I don’t know the receptionists name but she should be trained better. I called in asking for information about laser surgery I was excited to set up a consultation because it was in my hometown of Bloomington as well. She sounded irritated to even answer any questions about the treatment, She also asked me if I wanted other dentists numbers, which is so strange why would you not want patients to receive treatment at your office? Gladly find a different place.

Dr. Olson & his team are amazing. I had a broken tooth i called the same day it happened and they got me in. They where able to fix my tooth within a week. just this week i chipped my tooth and they where able to fix it the next morning. I would recommend going here if you have any teeth issues. Warm welcoming place!

Exactly what I was looking for!! I’ve been turned off by corporate dental companies who look to maximize profits. Dr. Olson’s practice is a very traditional dentist office, and I mean that in a good way!! You actually get your teeth cleaned on the first visit, not hundreds of pictures taken and then handed a 500+$ treatment plan. Dr Olson’s takes a conservative approach to dental work and doesn’t try to bleed you for all your dental benefit. Everyone in the office is genuine and compassionate. Thanks Dr Olson and staff!! 😊

Dr. Olson and his staff are the best! They make you feel right at home. I needed to find a more conveniently located dentist and all my coworkers already see him, so I figured why not. Glad I took the chance. Especially glad they accepted new clients during this pandemic! I will be getting my husband to switch over here too.

Everyone here is awesome, Sarah at the front desk is always super on top of things, Jenny is the hygienist I see and is always the nicest freaking person to deal with, and then Dr. Olson who is a dental wizard and an absolute professional!

My experience was not the most successful one. One of the crowns done by this dental care team, fell off. It broke and I had to have it redone somewhere else as I was supposed to pay again for this service. I did not feel confortable disbursing over $1,600 at my own risk. The office team was very impolite as well. It was not a satisfactory experience

I loved that no one made me feel shameful for a few years of dental neglect. You can trust Olson Dental and am so glad I did!

You were all very patient with me as I know I needed to cancel a few appointments before I finally made it in. My overall experience with Dr. Olson and staff is positive. This was my second experience with the particular hygienist and for me, shes a bit too rough on my mouth. I can appreciate her vigilance, but for me, I prefer someone with a gentler touch.Again, I appreciate your patience with my scheduling issues, love the new x-ray machine and find Dr. Olson to be a great Dentist.

Up until I met Dr. Olson and his staff, I had always had negative experiences with dentists. This led to a lot of fear and worry. Dr. Olson and his whole staff were very good at working with me and easing my worries. They understood my fears and hesitations. It was amazing to finally be in a dental office that I felt comfortable and cared for in!

Ive been going to Dr. Olson for several years. The entire office team here is great. They are straightforward with care, options, and pricing. Even though I dont live near Bloomington, I make the regular treks across town for the quality care that I receive here.

I came in to get dental work very friendly people and they tell me your insurance will cover this much and your out of pocket is this much, I said ok ARE YOU SURE IT WILL BE THIS, yep I said ok and payed it. About 2 months later I get a bill and I called and got a ok let me see what I can do and I recieve a call back ok we adjusted your bill to this much and we will rebill you, I AGREED. I recieved a bill a little over a week ago and was going to write a check until I get about 100 phone calls from a collection agency threating me, I then explained and they hung up. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. HOW DO YOU CALL SOMEONE 4 WEEKS AGO SEND THEM A BILL AND WITHIN A WEEK SEND TO COLLECTIONS. THE BEST IS THE VOICEMAILS AND THE CALL LOG SNAP SHOTS FROM THERE BUSINESS WITHIN THE 4 WEEKS. I will pursue this. Thanks and have a nice day!
