Renae and Tessa. On the 6th floor. Amazing nurses who put my faith back after bad experiences. Dr Maddow also is great and though nervous for hysterectomy she reassured me everything would be OK. Bedside manner was the best among these three ladies. I would give a million stars if I could. Thats how good they are.

I would have gave them five stars . I have had 3 children at this hospital. However my last experience was awful and I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here . Beware of the fake smiles . The whole time they was trying to take my daughters from me. Apparently I was being drug tested without my consent or knowledge. Now I’m not saying I was a perfect angel but Everyone Has Flaws!!!! They called Cps because of Cbd/Thc . Yet with my pregnancy before this one I was given narcotics for a surgery given by them . So you mean to tell me narcotics are safe but not cbd or thc . They are a joke . Good thing I had money to hire me a lawyer !!!! I honestly feel they did that because I could afford health insurance to be on the whites floor because they moved the blacks upstairs who most was getting Medicaid. I’m glad that they did this cause they will never 👎 get my business ever again . Keep your little white community. When you come for my babies you come for me !!!! I can bet my last that this isn’t over !!!!!

My first visit per referral from a current patient. With today’s mishaps in society I was hesitant, but I must say best decision. The staff are amazing! Dr. Maddox is extremely informative and illustrates compassion for her patients. I highly recommend this office. Great to know there are doctors who remain passionate about their work. Love.

Best level of care and staff you could ask for in an OBGYN or any clinic.

I had the best experience throughout my pregnancy/labor/delivery. She listened to all of my concerns and reassured me on it all. She’s friendly and that just made my experience all the better. I cannot put it into words how my delivery was using her because it was that amazing. They measured my son to be big and he was, but she didn’t push the idea of being induced or having a c-section. She let me chose. I don’t believe she ever would unless she thought it was absolutely necessary. I will definitely continue to use her.

I see Dr Banks and have for years, because he treats you and cares for you with the utmost concern. He has helped me through some rough times because he listens and treats me with respect and he resolves the problems I encountered. Well worth any wait. One of the Best Doctors ever!

Sweet personality, listens very well, and very knowledgable with solutions to any problems Ive had. She truly cares for her patients! Thankful to have her as my doctor and all the staff is wonderful as well!

So very pleased with my doctor and the care I have gotten. They have been so great about reminding me of appointments and calling meback to answer any questions I have. I switched here after having an unsatisfactory experience elsewhere and they have put me at ease.

Been trying to get in to see my doctor but cant seem to get them to call back. Tried to switch to another Dr in the same group but was told that was a conflict of interest. Meanwhile Im suffering and no one seems to be concerned about me just themselves??? Go somewhere else...
