes me nervous but here they explain what the will be doing before hand which helps calm the nervous. The staff are very friendly and overall the environment feels peaceful which is hard to find at a dentist. Highly recommend you come here.

My parents first took me to valley alder dentist when I was just 13. Over 10 years later I am still coming here for any dental work. They explain any dental work needed very thoroughly and the staff are very friendly and easy to talk to.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL this dentist is FRAUD.As a young patient I was brought here by my mother as a teen this man did a lot of my work leading to my adult hood. Once I finally moved on I started going else where for dental work. Then is when my life changed after several years I lost several teeth a total of 4 mainly all my bottom 🦷 molars. Because of the bad fillings and root canals this guy did. It cost me thousands of dollars, pain, patience with implants and it’s monthly treatment. I was told all his work was done incorrectly. I even had infection in my gums and I still need laser surgery for. This man also did fillings on my front teeth witch has chipped over time he was nice enough to fix it once and never again did he want to do it again. Please be advised this place is no good even the front desk girl Christina told me she “ double dips insurances” she must of thought we were cool or something. Also he doesn’t speak any English and is very rude please don’t bring your children here unless you want to go through what I’m going through. And my spouse also has lost 2 teeth Letting this man work on her. He cost us thousands of dollars. I will be reporting to the BBB as I have proof of all the work that has been fixed and needs to be fixed x rays and all.Be careful. He’s cheap for a reason.

One of the best dentist I ever been too

I had my first visit with this office yesterday and when I had made a walk-in the staff were very sweet and they get straight into your appointment very on point and the doctor just gets straight to what you need done which makes everything fast since I do not like the dentist personally but they made sure you were good and Andrea was wonderful! She explained what needed to be done and got straight to the point, she was very sweet! This is going to be my go to dentist from now on!

For all of my dentist visits it was always at Valley Alder Family Dentistry ever since I was little. I never had a problem with them and they always treated me with such care. I previously had a visit with them and let me tell you it went great! They told me exactly what I needed, attended me without a problem and on my exact appointment time and had all of my records of my previous visits years ago in hand! The dr and his assistant attended me with genuine care and made sure I felt safe even during the COVID pandemic they make each and everyone of their patients feel safe and secure! I’ve been fortunate enough to be Dr. Patel’s patient for 11yrs! When people tell me they’re scared of the dentist I can’t relate. He is such a great dentist. I’ve only had painless experiences (including wisdom teeth removal).

This was the first friendly dentist Ive been to in a very long time. From the front desk assistant to the doctor. He was very dental with mouth. They even gave me a referral for my 2 year old daughter. Ill be going back this week.

My recent visit to Dr Patel was great. The staff were very polite and cleaning was quick and painless. Dr. Patel was gentle and he was caring. Gave me the tips that I should follow to ensure longevity of the cleaning and my front teeth restoration. I should be back in 3 to 4 months for my next visit. Office was clean and modern and location is quite good too.

I found this place on google they were able to see me the next day they were able to take care of my crown with no problem. My appointment was short compared to other visit I experienced. Everyone was also genuine and friendly including the Doctor.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!! I went in for an exam and had a cleaning, the cleaning was not done correctly, the assistant was in a hurry and was just trying to convince me to come back for a deeper clean and pay for it. After I took my business elsewhere the dentist there told me I had 2 cavities, somehow this dentist missed them! not to mention he’s very rude to his assistants, and didn’t even take the time to explain anything to me.

Rude Doctor & Receptionist! We were waiting for almost 30 minutes for the doctor to be back from lunch! & when he was back we were still treated poorly! Its not my familys fault you were having a bad day! You should still be polite & give good customer service, or dont expect patients to be back.& if the doctor is out for lunch at 2:00PM then dont give us that appointment!I might get the same bad attitude at Western Dental, but I am paying way less!

As an experienced dental assistant its kinda hard for me to admit it but sitting as a patient can raise lots of challenging thoughts like oh no dental treatment is it gonna be painfull? Unfortunately having a tooth ache I could not excape it. So there I am having a tooth extracted the procedure went well, Dr. Patel was excellent at making sure I didnt feel a thing as he placed the injection for numbing even during the procedure, I think I was more nervous over the sound of the drill and suction. My experience as a patient was over all pleasent. I would definitely recommend Alder Valley Family Dentistry for dental treatment, expecially extractions. -MM-

I started coming to this dentist since march 2014. He first did a deep cleaning and and extraction. I didnt feel normal so I went back several times to get its checked on..then they suggested that I change my fillings to all white..and I paid cash! They didnt tell me that a side affect would be to much stress on my tooth and it cause me to see a specialist and have to get a root canal! I dont have money for that. He offered to start the root canal and kill the nerve with cover it with a temporary filling for $200 cash & he couldnt finish the job.... I was still in pain and kept coming in every day for a whole week asking for help and pain meds! He didnt want to give me Norco! I was scheduled in for 9 am to remove the tooth that he didnt even finish in the first place..and he didnt show up until 45 mins after my appointment! I had to go into work at 10am! They knew very well that I had to go into work and thats y they said if I agree to come in at 9 that he would be here for me only cause ive been there all week in pain! I stormed off and wouldnt recommend this dentist! !!!!!!
