I went to this establishment on 10/22/2021. I frequently go here for my waxes. I went today and the older lady (boss) asked for my ID, which had never happened so I thought maybe there is a new policy. As I was leaving the same lady was checking another woman in and asked on for her name. I am an African American woman, the guest checking in was white. Why was I the only one to have my ID checked? I will be finding somewhere else to get services.

First time ever at European Wax but not my first wax. My experience was phenomenal. Everyone was nice and professional, even the lady at the front desk. I booked with Rachel (because I read the reviews and her name was mentioned) and she exceeded my expectations. Professional, clean, and well educated on her job. On top of that my wax wasn’t painful at all. Of course I rebooked w/ her..

I got a Brazilian and it was probably the most painful experience I have ever had getting one. I’ve had many before and decided to give this place a try. First of all, Brazilians should take longer than 15 min. It was extremely painful just due to the fact that they were doing huge sections at a time just so they could be done as quickly as possible. When I got home I was in an incredible amount of pain. I had red bumps and blisters all over. After a couple of days I decided to consult with my doctor due to the fact the bumps and blisters got worse. My doctor recommended I immediately be seen and I had to be put on an antibiotic as well as an ointment. After I healed I decided to send them an email letting them know what had happened. I got a phone call from the “manager” a few minutes after. She explained that it wasn’t their fault and that I should have called them instead of my doctor???!!! She asked if I was using their products and following aftercare instructions. Which I definitely was because again this was not my first Brazilian by any means. After awhile of arguing back and forth with me she agreed to give me a refund for the service. She then decided to go off on a tangent on how their aftercare products are superior and that doctors often consult with them about infections???? She argued with me and against a medical professional’s advice. Absolutely ridiculous. I have never gotten an infection from any of the waxes I have had before from other places. I definitely will not be back and I question the cleanliness of their establishment as well. I did not see the esthetician use a clean stick each time when dipping back into the wax which is absolutely disgusting. The lack of professionalism and respect towards customers and their well being is astounding. Plus, after your wax you will be pressured to buy a bunch of overly priced products. Upon looking at the ingredient list when I got home, I found that you can purchase similar products at Walmart for half the price containing the exact same ingredients. When I was leaving, they were already taking another customer back into the same room I had just got waxed in. There is no way that they had time to properly clean and disinfect between customers.

I had Rachel and I’m going to stick with her. She was amazing talked to me so I barely felt the pain. Will always go back because of her and don’t want nobody else but her thanks again Rachel ☺️😉

The wax specialist Rachel did not do my wax right !! I do waxes and everything she was tryna tell me was false !! She also missed so much hair while still causing me so much pain!! I barely grow hair and it is long enough to be waxed , so the fact that’s it’s hair left I would never go to her again

I had Mikaela and she did a very good job! for my first time I was nervous but she kept me very comfortable I will be back.

I just saw Tiffany & she is amazing! I was super nervous my first time, but she made me feel so comfortable & was so sweet. Deffinatly rebooked and getting passes next time!!!

I’ve been to European wax in my home town but here at college I recommended it to my friend and she went and they didn’t even remove all her hair for her Brazilian and left a chunk of wax on her and the lady said “oh that’s fine and normal it’ll come off next shower” it didn’t... wax isn’t that easy to get off. When she called to complain they were patronizing, explaining it’s on her to take care of her post wax so she doesn’t have more hair growth even though she had hair left right after her wax. Awful customer service.

Everyone made me feel comfortable there. Their wax is absolutely the best. Such a different experience than I have had before. Mikaela did an absolute bomb job on my eyebrows!

I thought a Brazilian will be painful but NO! They are so friendly . My waxer Tiffany did an Amazing Job on my Brazilian!! I was so comfortable and relaxed! I really enjoyed my service!

Got my first wax ever and it was not as bad as i thought. I believe Megan is the lady that got me together and she did a wonderful job !! I will definitely be going back

Got my first Brazilian and it didnt even hurt!!! I dont know why i waited so long. (Crazy to think I was once afraid) I highly recommend them...and they were so nice!!! Im definitely going back!
