You’d be hard pressed to find another dentist as good as Dr. Thomas, but you won’t find a better one. He’s very patient and considerate, and does a great job explaining his thoughts and opinions, as well as what to expect going into any procedure. He will advise you of what’s genuinely your best option, rather than just your most expensive option. He’s a perfectionist and pays the closest attention to every aspect of his work. And I can’t say enough good things about his staff. They are all so kind and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable the entire visit. I’d recommend Thomas Smile Designs to absolutely everybody, and wouldn’t trust my smile to anybody else!

The website about and his services his kindness his sensitivity and advanced technologies are exactly accurate. I am extremely fearful of dentists in the past and was looking for a dentist that was up-to-date used to update techniques and was sensitive to my fears. They were all met over and above my expectations. I went in with total anxiety and fear of pain came out finding that all the advanced technologies were in place and no pain. I’m going back for my treatments now.

If you’re thinking of getting your teeth done this is the place to go. The staff is so friendly and insightful! Dr.Thomas is very nice and walks you through everything he’s doing so you feel very comfortable through the whole process. The place is also extremely clean and cute! Dr. Thomas and staff were initially friendly on my 1st visit and I appreciated the service WITH EXCEPTION to his office staff never telling me that his practice is not in the UNITED HEALTH CARE NETWORK. As a result, the visit was quite costly and Dr. Thomas would not own up to THEIR OVERSIGHT! Would not recommend as a result!

I just love the atmosphere here. The staff are so friendly. Dr. Thomas does the most amazing dentistry and so thorough . He takes his time with you so you know your a priority and you know it’s done right not rushing you out because it’s a dental mill. I know the products they use are top notch so I’m not wasting my money and having to replace dental work over and over again. I just think they have something really special in their office. I can barely feel the hygienist for cleanings or when they do the anesthetic , plus they offer nitrous for anxious people like me.

I really, really dislike going to the dentist. However, Dr. Thomas and his whole staff are terrific people. One thing I appreciate is that they always tell you what they are about to do so you know what to expect. I have had root canals and several crowns. Dr. Thomas does excellent work.

Dr Thomas is a incredible Dentist I don’t just say that because I work here I say it from being in the field for 38 years, of I had just moved to Montana to retire in Montana this is the office I would come to because of his accreditation with the American Academy of cosmetic dentistry they are the elite Dentist of they are perfectionists to the inth degree I worked with other Dentists when I lived in California quite a few of them some while they were doing the cases they needed for taking their test to pass to be accredited and everyone of them is an extreme perfectionist if you visit the website American Academy of cosmetic dentistry you can read about the test and how difficult it is to become accredited also Dr. Thomas is going for his fellowship he has almost all of his cases he has to present 50 so he truly is a cosmetic dentist anyone can do cosmetic dentistry but to be accredited with the American Academy of cosmetic dentistry is a really big deal he’s the only one in the state of Montana. He also does family dentistry is well it’s not all based on cosmetics.

Dr. Thomas has been my dentist for years and has always done good professional work. Before Dr Thomas, my upper front teeth were a crooked snaggly mess. Dr Thomas corrected my teeth through Cosmetic dentistry. They look great and am not afraid to smile anymore. My teeth are always in good shape when I leave his office. The hygenists take very good care of my teeth and ensure that theyre in good shape. The staff is very courteous and professional. I just found Dr. Joseph and visited his office Friday... He and his staff are wonderful and have given me hope to remedy my poor ugly mouth and the crappy denturist and dentist who left me looking like an 80 year old woman! I am so excited to look NORMAL again, to be able to eat, and to enjoy food again as well as not be embarrassed to eat in public, smile in public, and hopefully alleviate the stomach issues I have had since being unable to masticate my food and eat normally! Yay for Dr. Joseph!!!
