Aspen Dental is awesome. I have had excellent experiences every time I go for an appointment. They give the best dental care for very good prices. I always recommend Aspen Dental to everyone because they are the best.

Absolutely no respect for customers. Called them last week to get an appointment for dental bridges and they told me someone would call me back. No one called. Called again this week and the person who answered the phone kept saying ummm what was your last name again? And then she went completely silent.

Everything was very nice. The staff and the hygenist and dentist were very knowledgeable and we went over pricing.

I love how thorough my first visit was. Imaging, consultations, and a great staff. Everyone was super nice and very professional in each role they played. I was excited about the full breakdown of our dental plan moving forward and the timeline for everything looked great. I am so happy I chose to come in!

Dont even bother with this place. It is the absolute worst place to go. The sad fact is, I didnt even make it to the door. I called to schedule an appointment 2 days ago, for an abscess drain. I waited, I called to verify and ask questions. Nope, they had no idea that I needed treatment, as their call center is in other states, and you are not talking with anyone there. Furthermore if you look at the response of any bad review, its an automated answer from a computer program. They cant even muster up enough professionalism to a swer them selves. I urge everyone to not go here.

Called the day before the appointment- our insurance is good. The day of the appointment got an email stating they have switched owners and our insurance is not valid. Out $140. This stinks!

I had been to 3 previous dentists over the last 2 years and felt let down every time causing me to take no or little action. Aspen Dental changed all that. Nice people, good work. They dont seem to communicate well with each ovthe. I had an appointment on monday. I got there and it needed to be reschuled. Its only a 15 minute drive, no big deal.They rescheduled for Wednesday, and another appointment for next Tuesday. When I was there, getting the barnacles scraped off my remaining teeth, the hygienist, after checking her computer, told me that I didnt have that appointment on the computer.

Beware of corporate dental practices that try to maximize profit. I’m sure the staff and dentists are very good here, but when I scheduled a cleaning, they only took a bunch of pictures and sent me home with a 500+$ treatment plan, no cleaning. I’ve since then found a new dentist.

The whole visit was great! I’ve always just had a cleaning but at Aspen they were thorough with my X-rays. They also took the time to check over everything including early signs of oral cancer which was fascinating! They also wanted me to have an understanding of what they would do for treatment before anything. They also went over cost of care with me beforehand which I appreciate because no one likes a surprise when it comes to that department. While I didn’t get a cleaning the same day I feel like I have more of an understanding of what to expect going forward with Aspen!!

This was.my first time at Aspen Dental. I would highly recommend it. The staff were soothing, calm, relaxed with a sense of humorThe dentist was soft spoken and had a great bedside manner. My only complaint was that he was not a M.D. also so I could see him for all of my health needs. The.prices were.low and the staff explained all my options. It had been 15+ years since ive been to a dentist. So I was a little embarrassed but I couldnt afford it.Every person working not only was extremely helpful & informative. They made me feel comfortable & cared for. I needed a broken tooth pulled & ive got to say it was like having a freind help me.I recommend this place for everyone.

Went in with an infected tooth. Was told that the only thing that could be done was to have my tooth removed. Went to another dentist who simply gave me 2 prescriptions; 1 to kill the infection and 1 to ease the pain.

They were really helpful and they accommodate to my needs and my budget. Every body was informative and kind. Thank you so much! Ill be going back

Came in because I was a little worried about my gums. Very clean space good procedure during this pandemic, very flexible pricing because they can work with you to break the price down. Cannot wait to get started on my better dental health

Everyone in the office was great to deal with. The doctor explained everything he was going to do and why. His assistant was also very knowledgeable and made me very comfortable. I enjoyed the experience about as much as one can, having two back teeth extracted.

I took my dad here after speaking with someone in the general office. My dad is 89 and has lost, broken, damaged teeth. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Very good at explaining his dental plan. However before I made the app I asked general pricing so we could have an estimated idea of cost (knowing he would most likely need dentures). The cost in the end didn’t come close to matching what what we had roughly figured. It’s very frustrating for someone who is 89, on a fixed income, with teeth problems to be put in this situation. I think the pricing is fair but just not what they advertised.

I highly recommend!! I had to get an extraction and the assistant put music on and the dentist had my tooth out way under ten minutes.

The staff is very nice and welcoming. However, I went for a check up, Spent an hour being evaluated and sold a bunch of different treatments, and left without the basic cleaning I went for in the first place. Overall just felt like the goal was to get me in the door and sell me every treatment in the book. Not impressed with the business, but the people working there were fine.

I havent been to the dentist for while and the Aspen dental staff was the best. I had tooth ache and got my first time free stays and my tooth ache all taken care of. Nothing thumbs to the staff and Susan for the help

I brought my 88 year old father (Korean War Vet) into to see the staff at Aspen Dental to replace his dentures that were 20+ years old. They treated him with great respect and had his dentures completed within a week... but we missed the next appointment and when they called me to find out what happened, I told them that he just passed away that afternoon. They again were very respectful and without asking they credited my Visa half of the price we paid. Thank you!

The most sales oriented dentist I have ever been too. The quickest exam of my life which left me uncertain if they actually cared about patients. They will try to sell you anything and say your health care won’t cover.First time here, last time here.In addition, they will ask for 60% down for services that aren’t even rendered. I will be calling my insurance company to complain about this experience.

Have booked an appointment at 5:00 one day prior and when we showed up they mentioned it need an one hour as office close at 5:30. It’s so rude that they didn’t even consider we came from long distance and they should know when booking an appointment that they need an hour.Very disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend anyone as it’s so rude !!!

I hadnt been to the dentist in some time but wasnt judged at all when I came into the office. The staff was friendly, professional and the facilities were very clean. Im looking forward to the well thought out treatment plan they have put in place for me.

The people here are amazing. It was my first dental visit in a very long time, since I was a child, and it was long overdue. Too long in fact... That said, despite how horrible my teeth have gotten over the years, they were all very supportive, friendly, and overall helpful. I was initially super nervous heading in, but that went away quickly due to how awesome they were with everything. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone.

Aspen dental has the worst customer service of any doctors office . Rude. Made me wait 40 minutes for a scheduled appointment and then the next time I came in I was a bit late and then Dr. Inishikawa refuses to see me, didn’t even apologize. Front desk staff has no customer service skills whatsoever. They don’t tell you thank you or even to have a nice day. They’re disgusting. Also, dr. Inishikawa asks personal questions that are very out of line. Shame on you all. PERIOD!

Going in for 3 tooth extractions this morning..1 day after free exam and x-ray..so far my experience with Aspen Dental has been efficient, friendly and financially accommodating for someone without dental insurance... Ill let you know after these extractions, if I still have the same impression.

Was intense forsure having my teeth removed. All involved were great in the long run way better for me my teeth were and are bad. Needed to be done my journey will be better in the long run forsure. Awesome place great people.

I love the experience. I plan on continuing to do all my dental work here. I knew what I was getting into before stepping thru the door. I hate showing my teeth. And plan on getting ALL of my teeth removed and replaced with Dentures. Its embarrassing to talk about but not with the staff at Aspen dental. I felt safe and the doctor walked me through ALL the options....now as soon As I can save enough money to get the work done. Ill be returning to get the work done at Aspen Dental. My only wish is too smile Again.

Buyer beware. I wanted just a simple dental checkup, but instead I had to make a 2nd visit just to get my teeth cleaned. My initial appointment should of had both my X-Ray and checkup in one sitting. Instead they only did my X-Ray and poked at my guns for over an hour with no teeth cleaning and I got stuck with a $127.00 out of pocket expense! DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL!!!

I have past trauma with a couple dentist. So I tend to try to suffer through pain. This time I couldn’t. I had already made a future appointment with this clinic so I knew they had emergency service available. Karla (Carla) at the front desk/accounting was amazing. She was so helpful from the first moments. I was the escorted to X-ray by Ramlah (?) who, despite my pain, made me relax and kept me calm with her smile, her positive energy and how she took care of me. Dr. Ishikawa was straight to the point with a plan of action. And when I came back later that day for the procedure they were all very welcoming again. Great place.

My mother broke a tooth on her denture one week before her 90th birthday celebration party! Not only did Aspen Dental get her in quickly, but repaired the tooth like new the same day!! They were quick and cost was extremely reasonable!! My Mother was very pleased with them!!!

I had an emergency and I could book an appointment on line before they opened. I got an 8am appt. They did the work at 10am. Awesome place. Im switching from Park Dental to ASPEN DENTAL.

I experienced lots of wasted time. I arrived half hour early, the Dr. couldnt see me after my exams done. I had to reschedule just to see him. My experience would be different if the tech use a gentle push of a device in my mouth. It was not caring to force oversized devise in my mouth.I also feel like it is pricy for my particular dental care.The good part, easy to make appointments and lots of opens available.

Front people are great, but they need another dentist. Waiting for over an hour to be seen and the last time I was there at least 5 people were scheduled for the same time and I had a long wait time again. Not ok.

It is a state of the art in everything. I was really impressed by everyone,and I only wish I had gone to Aspen before.I have wasted so much time and money other places, and with results that are terrible

Went in for the free visit and found it to be not like a traditional dentist. I felt like i was in a used car dealership. Instead of drills i heard appointment reminders being made by office personnel. Although different than the reminder call I am used to. Instead it sounded lile a collection call. The patient was informed he had additional fees and would need to pay prior to proceeding, over $2000, which I found to be a lot of unexpected fee`s. I also was bit disturbed by the tone and word choice of the person making the call. A lot of pressure was applied to the patient.I then waited and waited and waited some more. I was finally put in a room and waited again. Finally a man dress somewhat like a dentist (no id tag and looked and sounded like he may have just graduated from school that day). It was clear this was about selling a product not serving a patients needs. After tgec add hortest exam I have had from a dentist, was then told it would be another 20-30 min to speak with a office rep about the financials for the proposed treatment plan. I decided almost 2 hours was BBC enough time. I asked them to call me with the information. While waiting for that call and I did some searching on google and was very disturbed by the reviews and amount of litigation pending against Aspen Dental. The online review and reports of wrong doing put my visit in perspective and my gut tells me this is not a good organization to trust. I will not be proceeding,

The workers were kind but the experience wasn’t great. I made it pretty clear that the dentist is a stressful experience for me and I definitely felt scared into some procedures and future appointments that aren’t as necessary as deemed. I also waited for about an hour to get x rays done and a cleaning and then the cleaning never happened? Which was confusing seeing as it was supposed to be a routine appointment. I’d say if you go make sure to know what you’re getting into and be prepared to have a lot of costly appointments thrown at you

Biggest waste of time ever! So very angry about the poor way my appointment was handled. I have used the same dentist for 15 years but recently wanted to try to find someone closer to home. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!! I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. Well, after a set of panoramic X-rays and full mouth X-rays, some young lady came in and looked at my tissue, calling off numbers, 2,3,2,3, etc for each tooth. Then the dentist comes in, he looks at my teeth and tells me about the two teeth that need to be crowned. Ok, I knew this. I have gone to the dentist every 6 months for 20 years! I was aware I needed that work done. So I was ready to get my cleaning done and he tells me they are sending in their financial person to talk with me and then i can schedule ANOTHER appointment for my cleaning. Needless to say by now I was so angry that as soon as he left the room I walked out. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!

I would have given 0 stars except that the assistant and hygenist were good. I thought I was getting a free exam, and told them that I had just had exrays two weeks before and was assured that it was safe to have more, and hey, they were free. I waited two hours to see the dentist, who did not really give me an exam and told me he could not make my partials and handed me a referral to a prosthedondist. Forward one week and I have received a bill for $248. So, the Better Business Bureau will be contacted. I do not own a printer or a computer, and mentioned the free exam when I called...no one mentioned that I was supposed to print out the offer. TOTAL SCAM!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! AND BAD DENTIST!!!!!

I am 32 years old, and I cried during my appointment. The girl who did my xrays was unbelievably unprofessional, rushed, and very rude even though I explained how much pain I was in. Ive never felt like a burden in a dental office until this visit. The roughness during my xrays caused me even more pain, for over a day. This is why people have anxiety at the dentist, I was so disappointed.

Disrespectful. They open at 8 and I had an 8:15 appointment. They asked me to show up early so I was there at 8. Waited in the lobby until 9 with no apology or any communication from staff what so ever so I left.

My experience of my visit at Aspen Dental on 7936 Portland Ave. In Bloomington Mn was was of best customer service, greet and warm family feeling ever. Even the way office manager Abby handled as I would say a customer with a terrible attitude who obviously got out of the wrong side of the bad was absolutely outstanding being that most people would not had handled it so smooth and nicely. The Hygienist Tiffany who was so wonderfully professional made me comfortable, at ease and wonderful family like experience, just love it. Gail the Dental Assistant was equally helpful and professional in making my experience there one of the best ever. I must say Dr Ishikawa did not equall his employees, not as warm and friendly and rushy but that ok, the employees make up to that by far. Very poor medical asepsis practices by staff...While at my appointment in the new Bloomington location on Portland Ave I saw a dentist wearing a white lab coat with blue exam gloves on both hands texting or browsing on his cell phone. This is very poor medical asepsis and promotes the spread of disease. Im not going to any Aspen Dental ever again.

After I got there and went through the X-rays, then they told me I had to have some antibiotics first because Id gotten new knees in the past year, so everything stopped and I had to call my knee surgeon to get a prescription. I should have been told that they would do something causing bleeding BEFOREHAND, not after I got there.
