Very comfortable setting. The staff are very nice and welcoming. After one treatment only, and Im serious; my hair already feels stronger and healthier! I am so excited for this journey, and what a great place to do it with.

My experience started off with a phone call from someone wanting to make an appointment after filling out some of my information online. They assured me that employees had been sanitizing before and after each person had come into their office. When I got there, the office was so nice and clean, and was welcomed by very nice staff. I was working with Phil and I was really appreciative of his honesty and professionalism. He even called me a day later to see if I had any additional questions. Would highly recommend this place! They have so many options as well.

This place is not a get hair quick scam, it is the real deal and uses proven techniques through science to help you reach realistic goals depending on the persons unique situation. Be prepared to learn a lot, theres no high pressure. If youre not that serious. I would do further research before coming.

I paid 6k for my husband, expecting a hair transplant, they make you sign a contract for payments and never tell you the truth ( so disappointed).. you literally paying for a piece of wig and glue. They look professionals but its not what it looks like

I have always been very happy with the whole staff and my stylist Amanda B at the Bloomington MN location. The treat me great and they are very professional. I highly recommend asking for Amanda.

It’s better to do hair transplant for 1500$ than putting wig for 3000$ and then you have to ‏Maintain it for 200$ every time you need a hair cut.Do your research before you fall in to their scam.

Let me start by not only reviewing the Hair Club service and their staff, but walk anyone considering Hair Club through what to expect!I am black male in my 40s and receding/balding pretty badly. Like most middle aged men, I wanted to address this issue in some way to look and feel younger again.I came to Hair Club very nervous and very embarrassed. Not only did they roll out the red carpet with highly technological assessment of my head and scalp, but their staff made me feel like royalty.It takes about 1-2 months, at least for me, to grow out the hair necessary to proceed with the treatment and go through a few trial runs of the treatment, but afterwards, you damn near cant believe it with your own eyes! You have hair and you almost cry in the salon chair!OMG! Trust me, it is worth every penny! I feel like I got back ten years! :)The staff specifically at their Bloomington office is without a doubt amazing and friendly and break their necks to make you happy!
