My tooth was chipped and I was seen right away. Heidi and rachel were amazing. I was highly impressed with the service

This is the worst dental place I been in over 50 years. I had teeth cleaning at Park Dental in Bloomington last week and I just found out a few days ago that the wire that clue to my teeth for many years is loose so I ask them to take a look to see if they can help glue it back or let me know what are my options but she told me the the dentists at Park Dental in Bloomington could not help and ask me to go look for a different dental location. No responsibility whatsoever. They don’t even care to take a look at my issue. Worst dental place ever!!

The staff here are wonderful. My family has always received excellent service and care!

Great dentists, dental hygienists, office staff in a clean, modern space.

Terrible experience.I called them to make my appointment as a new enrollment. Made sure they took my insurance. Then I drove 3 hours to my appointment (I live in a rural area and it’s hard to get appointments near me).Day of, I came in and they turned me away because they said they decided to no longer take new enrollments with my insurance.They said they called but I got ZERO voicemails.My insurance pays for everything and I would of paid any out of pocket expenses on the spot.They knew I traveled, confirmed my insurance, made an appointment, and did this.Extremely disappointed.

Best dentist I have ever had. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and very good at their jobs. I also appreciated the cost of everything clearly laid out for me before I proceeded with anything.Update: Ive always thought the staff was super nice. Not really sure what the other reviews are talking about.

I called at 7:10am hoping to get in same day due to severe pain. The receptionist called me back promptly after talking to the doctor and fit me in a few hours later. Service at the office was wonderful. I arrived early and was in a chair within 2 minutes of checking in. The dentist explained everything he was doing, making it a very comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely suggest this dental office to friends and family.

Courteous staff, really made me fell welcome as a new patient. Explained everything in a thorough manner, and didnt make it seem like they were scolding me or talking down to me like I was a child. I would recommend them!

I would have to agree with several reviews mentioning rude front office staff. i went in to discuss having my front tooth crowned and also i have tmj too. the dentist really didnt do too much other than recommend me to other dentists lmao. luckily i have medical insurance because the bill was like 105$ for that short visit

New to the cities and love reviews. Want to find a dentist and have the best coverage there is through corporate. Fix your guys staff and Ill be your new client

They refused my daughter service because I owed them $64 my husband was there with the money in hand to pay them and they still decided since the account was closed due to the $64 they wont ever see myself or my children again. Im sorry but this is HORRIBLE service and because of that I will never recommend them to anyone (they rush through your cleanings too)

Rude office staff, not personal at all. Doctors werent bad, but the couple times I went there my daughter or I would get referred else where (for a filling, nothing major). Whats the point of going to a dentist that cant do a filling? Wouldnt recommend. Wont be going back.

Dr. Routt is a good dentist but he could not save my tooth himself and recommended that I see another dentist to see if they could save it. I choose not to go to the dentist he recommended but someone else. I called the office to pick up my x-rays and Heidi the receptionist who answered the phone was exceedingly rude about it. Definitely not good customer service, not mediocre customer service but outright rude. May I remind everybody I paid for the x-rays, so they should be mine and Dr. Routt could not help me out. I would not go there because to me customer service is just as important as the dentist. Very rude office staff.

Would never come back to this facility. I switched my care with twin cities dental to this and the receptionists were rude and dismissive when I called to voice concerns regarding a recent procedure. I will not continue my care here.

I have been going here for several years and Park Dental chadka before that. I really like Dr Wilson, she is a brand new Dentist but is very thourough and kind. And she is relatively conservative doing fillings when possible instead of a crown.

Modern looking place and spacious waiting room. Courteous service and nice people.

Lousy, lousy customer service! Front desk clerks do not care and are really stupid! Put you on hold forever, having to listen to elevator music, then they cut you off! Dentists dont get messages from front desk and take their good time responding to patient , or worse - not at all!

Very disappointed in Park Dental and the Bloomington location, first my family has been going to Park Dental for 15 years, I lost my job in 2016 and had no insurance so I put my kids on medical assitance, when I called they said they cannot accept new patients I Said we have been going there for 15 years and they said NO.Second my wife had a cavity filled by Dr Rahu about 6 months later she was having problems with the tooth and went in he asked who did the tooth and my wife told he did. thinking he messed it up we would not be charged for it, we were charged $700 which I will not pay. and never heard a Dr. charged for something they did wrong. Now it is in collections and they would not even attempt to work with us.So when they say on the website that they about community and helping people is a LIE, they are all about the bottom line and if you run into trouble or need help they are the last ones in line. So if you are in BLOOINGTON I highly reccomend a different dentist , there a lot more to choose from. We went to another location and the Dr. could not believer that a dentist did this ti my wifes tooth and then charged her again, she is great now. DONT GO TO PARK DENTAL BLOOMINGTON

The dental hygienists and doctors are friendly, however the office staff is worthless. They are rude and dont do their jobs.
