Just had my wisdom teeth pulled and I was nervous ! They did an excellent job I was comfortable and it was overall a good experience I would highly recommend them

I was very nervous. They made me feel very comfortable. Explained everything in easy to understand way. Virtually pain free which was an unexpected benefit. An excellent reference to a more local dentist. Mine was an emergency from out of state and had immediate appointment and care like I was a local as well as follow up calls to see how I was doing.

I highly recommend Billings Oral Surgery, they were all very friendly and helpful. They took good care of my 7yo son. I really appreciated getting a personal call from Dr. Hinckley after we got home to see how he was doing.

Im in my later 20s and needed my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Boyce and Lauren were very nice and made me feel good about my situation, he explained to me all my options, and explained all my medications. As the procedure went on he was very careful of my concerning rootcanal and crown I had done in years prior, and he was very careful around a close nerve. The sedation was a new experience for me but they made me feel very comfortable. They gave me a free T Shirt and icecream too, and ended with a nice farwell. Billings Oral is amazing. I’ve gone to them twice now, and both times were great. They made me feel so comfortable and calm with them. They always talked me through the procedures before they touched me, and they called to check up on me after a few days to see how I was doing. Never having been through a surgery, Billings Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center went above and beyond my expectations. I felt genuinely cared for and had zero complications with my wisdom tooth removal. The staff was very calming and reassuring. I picked BOSDIC because someone recommended them to me. I found my experience very similar to what the referral had described. Truly a flawless procedure from start to finish. They even gave me a t-shirt and a pint of ice cream for afterwards! Story of a human chicken! For years I dreaded the dentist. So much so I was known to hyperventilate and cry. So when my tooth broke in half imagine my anxiety level. When I got there I had a very short wait. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Dr. Boyce explained the procedure which he completed in about 30 minutes. I mentioned over the phone that I liked nitrous to relax me. When they seated me in the room they had it ready to go for me. It was a great experience I would highly recommend!

I was incredibly nervous before going in to get my wisdom teeth removed but Dr. Tracy and his nurse were both wonderful about everything, and also very accommodating when it came to my p.o.t.s. The I.V. was dang near painless and I was under before I could have any more time to freak out. 2 weeks later and Im completely healed up, with 0 problems to speak of!! My twins had their wisdom teeth removed. The minute we walked in the door, we were greeted with a smile. Dr. Boyce and his Staff were super friendly and made all of us feel at ease, on what could have been a very stressful day. Dr. Boyce took his time talking and explaining the procedure to each one of the twins and never made us feel like we were being rushed. The staff were awesome making sure the kids were comfortable, gave them each ice cream and helped them out to the vehicle. When we reached home Dr. Boyce did a follow up call, to check on the twins and a member of his staff called a few days later to make sure everyone was still okay. Both my sons and myself have had our wisdom teeth surgically removed here and we received the upmost care possible. We just went in and went under anesthesia then woke up what felt like a minute later and it was over. We received ice cream & a T-shirt too! Went in to get all 4 of my wisdoms removed. 2 were out, 2 were impacted.Everyone in that whole building is so sweet and very accommodating. Dr.Boyce was amazing. I was very nervous when I first came in and he was so calm. I had never had any sort of major work done to my teeth and needed my wisdom teeth removed. The nurse and him struggled with inserting my iv for my anesthesia. My veins kept rolling but finally they got it! That was probably the worst part. My insurance only covers so much a year so I was going to go back in January to get my top 2 wisdom teeth out. Because of the whole iv situation, Dr.Boyce didnt want to put me through that again, and took my top wisdom teeth out at no charge! Thats service to me! My healing experience was great. I had minimal swelling and hardly any bruising. Hands down amazing place! If I had to get more work done, I will be coming back!

Wonderful visit and it helped that I received an oral surgeon who knows a good amount about Hemophilia as most dentists dont know and will hardly touch someone with Hemophilia. I am over 70 and needed a wisdom tooth extraction done 2 weeks ago. Dr. Tracy and his assistant did an excellent job with a difficult extraction and I have no numbness or infection postoperative. I appreciated the attempt to call that day, but was traveling home so never spoke directly to Dr. Tracy. Maybe a call a day or 2 later as a suggestion. Office staff very friendly and helpful also. Well pleased.

I always hate dentist office, never wanted to get my teeth fixed. When my wisdom teeth start to come in more the pain started to intensify. So I knew that I needed to get my teeth fixed going to the oral surgeon was the last thing I wanted to do but it needed to be done. Not only was the staff and my dentist very confident in their ability to take care of me without the least amount of pain was very reassuring. A toothache is something to not mess around with. I dont do well with pain and my dentist was assuring me that he would be able to get me numb. Putting the novocaine in my mouth Ive never been that numb when getting my teeth worked on before, not being able to feel any pain was amazing. He did an excellent job, after my experience it has made me want to go back and get further work done and getting my other two wisdom teeth out and getting my teeth cleaned and getting braces. I would recommend this to anyone who is needing to get their teeth worked on. Best experience ever!😁

Billings Oral Surgery really went above and beyond for me. I not only had a great overall experience but I also had great results. I was greeted with friendly staff during check in and didnt wait more than five minutes before I was seen. The nurses put me completely at ease from the first moment and Dr. Boyce, my surgeon, did a wonderful job of explaining everything that would happen. I have had numerous other dentists and surgeons avoid extracting my wisdom tooth because it was close to the nerve but he paid extra attention to my case and had xrays done right before the surgery to verify everything. The surgery was quick and I was sedated so I dont recall anything but I did wake up right after and felt completely normal and had barely any pain. They sent me off with a cool T-shirt, a pint of my choice of ice cream, and a big smile on my face! I will recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery in the future!

Dr Boyce is nothing short of amazing. In June 2017, Dr Boyce was tasked with removing (manually and surgically) 18 teeth in order for me to accept my new upper and lower dentures. During the procedure, he had also installed posts for my lower implants. The surgery went very well. Dr Boyce and his staff did a great job calming my nerves, and ensuring that I was comfortable and taken care of during the entire procedure.Although the surgery went very well, I was now concerned about my post-op experience. I went home afterward truly expecting a lot of pain and discomfort. To my amazement, after this complex procedure, I had zero pain, and the discomfort wasnt enough to even talk about (after one dose of ibuprofen, the discomfort was gone). To this date (11/17/17), I have had no issues with the procedure performed by Dr Boyce and his crew. Dr Boyce is a miracle surgeon and I would recommend him to everyone. The worse part of the entire procedure, was my own fear, when in fact there is nothing to actually fear when you trust your oral surgery and dental implants needs to Dr Boyce. I just cant say how good Dr Boyce is. Thank you.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here, and the staff made me feel very comfortable (as much as that’s possible with mouth surgery!). Because I had an issue pop up suddenly, I needed to get them out as soon as possible, but had to drive down from Lewistown. They worked with my schedule and got me in the same week! When I got there, Dr. Boyce outlined the procedure and all the anesthesia options clearly. I didn’t feel pressured to make any particular choice. I greatly appreciate doctors who keep you in the loop about what they’re doing. They also sent me home with great after-care instructions (and ice cream!), and I felt genuinely cared about. Of course, I hope I don’t need oral surgery again anytime soon, but if I did, I would certainly go back to this practice.
