Waited outside for 45 minutes to be seen for a sore throat. I finally gave up and left. Girls at the front have catty attitudes. I told them I would have to go somewhere else, I couldn’t wait any longer. And she said that’s fine, but American family care requires appointments. I didn’t ask for information about American family care. The experience is par for this side of town. I would not go back.

Front desk receptionists have terrible attitudes. They basically roll their eyes when asked to do their jobs. Wait time is forever. They wouldn’t email me my covid test results, ive had to wait for over half an hour for a doctor to tell me my results. Still waiting while I write this review. I won’t be coming back.

Front desk staff was extremely rude, we left and went to America’s Family Care - they were wonderful!

Very nice clinic, Very clean and efficient. Nurse practitioner was proficient, thorough and addressed my clinical needs. Staff was kind, professional and prompt. Overall experience was top notch. Lastly I received a link (secure) via text to access the portal-with my lab results in less than two hours. I have no complaints whatsoever! I appreciate these professionals being available to patients during this pandemic. Thank you

They have the slowest process EVER! It’s ridiculous ! Over 1 he wait for a Covid test and an additional wait to get the test and another wait to see a Dr or Nurse Practitioner. Absolutely ridiculous! I would not recommend ! To anyone

I went into the office to receive a PCR test for international travel. The office visit itself was a quick and smooth process . I told them of my intentions and I was immediately signed up for a patient portal. This is where my results would be uploaded. I was also immediately charged my $185 . I was told my results would be available with 48 hrs which was fine for my purpose. . I flew to London ( antigen test only ) and was to remain there for a day or so before travel to France ( PCR test required) . I signed in several times to view my results but none were available. I ended up having to have another done in England so I could continue my travel. This was highly inconvenient and costly yet again. Upon my return I asked for a refund but they say because the test were done and it showed I logged into the portal , it’s not possible.If you really need the test for international travel , this may not be your best option.

My daughter was here yesterday with sore throat and fever. They checked her for Covid which was negative but just stopped there, never bothered to see if she might have strep which a visit to another doctor today confirmed she did have. Not very thorough!

My husband and l were exposed to Covid-19. Every place we went wasn’t taking anymore appointments. Walked right into Trustcare and was tested. Staff was very friendly. Thankfully we were both negative.

The staff was pleasant and efficient. There was no wait. The only thing that bothers me is the request was for a lab test but the visit was treated as a medical encounter. I liked everyone except the person taking vital signs. She was not as pleasant as the rest of staff.

Very clean facility. I went in for a rapid COVID test and the front desk was super friendly. The sweet lady that did my swab test was so gentle and didn’t poke my brain out. I then met with Timothy Fleming the NP and he was very informative and went over everything with me. Thankfully I didn’t have COVID but he discussed what he thought was going on and I really appreciated him taking the time to answer questions. I highly recommend this place and will definitely go back!!!

So sweet and helped me through the payment process! As a college teen who is currently between jobs, they made the whole day easy and lovely from my visit to paying. Was able to get a check up and shot for low cost and talk over the best medicines within my price range. Such sweet staff that was enjoyable to chat and communicate with! Would hate to be sick again but would HAPPILY go back there when I do!

I was tested on Thursday and still have no results. I would not recommend this urgent care. I waited in my car for over 2 hours to be tested and was told I would receive a text if negative and a doctor call if positive. No text or call received

I took my elderly mom in for covid testing on Tuesday and Friday for a second test required for the assisted living she was going to. They were very gentle and compassionate with her both visits and had our results right away. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend this clinic.

I went there after several of my colleagues got the rapid test here. Only spent 2 hours here and they text if you test negative and call if it shows positive. I had my results less than an hour after I took the test. Staff was amazing. Do nice and the facility was nice and clean.

I had excellent service from the time I arrived until I left. Everyone I was involved with is very pleasant!

This place lacks any direction. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES. Its incredible that I am in a lobby full of people waiting for HOURS to get a RAPID COVID 19 test. Ridiculous location that moves at the pace of your local DMV. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF URGENT CARE. THE ONLY THING URGENT FOR THEM IS YOUR COPAY. RUN ELSEWHERE THIS IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY. ANYONE GIVING THIS PLACE 5 STARS MUST HAVE BEEN PAID!!!

According to the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, COVID-19 testing is free to anyone in the U.S. Trustcare “policy” is you have to see a physician before you leave, and will bill your insurance. If the insurance denies the claim, you will be held responsible. They are double billing for someone to walk in and ask “how are you feeling?”

I came here for covid test. It was very quick. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Donnie, the nurse practitioner was exceptional. I would highly recommend. HOWEVER, insurance will only pay for one test and I did the covid test AND antibody test. They chose to put the less expensive test on my insurance and I had to pay for the more expensive antibody test. They said they couldnt change it. Either they intentionally had me pay for more expensive test or they just dont have empathy for their patients financial stress. I feel pretty ripped off! Grateful to be covid negative.

I arrived at this clinic at 12:45PM, I signed in and went back to my car as these unprecedented times deter me from staying in places with more than 10 people. The lobby was packed. I finished my registration online and was told I would receive a message when my room was ready. I checked back after 3 hours of sitting in my car, as I am usually a patient individual. I was told to just wait it out because it is always like this. I was not sent a text until 4 hours after being at the clinic. After I was tested I was then told to check back after 20 minutes for my results. When I tried to do so the front desk staff ignored my existence until they could stand my hovering no longer. Once I told them I was to check back after 20 minutes the story changed to “I told her she would get a text.” And I was shooed back to my car. At this point I have been at the clinic for 5 hours and counting. I do not like to throw my status at any place I go, however as a pharmacist I am highly disappointed in how they chose to talk and treat me while I was there. As a young black female my treatment was severely different from the majority clientele and the front desk staff was very unapologetic for a mix up that could have had me out of the clinic an hour and a half before the 3 hour mark previously mentioned.

Cayla and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind and took every precaution to keep us, and the public, safe. We had some issues getting set up online (user error) but they took care of us and got us in after closing. The testing done was as gentle as possible while still being effective. I really cannot say enough good things about our experience. We will recommend to all family, friends, and colleagues.

I went to get a Covid test before leaving for vacation. They were very nice and helpful. I gave them my insurance cards. I have received a bill for over $500. On their page it says 150. I am waiting for a call back.

Went here because they advertise same or next day results on rapid tests. Still waiting on day 3. Patient portal, no results. Have called 20 times--no one answers. Observed the same when I was onsite for test. Phone rings, no one touched it.Chat service always says unavailable at this time. Technician at the clinic told us someone will call in a couple hours with results...Nope. Very disappointing all around.

Very efficient, very professional. Highly recommend.Went there Monday morning for Covid testing. They open at 9. I got there at 8:10 and and parked in the shade by the front door. By 9 o’clock, there were about 15 people waiting to get in.My sense is they are pretty quick and efficient, though I was the first one in and was out by 930. Able to get results back the first day.

Expect longer wait times if you are going to get a COVID-19 test. They are doing the best they can with the amount of people coming in to get tested. It was very easy to make an appointment online and check in. Also, masks are required :)I was very impressed by the cleanliness here! The staff were all very nice and helpful. TrustCare will definitely be my go to doc in the box in the future.

Visit was quick for COVID testing. I liked being able to wait in my car and get texted to come in. Some of the paperwork glitches could have gone more smoothly on the front end (they entered my DOB wrong), but all in all, successful visit.

Their team is very professional and organized. I scheduled a visit online to get tested for Covid19. When I arrived they were expecting me. The entire process was very smooth. Minimal wait with everything taking less than 45 min. The Dr. was informative about the process and said I could expect my results in 48 hours.

Best experience I have ever had at an urgent care. I was in an exam room very quickly and the nurse took very good care of me. When the doctor came in he took his time listening to my story and was very empathetic. I 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Trust care is meant to be an urgent care. There has to be a better system, especially when it comes to doing rapid COVID tests. I waited over 2 hours to get covid tested. I was not given an approximate wait time so I stayed in my car in the parking lot. I had so many errands to run that day but I could not do them. I do not understand how an urgent care can be so slow. One of the biggest problems that I think TrustCare has is that they do not allow you to make an appointment. You have to walk-in and wait. If people were able to make appointments ahead of time I believe that would help out tremendously. Walgreens already has their system down. I think you guys need to try and figure out a better system when it comes to doing COVID tests. Try drive-thru testing.

Pretty terrible experience. Only good part was the friendliness of the front office staff. Saturday the 19th-First, during my covid test they dropped my swab on the floor, picked it up and left the room. Second, you either get an email if negative or a phone call if positive. I waited pretty much the entire day, finally got a message in my client portal saying I was positive. Did not get a phone call. They were closed by that point. The next day I called to speak with someone about it and checked the portal since I had sent them a message thru it. There was a message from them with my actual test results saying negative. Of course when they got on the phone they didnt have a clue what was going on. Their explanation was the employee who inputted the test results must have been in a hurry and pressed the wrong button. I asked if someone in charge would call me Monday, still havent heard from them. Needless to say I will not be going back, nor will I ever use Dr. David Hardin, apparently he is the doc in charge, again. I know these places are busy and mistakes happen, but you would think someone might call me and apologize for this error.

We had a wonderful experience here! Despite the demand for covid testing trustcare has really risen to the occasion and provides a safe environment where they have a great process for getting you in and tested. After you sign in they let you wait in your car and fill out your information on your phone. Then they text you when it’s time to come in to your room.I went for a covid test and treatment for a sinus infection and would highly recommend. After such a positive, friendly and helpful experience I will be making this my primary doctors office.

Love this place, ive been tested here for covid, which I didnt have, but been tested several times, Dr. Burns she is the best and highly cares for her patients, but now front desk, im not sure about them, not very friendly or outgoing, not very tentative to there job, its almost like they are there to only do what they are supposed to do, but not to sure how to act professionally in there jobs, was told to come in, drove 60 miles to get there and the woman says sorry, we just saw our last person and still had 4 hours before they closed, dont tell people to come in if your not going to take care of that person, very unprofessional from front counter.

I was so impressed!Very clean at first impression and throughout the visit, a great staff (very kind and knowledgeable), had a “menu” of services to choose the cost if one doesn’t have insurance, then a seem-less system to electronically enter your own info (no handling same boards and pens, etc), again with the great staff that checked to make sure you were being taken care of (no sitting in the room because you were forgotten, it happens), great detailed home instructions, and a discount card for prescriptions that they happily call in to have ready for you at your pharmacy (Crestwood Pharmacy is excellent) of your choice. I definitely have a new doctor!!!

I went for a Covid test and Antibody test. I registered online and checked in online so mostly everything was done when I got there. They were very busy, but the staff was VERY nice even though they were busy, the place was clean and nice, and I didnt have to wait long compared to how many people were there. I would definitely recommend this location.

This clinic is being used for COVID testing, yet the receptionist was not wearing her mask correctly (it was around her chin). This seems incredibly irresponsible considering the fact that everyone the receptionist interacted with was there because they had a concern about being infected. Why bother requiring social distancing and masks for patients if your own staff are potentially infecting others by ignoring the mandate?

The employees were all extremely professional, courteous and friendly. Very informative in explaining the testing (covid-19) and what a positive result would mean going forward. The facility was very clean and well appointed.

I have a higher deductible insurance policy, went there for a routine checkup covered under the Affordable Care Act and they would not let me in without putting down a $300 deposit, “they said just in case the doctor decides to do a test or order something”, so I left and found a much better place.

I saw Tim Fleming today, and Im blown away. He was so knowledgable and so nice. He took the time to answer every question, and he honestly cared about how I was feeling. More than that, the staff is so very nice, and the experience was smooth and easy. Paperwork was done through a link on my phone sent to me in a text by the nurse. I was able to do paperwork, upload pics, and pay copay all right there while waiting. I thought that was pretty cool. The facility was also very clean. Im SO happy to have this new urgent care in Irondale. Ive not had the best of luck from urgent care centers in the past, and this one really blew me away. Ill definitely be back to them even just for a yearly check up.

By far the best Urgent Care experience ive had. I went in for a brown recluse spider bite and was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. LPN Jennifer treated me and made sure a culture was taken to be analyzed, put me on the appropriate medication and i was on my way! Later that day, i called back because my daughter had bites on her scalp and Kayla stayed late to take my call and to send me to the right people (it was on a Friday at like 5:30 p.m.). They called me back for the results of the culture which came back positive for Staph and nurse Jennifer called in a new RX immediately. Kayla explained everything to me so that i could understand exactly what was happening, and not only that, she asked how my daughter was doing! I will continue to treat at TrustCare.

It was a wonderful experience, I love this place, The people were very nice and I love the music they played. This is the place if you need to see a doctor, and you dont need a appointments.
