They made my daughters time with them magical! They talked with her, pampered her, and made her feel like a real princess. We had 1 little snafu but they were aware and made us feel comfortable. Took my 3 daughters with their cousin for her 5th birthday and they had the best time! The workers really took the time to make our girls feel special.

My daughter loved it. We did a mommy-daughter appt and I scheduled it early during the week to avoid dealing with it being busy. It worked out really nice. It was just us and 1 other family, so everyone got all the attention they needed. The lady that worked with my daughter, did a good job at making her comfortable and getting her to open up. She loved her nails and makeup, she got compliments on it all day and couldnt wait to show everyone.

Stopped in to check on pricing and book an appointment. This spa is strictly for the little ladies to be pampered and dolled up. We look forward to returning and experiencing the services offered.

Id promised to take our 6 year old here for an experience to remember but we ran short on days and time on our visit. I walked in Friday around 1030 am and told the front desk we only had 20 minutes to spare. Sweda with her beautiful and bright smile took care of us right away. She gave our little one a makeover with hair and all under 20 minutes! Needless to say 6 yr old did feel like a princess and had plenty of time to take pictures and feel special. Great customer service! Sweda is a gem.

I took a six year old to get the little princess package, and she had the best time! She got a professional treatment and the staff was so nice. Would highly recommend! This is for sure an unforgettable experience for the little ones :)

That place is amazing the staff is incredibly awesome and treated my daughter and the other little girls with so much love my daughter left so happy...I 100% recommend every mom and dad to bring their little divas here.

TL;DR - Quality is lacking, staff members are inattentive, and customer service leaves much to be desired. You can easily recreate this experience yourself at a higher quality nail salon. Just bring your own crown, scepter, robe, and fancy drink.It was my daughters birthday and she wanted a princess theme so I thought this place would be perfect for her. Since diva is in their name I was truly expecting everything to be top notch. Oh yeah, and the fact that I spent more on a mani and pedi for a four year old than Ive ever spent on the same for myself.Since it was her birthday and I wanted everything to be really special for her, I didnt complain when they put her in a very worn and tattered robe. Nor did I say a word when the nail polish came completely off one of her toes before wed even left the mall. And I was still determined to let it go when all of her nails were chipping the very next day. Seeing her happy and enjoying this experience made it worthwhile to me.But what really made me decide I would never visit this place again (and recommend others avoid it) was when we went back to see if we could get a replacement wand / scepter because shed fallen and broken hers while playing. They wouldnt do it! Its not even like I was asking them to give it to us. I was fully expecting to pay for the replacement and wouldve happily done so. Instead I had to explain to my sobbing 4 year old that there are businesses that care more about their bottom line than serving the people providing them a livelihood.Were talking about a $0.49 wand you can buy in bulk from dozens of wholesalers. Was there ever an easier opportunity to build goodwill with a client and create a customer for life?So, heres what you should do instead... First, book an appointment with your usual nail tech. Then, go find a wand, scepter, robe, and fancy drink cup. Youll save yourself some money and unnecessary heartbreak.

So fun for the little girls. Took my daughter here for a birthday party package with her friends. They all had a wonderful time being pampered and treated like royalty. They received robes and sandals to wear, a tiara, and a wand. All of them got a mani and pedi. All the workers were wonderful and so patient and sweet with the girls. Will definitely be bringing my daughter here for a girls day. The only thing that I dislike is that its located in the mall of America. So far just to get a nice girls day.

Its a fun experience for young girls, but the quality of the actual mani/pedi was quite subpar.

Great place to bring your kid! They’re kid friendly and on time with appointments. I like the wand and crown they gave my daughter. That made her feel like a real princess that day.

Took my daughter there for her birthday. She enjoyed it but I would never go back there. It was not clean. They didn’t sanitize their tools for the manicure and pedicure. The ladies masks kept falling down and didn’t enforce the girls to wear masks. They also forgot to charge me for a service and called me back to pay for it. Luckily I’m a honest person and went back but they didn’t even apologize and said they were busy. Never again.

DO NOT BOOK A SERVICE HERE!!! I booked a mommy and me manicure/pedicure for my daughters 3rd birthday. I got an email about a half hour after booking that my appointment was cancelled due to not paying in time and to re book. I rebooked an appointment for a different time the same day and had no issues or so I thought. When I checked my credit card statement a couple of weeks later, I noticed I had been charged by them twice. I called to see what was going on and was told that I had booked two appointments even though THEIR system had double booked me and told me on my end that only one of the appointments was booked. When I told them I only wanted one appointment the lady on the phone told me that they dont do refunds (even though it was their systems error that double booked me and that is not what their website cancellation policy states). I asked to have a manager speak to me and the lady working said that she would have her call me later because they were busy at the moment. I waited all day and never received a call back.The next day I called back and asked to speak to a manager right away. Whoever I talked to on the phone this time was very kind and I explained what happened and that at this point I would just like to cancel any appointment I was booked for and to receive a refund (as it states on the website you can receive a refund if you cancel 72 hours before your appointment and this was an entire week before the double booked appointments). She assured me that my appointments would be cancelled and that I would receive a refund within 3-5 business days. Well the day of the appointments I get an email with appointment reminders for the appointments that were double booked and supposedly cancelled by the manager that I spoke to? and when I checked my credit card statement this morning I still have the charges on there.This place is a MESS. Whatever systems they have in place for bookings are a disaster. I have major regrets of ever even trying to book an appointment here and will now just have to work with my CC company to remove the fraudulent charges. Save yourself a headache- book elsewhere.

They gave GREAT service to me and my grandchildren. I seen they really are serious about keeping the place nice and clean. I noticed they were always wiping the tables and chairs down with disinfected spray. Even the restrooms were kept nice and clean. I will highly recommend this place too many families in friends.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star. I called on a Sunday to book apts for my two daughters and her friend. I asked what they had available for that following Sunday and gave her the date. The receptionist said they were wide open. Then when I asked about the time and said that would work she then said she made a mistake and they were completely booked. So I asked about a different date and times. This process took so long because every-time we had a time and date that would work she would say oh wait that’s for only two kids not three then she said they were under staffed and this went on for about 4-5 dates that she started off saying would work. So finally after about 30 min or so we finally had a reservation for Friday at 645 after she originally had said 4 would work. The kids were so excited for their late birthday present. Well Friday came along and I got a call around 325pm saying that they over booked and wanted us to switch to 8pm. By this time my blood was boiling. My kids are 5, 3 and 15 months. And my daughters friend is 5. No way in hell do we want to start their apt at 8 for us to be done at 9:15-9:30ish and then for us to walk to a nearly empty parking garage just me and the kids. The First Lady was rude to me on the phone when I kept saying just cancel my apt and refund my money. She wanted me to reschedule and she finally said talk to my manager. I talked with her and she said sorry a bunch of times. After reading reviews yesterday I am highly disappointed to see that these issues have been happening for over a year. I am not even sure if we will try and bring them now. They didn’t seem to care a whole lot about disappointing children. I get accidents happen but I seriously went through this on the phone with the receptionist and she kept assuring me that that day and time wouldn’t be a problem. I sure hope they get their act together.

For my daughters first manicure, it could not have been more perfect. They did an amazing job.

I took my 8year old daughter there as a surprise and she absolutely LOVED IT!!! The ladies that worked there were so friendly and did a great job. My daughter got the Glam Ultimate, where she had everything done, hands, feet, facial, makeup and hair. She said it was the BEST TIME EVER and she had so much fun being a princess! So for me as a Dad, that made my day! I will definitely be bringing her back for more royal treatment!

I took my daughter in to this salon for a manicure, things have been horrible for her being stuck in the house during Covid. I have been terrified to take her anywhere. Diva salon was clean and sanitary, staff is very friendly, attentive and my daughters nails are absolutely beautiful. I appreciate the time they take cleaning and sanitizing. We will be back soon.

My child liked it but they definitely need to be more up beat an exciting if that makes sense. Nail polish work was sloppy same with eye shadow. Place looks nice but for how sloppy the actual work was I could have done that myself.

I would highly recommend that you do not bring your children to this establishment especially as this establishment does not practice proper COVID regulations. Before spending the $300+ on services provided, I made a point to ask about COVID policies in place for the safety and wellbeing for all patrons with the receptionist. She assured me that safety of the patrons with disinfectants and small parties were only allowed making it safe for all. During the 1.5hr time spent at this establishment, majority of the staff were improperly wearing their mask below their nose, none of the communal chairs that were in the lobby or the 1 bathroom that everyone used was ever wiped down, the chairs in the lobby were not 6 ft apart, and the small establishment was completely full of people without any care of regulations of capacity or limiting the occupancy requirements. It is extremely frustrating that during this pandemic, establishments as this one does not follow local guidelines from the CDC, Mall of America’s reduced occupancy policies, or the local MN Dept. of Health’s recommendations. Do not bring your child to this establishment due to safety concerns.

My 9 yr old & her friend loved the Spa especially since it catered to them and their girly style. I think the pricing is very responsible for all that they got done, however I thought it was a little rushed.

My daughter loved this place! Geared towards kids. The technician chatted up my daughter and made her feel comfortable. My daughter was happy in the end and thats all that matters.

My girls loved it. They are so young so they didn’t realize the horrible service they received. Maria was RUDE. Extremely rude. She had a attitude the whole time, from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. No smile, no excitement NO NOTHING!!!!! But overall the girls loved their nails. And enjoyed their experience. Would I bring them back? ABSOLUTELY NOT..... or maybe I will if Maria isn’t working.....

I booked a Just the Two of Us package for $99. Its perfect for a daughter and me (or in my case, an auntie and me) experience. My little niece loved the whole experience from the moment we walked in when everyone called her a princess and gave her a robe and a crown to treating her like one the whole time. Nothing like seeing my nieces face light up! However, a few things I noticed was some disorganization in the check-in process and during the services (e.g. pedicure, manicure). My niece got her technician changed once after she had settled into a conversation with a very nice and sweet staff named Camilla. The second technician (I did not get her name) was amazing as she got my niece comfortable fairly quickly but I think some consistency and forplanning on assignments from the beginning would help smooth the experience. I think having a dedicated host who can explain whats going to happen as we enter would have helped us understand the day. I ended up having to explain things to my niece who was all wide-eyed and could not always follow what was happening. We received our tiaras and special princess drinks but not before someone noticed that we hadnt gotten them. I believe I ended up with the manager, Tiffani, who turned out to be really wonderful but she was distracted by running the salon as technicians came and asked her questions or she was constantly looking around to ensure all was well. I did appreciate talking to her and getting to know her. I can tell she (and they all) enjoy working with children. Part of the package included a manicure, pedicure and facial for the mother (or aunt, in my situation). I will say if you are anticipating an adult service experience, do not expect that to be the case. It is a very basic-level service as it should be since its really all about the little girls. In all honesty, its more of a 2.5 star and not 3 because I looked forward to a more smooth experience and process.

I have yet to try any of their other services beside hair, but I’ve heard amazing things on them! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a high quality salon!!

Went in started ordeal at 2:30 5 they finally got her on was lied to my staff they told us 15 minutes 30 minutes laterwhen I asked if we could make apt told no give us #well let you know came back after we still didnt hear from them and was told out of luck because we left if not for a promise to my granddaughter I would not have stayed very disappointed this Time had been there before was great walk in that Time too NOT HAPPY

Never would suggest this place. Overpriced. Made an appointment for an hour after arriving because they only had one person working.. After returning at our appointment time , other people apparently made an appointment online and were ahead of us, meaning wed need to wait another hour with two young kids getting ancy . The ladie rudely explained her system was down and she couldnt see the appointments being scheduled so double booked. She was unprofessional , rude , and obnoxious. We walked out and never will return. Feel like at least we saved money on an overpriced experience with rude employees.

If I could give this place a lower score than I would I booked my daughter a session on Friday, November 8 her appointment was for November 10 at 11 AM we get there and they tell me that they can’t do hers because they have a birthday party in their system online booking should have never let me make that appointment because they have a birthday party my daughter feelings were hurt and they didn’t even care because they had a birthday and that packet cost more so my little $40 was nothing to them. They told me I could come back within 2 to 3 hours that was not OK with me because I did not set her appointment for 2 to 3 hours later they were rude disrespectful and I will never take my daughter there again My daughter noticed how only one woman in there smiled at her when she came in and the rest of them had attitudes my daughter is seven she told me in the car the one that smelled at me when I walked in she is the one I want to do my nails the rest of them didn’t look happy
