I have always been terrified to go to the dentist. Soft enamel, jaw misaligned causing terrible headaches and breaking most of my teeth, Ive had my fair share of trying out many many dentist chairs. Then I met Dr. Taylor. He immediately identified my jaw issues and addressed my horrible teeth. He is incredibly kind, a genius on TMJ issues, and made my experience pleasant! I didnt know it could be possible to not have chronic headaches- but now Im pain free with a pretty smile. I am grateful beyond words.

From the moment I arrived……. everyone was very friendly, and sincere!!! Jessica listened to me and she was very gentle. Per usual, Dr Roset stopped in to say hi, even though I did not have appointment with him today. The entire crew was just great and I will be there long-term! Thanks to all of you for the great care!!!

One of the best dental practices in Billings! Super professional, outgoing staff to make you feel right at home, and top notch dentist. I look forward to my next visit with them.They handle all of the insurance billing so no stress on that front….and it’s affordable for those without. Front desk staff were very welcoming and let the hygienists know when you were ready to go back - little to no wait time.Very cognizant of cleaning all items utilized in the room (x-ray equipment, lights, cameras, etc). Lots of hand washing and fresh gloves when touching items not utilized for your cleaning.This is an amazing group of people!

We just relocated to Billings a few months back andI have to say, Dr. Taylor and Heather did a great job at making me feel welcomed. Not only are they professionals but they are personable as well. I look forward to making Bridge Creek Dental a part of our family and out of the many practices our family has experienced prior to this one, I can say we trust their judgement and they are 100% in the right field of work.

Jake Taylor was so arrogant and rude at our last appointment when we asked for him to clear up our last bill. We were told initially we wouldn’t be charged for the filling done previously as it looked awful and they took it out and ended up doing a crown in the end. We got our bill and were told we had to pay for the filling even tho we were told differently by Jake at the initial appointment. So we asked for him to clear that up and he got very rude, arrogant, and defensive towards us. It was so unprofessional the way he talked to us instead of clearing it up and explaining it and his miscommunication, he asked if we would like him to bill us more because he can if he wants to. How ignorant! He did do ok work, with a few issues and awful bedside manner, we will never be back to that office again because of the disrespect he displayed and unprofessionalism. Not to mention the office manager who has no clue what she’s doing and lied to us about being “in network” when we were not. Dr Roset is in that office now as Jake bought his practice which is the only reason we ended up there, but he will not get any business from our family or friends and know many that will not return once Roset is gone. Roset is one of the last good dentists in this town and will be so missed once he is done.

Bridge Creek Dental is a great dental office. I just relocated to Billings and was very impressed with their care. Jessica was the hygienist and was gentle knowing I have sensitive teeth. Dr Taylor was very thorough and I immediately trusted what he was saying and recommending. They both explained everything to me in detail. Paula gave me a wonderful detailed treatment outline with cost. I am so glad I found my Billings dental office.

I came to Bridge Creek after a rough experience with my last dentist where I was left with permanent nerve damage. Embarrassingly enough, I avoided the dentist for nearly four years after this incident. I showed up basically vibrating, I was trembling so badly. I had to use the happy nose for my first visit and they were more than happy to accommodate my request and even more than understanding of my anxiety. They set me up with a wonderful toothbrush and amazing pH-balancing products. I haven’t looked to any other products since and before I was constantly changing products trying to find things to keep my mouth feeling clean and healthy, finally that is accomplished, plus the added benefit of whiter teeth and healthier gums.Now over a year later, I look forward to seeing my hygienist, Stacy, and my dentist, Dr. Wassmer. My dental hygiene is the best it has ever been and I’m so grateful to them for setting me on the right path. I have never experienced anything less than a warm, inviting staff and that’s rare to find in a Billings business, in my opinion. I will continue to recommend them because they can’t hide the fact that they really care about their patients.

As soon as I walked in I knew I was in the right place. All the staff was happy and appeared to really enjoy working there. Dr Wassermann had a great sense of humor. All of this put me right at ease. I was told before he started, what was going to happen. Before every procedure they explained again. I wasn’t apprehensive at all. I will be coming back in two weeks to go over different plans to repair my teeth. It will be my choice. I am very impressed about it. I will send out another response in two weeks.

Kyle and Jake offer a team with great service and they are both very competent dentist. I drive across town because my family gets the best dental work and they don’t push unnecessary work (like some I have experienced).

I was referred to Dr. Taylor at Bridge Creek Dental by my mother and her husband. They have been going to him for a while now and have had nothing but great things to say about everyone at the office. I dont live in Billings anymore and was visiting for a few days so my mom made me an appointment. My teeth cleaning was the best Ive ever had. Then I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Taylor, who was able to extract a wisdom tooth and do a filling for me quickly and painlessly the very same day. The main reason I came to see Dr. Taylor was for a front tooth implant crown replacement. I had to stay an extra week in town for the lab work, but Dr. Taylor made sure that everything was done quickly and accurately. I couldnt be excited about my new tooth!! One can feel that he truly wants to help his patients, improve their dental health, and give them the most beautiful smile possible. I would highly recommend Bridge Creek Dental to anyone who wants a great dental experience!

I had the BEST VISIT EVER today at Bridge Creek Dental! My mom brought me in to a clean and friendly front office, where the friendly and professional receptionist helped her complete paperwork and insurance details efficiently and quickly. The chairs were really cushy and comfy there. My hygienist Malanie took me back promptly at my appointment time and walked me through a thorough cleaning, x-rays, and a check with Dr. Wassmer. She was so friendly and made me feel really comfortable with the whole process, and Dr. Wassmer made me giggle and smile. I loved going to the dentist and asked my mom to go back as soon as we could.
