Filling fell out and took part of my back molar with it. So I called to make an appointment just now and they don’t accept my insurance..which is totally fine! Most places don’t. I let the receptionist know I would be paying cash. But the lady said it would be fraudulent on they’re part if I paid out of pocket because I have insurance... they just don’t accept it. That is soooo weird because my mother in law and husband pay cash at this exact clinic. Now they lost 3 clients. SMH.

I highly recommend Health Partners Blaine Dental. From the moment you enter you are greeted, then expeditiously treated. The quality of the dental procedures is the gold standard. I appreciate both the professionalism and the relationship building that they cultivate. It is as close to painless as possible and although no dental experience can ever be described as fun, they come as close as possible to making that a near possibility. I rely on them, I have total faith in them, and I look forward to my visits with them. They are a fabulous team!

I will never go back. This dentist office is the worst. They have worked on the same tooth 4 times and I am still having issues with it. Don’t waste your time! Don’t understand how they can’t get it right. Worst place I have been to in a long time! Every time they work on the tooth when I get home and am no longer numb and can feel it. The tooth is not filed and is very sharp. So have to go back for them to file it down so not sharp. Every darn time. Don’t see how they can’t get it right the first time around!

DONT WASTE UR TIME. Schedule at a different location. I have MA, Whoopy... Long story short I paid another dental office to take care of me. One I know will take care of me.My experience.. I told the dentist (can’t remember his name) that my filling had come off and that I would like to make an appointment to take care of it. It has a big hole, can’t miss it, which he acknowledged was there. However, as he was doing my first patient check up, he ended my check up advising his assistant to make my dental plan filling done on a different tooth. I looked at him and asked why he isn’t also advising the concerned tooth. Here’s the best part, after I asked, and after he had already gone through the X-rays and acknowledged that tooth... he pretended to look at it one more time as though this was the first time he had heard me ask about it. I needed my wisdoms done first then I would have planned for my fillings. Months later I noticed the hole was black (a day after I made my fillings appointment). My mom (dental assistant) said it was the cavity... I looked at her and became livid with the fact that if I never spoke up and questioned why the dentist ignored my request... who knows how much more worse it could It have gotten!? It’s the only tooth with the cavity , and the only tooth with a big hole. The other one HE suggested is just chipped.... I knew that they didn’t care about taking care of me so I had to go somewhere professional that would properly clean out the cavity.

I’ll share my experience last year as well as recently. I was trying to find a dentist while I was pregnant, as I hadn’t been in a long time and had quite a few teeth that were hurting. They asked me for all of my information and by the end of it said they had no availablity. To be fair, they weren’t the only office that did this, but I don’t understand why I’d be asked for all of my insurance information just to be turned down. Why wouldn’t you know upfront if you were or weren’t accepting new patients? When I recently went for an appointment just to make a future plan based on what they found, the staff for the most part was very friendly. The dentist did seem annoyed by any questions I asked, which I thought I was being respectful about. It just seemed like he wanted to stop talking and rush out of the room. I was impressed this time by how quickly they could get me in this time around though!Today I missed a cleaning. I realize that’s very annoying and definitely my fault. I have had a lot going on lately, which is still no excuse, but I’m a single mom with a medically fragile child. I unexpectedly didn’t have anyone to watch my son, as my mom was recently diagnosed with lung cancer and had to have surgery ASAP. There’s more to the story, but I think anyone would be a little spacey in my position. I called back to apologize and reschedule, only to be greeted with attitude and annoyance. I completely understand how disrespectful it is not only to cancel on short notice, but to miss an appointment all together. I have no idea what was going on in the receptionist life or day at the moment, but her response honestly made me want to call back and cancel the appointment all together. After reading reviews I’m a little nervous to go back.

Today i received 5 star treatment. My teeth are not in great condition, and this leaves me beyond nervous to go to the dentist. But the woman that helped me today (Lynn) was beyond compassionate. Ive had my share of horrible experiences, people like her make it a lot easier to show up for the next appointment. Thank you so much!

Keep shopping. This is a factory, not a dentist. Poor customer service or ability to help. 6 week wait for an appointment with a broken tooth.

Leaving a review for my husband: My husband had two broken teeth. He was able to get an appointment fairly quickly however that is the only positive thing about his experience. The Doc gave an attitude when he discovered he had MA insurance. He said hed be able to fix one tooth and extract the other. My husband agreed. But the doc complained to his staff when she suggested something else. He even said No, we cant do that. He has THAT insurance. Implying since we have medical assistance and likely couldnt afford a different, uncovered procedure he was less than and should be treated as such. He continued to be rude and unwelcoming. Lastly he was scheduled for another appointment which he wasnt aware of. When he missed and called, the receptionist was rude and blamed him when it was a miscommunication. We will find another clinic.

Worst HealthPartners experience ever. Dentist tried to get me to perform unnecessary procedures. Now the billing department cannot sort out the mess theyve created with my first/only appointment here. I will forever go out of my way to a different location just to avoid this junk show.

TERRIBLE! Went in a few days ago for a exam and come out with anger. The assistants treat you like you are below them and do not care about you. Dont dare ask questions to the dentist because they have no time for you. The assistant that was with me told me that I should just deal with it when I said I was in discomfort when I told her that she was jamming the suction on my gums. DO NOT GO HERE!

Awful experience. Both dentist and assistant were very sexist in asking only me for answers and not looking at the childs father. Very argumentative and pointed in their questions and statements. Will not be back.

I left my first appointment in tears because the dentist was extremely rude, accused me of drinking pop and told me extremely hurtful things, later come to find out that the medications I have been on since I was 14, have greatly contributed to my dry mouth and cavities, if he would have taken some time to talk to me first. I have called many times to get appointments and have had nothing but rude, unfriendly service on the phone. I dont like feeling like calling to make an appointment is an inconvenience to everyone involved. Couldnt be happier to find a new clinic, this has been the worst Ive ever been to.
